Stay away from them. The worst experience I have ever had. A guy came, checked the issues and told someone else will come and fix. After that no one contacted and like in one of the other review, they don't contact you instead you always needed to follow up. They say 'waiting for parts to arrive, etc' but in reality, there is nothing like that.. Another guy showed up after 5 weeks, out of the 3 issues, he said he would fix only one of them and he rudely said stay away from the restroom as he typically doesn't want anyone to be around. The fidelity home warranty company doesn't back you in most of the cases. Not sure about other warranty companies but they still don't go with other service providers. That's why these service providers don't care about these reviews either.

This guy was rude! He ring doorbell, I answered the door , shook his hand said nice to meet you all was good then it went down hill from there. I said I have two toilets that need fixing one downstairs and one up, he said well I'm only here to fix one toilet and look at a leak in the wall according to my work order. I submitted two toilets on my warranty claim. He just had an attitude like I don't care if it's two toilets I'm just fixing one. That set me off. I'm like well I called the home warranty and told them two toilets so it needs to be corrected on both ends because two toilets need fixed not one. I refuse to pay two deductibles when the man is here now he can fix it. He needed to call his people on his end and I was going to call home warranty and confirm with them too. I told him the other toilet was upstairs and he said I had to show him by physically walking upstairs. My house is empty right now and I have two bad knees So I wasn't physically able to do it because I know I will feel the pain later but I escorted him anyways upstairs because I can hear the attitude in his voice. I made a comment well there's only one bathroom up here plus two bedrooms-should be easy to find. I'm guilty of saying that with sarcasm but thankfully I'm not completely disabled he would of not even looked at toilet upstairs if I hadn't escorted him. He said toilet isn't rocking and I'm like yes it is. Both toilets need new waxed rings. Well we came downstairs he started working on downstairs toilet and I said both toilets need fixed and he kept saying it's not on work order. It should of been either warranty company messed up or the plumbing company. Instead of trying to get it fixed he's like it's not on my work order it's not getting done. I immediately called the warranty and warranty said yes it's two toilets we faxed them an amendment on 2/11. While I'm on phone he came in and out and slammed door 3 times. Just totally unprofessional attitude. Then he says he'a done and asks me to check the one toilet downstairs. I had the warranty lady still on the phone with me, the toilet wasn't wobbly like before but it was still leaking water. He didn't say anything and then said he was dismissing himself because I was upset. He then left and slammed the door as he walked out. Totally unprofessional and crazy!!!! Both toilets are still not fixed! Ugh

I am very disappointed. I stayed home and when the technician showed up did not have the right equipment in the car. I clearly had stated to them on the phone that there was a. drainage leak in the wall and wanted to make sure the technician shows up to my house with the right detection equipment.
When he showed up he did not have a camera to look in the drainage. I called back the scheduler and she told me that the technician does not have to carry the camera with them. I asked to talk to the general manager or the owner but she refused to give me their number. She said I could ONLY talk to the office manager and she was out to lunch.
I am amazed. You come to my house for drain leak and you don't bring a camera?
Finally when the office manager called me back she too gave me the same answer. They treated me as if it was my fault that their technician did not bring the right equipment. I am very disappointed. This was money out of my pocket for not going to work today.
I hope the owners of the company see this message and do something about these types of issues. Your scheduler and office managers don't let us talk to you guys directly to inform you of these types of issues.

Very very poor service and would not recommend to anyone. The plumber who came did not bother to answer to any of our queries and just slammed the door right in front of me and stormed out.

I paid $75 through my home warranty to have them come look at our broken water heater. Everything we found online made it sound like an issue with the thermalcouple but the technician said the whole thing needed to be replaced and would require a bunch of modifications since it was a 2003 water heater and the new ones wouldn't fit our pipes. My husband suggested he try the thermal couple first and he said no. Warranty would cover $875 for the water heater and labor but not the $1400 of other random chargers they added. I paid for a second plumber to come out and he said it was what we had thought. Paid $13 for the part and the cost for labor and it's fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.

zero star!
contracted by my home insurance company.
I agreed to replace with the water heater at my cost since according to home warranty water heater cost is not covered.
It took them 2 weeks to realize that they ordered the wrong water heater, then I did not hear anything solid from them except 'we are waiting for our vendor's confirmation'. 3 weeks without hot water in my house.
Then they charged me without any authorization. Stay away from them.

I also would give less than 1 star if that were possible. My home warranty company also contracted out with them. My water heater was leaking on a Saturday and the only way to get it to stop was to shut off the ENTIRE HOUSE. Finally, on Tuesday, I'm home from 11:30 on for my window and at 2:29 (window was 11:30-2:30) a guy pulls up. I'm at first very relieved that my house will again have water. Minutes later, I know that this is not going to be the case. The technician calls me out and says ""it's fixed"" and when I pointed to the steady stream of water coming out of the water heater he says ""I'm not authorized to fix that"". We argued back and forth, I call the warranty company, they ask him to provide a report so they can ""authorize"" the repair (that was ALREADY authorized) and of course he says ""I don't write reports"". He asked me to sign on on the invoice and I refused to sign since the work was not done. He left and didn't even leave the invoice. I called a local plumber who came out and fixed the issue in 10 minutes.

Hugh issue with this company. The guy showed and did not look at the issue and left to call the insurance company and never came back. My whole day is wasted. Next day, I called a local guy fixed the issue in 5 min. Snake line thru a clean out. They just collect 75 service charge and leave.

This company is terrible and just like all the reviews say. I would never have went with them but I have Fidelity National Home warranty and they were forced on me. I even told Fidelity I did not want them to come out but I didn't have a choice. They came out and supposedly fixed there our issue. However less than a week later I heard water dripping from my ceiling in the dining room area. I went in there and found a large puddle on my floor. My dry wall fell out from the water damage. I had to call and get someone to come out as it looked like the problem obviously wasn't fixed. This company told me they couldn't come out for almost a week. I know had mold on the portion of the dry wall that fell out and needed to get this looked into since my family and I are still living in the house. There was nothing they could come out earlier, even though it was obviously them who either didn't fix the problem or fixed it wrong. I had another plumber come out and told me this company fixed the pipe wrong and water was shooting out the back of their work causing a more water to shoot out the back then the small drip I had prior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give less stars I would. I would have never chosen this company on my own but our home warranty contracts with them so we figured we would see how it went. They came out to investigate a leak coming from upstairs. Long story short they fixed the spout portion in the upstairs bathtub. When I asked him for advice on the drywall he suggested leaving it since there were no noticeable rings in the ceiling (which seemed odd to me considering the whole reason we knew there was a leak was a slow drip into our dining room). It should also be noted he never even looked in the dining room at the ceiling. Less than 2 weeks later while sitting on our couch we hear more water and as my husband is standing underneath the drywall falls through and is covered in mold. We called our home warranty back and were advised that the policy is to send the same company with a supervisor to have a chance to fix it. We never received a call until Wednesday saying they couldn't come until Saturday. We requested another company who was very good and also had much better reviews on yelp. Advise Fidelity you want a different company if they are assigned to you.

I should also note that he left the caulking for my husband to do.
