If u got assigned this company by Fidelity, CALL them immediately to switch another one, run away????
They can do NOTHING! Just stand in front of ur door twice and say they CANNOT do anything and they still charge for 200!!
What r they monsters? This is fraud? They r stealing money from the know-nothing warranty company and we customers??
REPORT this plumber if u meet similar problem?

Was insulted by the plumber, and called names. He left saying, we're still collecting the service fee. Wow. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Was hired via home warranty. If you get assigned to them, tell the home warranty to change to anyone else and save yourself the fees and unnecessary insults.

Very bad customer service. This is one of these companies who will send someone just to collect the service fee and leave. No fix, no diagnosis and no resolution.

They sent me a technician who got in the house did nothing but ask for the fee.
I asked the technician whats the issue? he told me ""I do not know"".
I asked what is next step? He told me ""I am not sure, we need to send someone""
Then what are you doing here?
One thing he knew, was, he want to collect service fees and leave.

There are couple of these companies who operate like this, simply collecting service requests through home warranty.

The sad part is, once they send someone to your home, they charge you through the warranty company.
If this happens to you immediately call the warranty company and report so you are not charged.

Make sure to ask your home warranty to change the provider is you were assigned county plumbing. The reviews you seeing are real and representative of the reality.

The guy that came out was very pleasant and nice. He left saying he would get approval to cut into ceiling to find leak. Home warranty called a week or more later saying they wouldn't do the repair because County Plumbing told them my tub just needed caulking. This is incorrect. Sitting in a bath should not cause heavy leaking. Don't trust them.

I would give 0 stars if it let me! Rude tech and rude customer service. We have had nothing but problems with this company and water heater. They have been out 3x now and still have not fixed the problem. If you are using your home warranty ask for a different company!

This company was sent to me through my home warranty for a main line plumbing blockage. They snaked the line twice in just over a month, and after the second service, the young man they sent told me if they had to come again, he suspected I might have an issue with tree roots, and they would have to stick a camera down the line, at my cost. I told him that was fine, and he was on his way. Three and a half weeks later (on a Friday), my toilets, and showers all backed up again. I called my home warranty company, and they told me County Plumbing would be dispatched to my home again. The first two times they came out on Saturday, and called to set up an appointment for Monday morning. This time I waited until Monday morning (mind you, I had no working toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, or working shower for three days at this point). I called them late Monday morning, and left a message. No return call by late afternoon, so I called, and left another message. Again, no return call. I ended up calling a REPUTABLE plumbing company. They gladly came out, and ran a camera down the line. Yep, it was a huge tree root, pressing against the main line. Too bad County Plumbing, you missed out on a $6200.00 job! I guess that's what you get for such crappy customer service.

There should be a choice for negative five stars! This is a garbage company with at least one dishonest plumber. We had wasted four nerve-wracking days and stressed ourselves out before we called another company!

Do NOT call this company because over 90% of your calls will go to voice mail and leaving messages won't help either.

If you plan to wait for a plumber they send, stand outside, rain or shine, because their plumbers won't call you as the dispatcher says that their plumbers don't carry cell phones. If they knock on your door, they probably do it with a feather. So catch they before they turn on their heel and claim the job done and try to collect the fees!

Return customer for two service calls in the last couple of months - water heater replacement and a leaky garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Water heater was only 2 years old when it started leaking from underneath onto the wood base. Called County and they had me call the water heater manufacturer AO Smith for a return code. After a few questions, AO determined it was a faulty tank and provided credit towards a new one. Provided the code to County so they could pick up a new heater before my appointment and get the credit when they return the bad one. County showed up on time - it was a supervisor and his trainee Michael - and had the heater replaced in under 2 hours, better than my 3 hr expectation. A couple weeks ago, I noticed my garbage disposal was leaking every time the sink was running, dirty water and all. This was going on for a few day's unnoticed. I was able to get an appointment few days later; since the drip wasn't strong, a bucket was working just fine in the interim. Disposal is only 4 years old so didn't expect a replacement, luckily just needed a quick tightening and good as new with no water damage to my cabinets. Thankful again to County!

Garbage company. It would seem their business model is contract with home warranty companies because they would never get business otherwise. So they feel like they have you over a barrel. 1st call was around 10:30 am on Tuesday, call went to voicemail. Left a message. 2nd at 11, went to voice mail. Check my messages at 2:30 PM, no message, so I call them. This time immediate answer, we have your service request, our schedulers will call you. They call, no message. So I call again, ""scheduler will call you tomorrow"" Check phone at 2, no calls. Call them. Now the same woman I talked to yesterday, all the sudden can schedule me. Hmm. Week from tomorrow. My hot water heater is broken, I have already been without for 5 days. But fine, whatever. Then she starts into this monologue about not having pets in the area. I tried to advise her that she didn't need to keep going, as I don't have pets. I was annoyed that she wasn't listening, but I didn't raise my voice or swear, and she says, ""Did you shush me? I'm cancelling your service request."" Fine by me, if your plumbers are like you, I don't want them. I'd rather pay out of pocket than use them.

Our water heater went out and County Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty. We had to wait 4 days for someone to come look at our water heater due to schedule conflicts. While the plumber was late to our appointment, about 30 minutes later, he told us that we needed a new burner unit and that they would call the home warranty and we should get a call the next day. We did get a call from our warranty company and we were told that our part would be in around June 1st and that County Plumbing would contact us to schedule an appointment. So I called County Plumbing to get some information about possible options that would not result in my household being out of hot water for 3+ weeks. Long story short, I was able to call the warranty and have them approve the replacement of our water heater. County Plumbing was able to fit us in for next day service and we now have a beautiful, new, WORKING water heater!!

As for some of the other reviews, we did not have issues with communication, and the plumber that came to our house was nothing but respectful and knowledgeable. I would say the main issue (that was quickly resolved) was the extent of our warranty coverage. My suggestion to you is if this company is recommended by your home warranty, give them an honest chance to prove these reviews wrong.
