the worst! needed a valve fixed. 3 months go by and nothing scheduled. but don't worry - the smart girl that answers their phone will tell you they'll call you back. she's super good at her job. home insurance finally booked me with another plumbing company (tavor plumbing) and they called me right back and scheduled an appointment for the following monday and fixed it in 20 minutes. take some notes here county plumbing - you're supposed to fix problems related to plumbing.

I have what I'm assuming is a leaking toilet. However, I don't know for sure because County Plumbing doesn't know how to respond during their assigned time window. I was scheduled for 7-9 this morning (and while talking to the woman on the phone I made it very clear that I work 2 jobs and would need to take time off of work to be there). The plumber showed up at 9:30 and called to see if I was home, I told him no that I left for work since they were late. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, and now having to start over with a new plumber.
Also, I was told they only accept cash. This alone is very troublesome to me.

Fidelity National Home warranty contacted them for rush, same day or 24 hour response, been more than 24 hours, no call.
Also, the phone number Fidelity National provided is not the same its shown on Yelp, its off by one number (1161 vs. 1181). Did this company do this on purpose so home warranty clients cannot contact them? My tenants are elderly and cannot google or yelp correct telephone numbers.

They should have a 0 star.fidelity home warranty sent them out.on a rush call for a leaking water heater called at 7am no call.i called them at noon they where at lunch then they said someone would show up.at 6pm got a call someone would come out tomorrow at noon. The tech came out for 5 min to asses it's leaking.REALLY! Took pics and would get back to us in a day or 2.
Fidelity needs to step it up and stop hiring these types of companies that are not good as you see in the previous posts

Home warranty company assigned this company and they never responded to the service request and even after calling 6 times and talking to some one they did not call back .Insurance company also called as gas pipe leaked and they still didnt respond.
My service request i still open and I finally called a local company and had it fixed .
Sending a detailed report to American home shield and YELP reviews.

County Plumbing came to inspect a water leak. They found an intricate leak from the back of the boiler pan that I was not able to find. I though they did a very good job, they ask for deductible upfront though which was fine with me.

I think the reviews speak for themselves. HORRIBLE!!
We have dealt with these people on 2 separate occasions, both times, AWFUL!! The only good thing I can say is they were quick to respond, tech was there 24hrs after the call, but that was where the good news ended.
Contracted by my home warranty, they were first called out to address a blockage in the plumbing lines. Guys came out and snaked the line and found the blockage was about 25' down headed toward the main line, they said they would need to hydro-blast it but didn't have that equipment with them so they would come back. A couple hours later we got a call from their office saying hydro-blasting was not covered in the warranty so there was nothing they could do. Didn't even give a quote to do the work outside of the warranty.
We then called a different company out who also ran the snake down, hit the clog, and was able to break through it in a matter of minutes, no hydro-blasting needed. Cost me $125.
A few days later I got a copy of the warranty in the mail that clearly states hydro-blasting as one of the COVERED services.
Yesterday, the pilot light went out on the hot water heater. My husband relighted it and a few hours later it went out again. I called the home warranty people and they scheduled a plumber.
This morning, County Plumbing showed up again. This time a woman who came in, lit the pilot, and went to leave. We informed her lighting the pilot was not the issue but the fact that it wont STAY lit is. She said she didn't have time to wait to see if will stay lit, said her instructions said to lite it, so she left. Within 10 minutes, it was out again!
I called their office who let me know they would need further approval from the warranty group to send a tech back out for anything further since the pilot didn't go back out immediately while she was there.
Why would I pay a $65 service fee to have someone come out to light a pilot light that I can do myself?!?!?!?!
With this kind of service, and these reviews, I don't know how these people stay in business!

Worst service ever!!! Do not call this company for any reason. Home warranty company sent them out on two occasions for two separate issues. They took forever to schedule, did not arrive in the window provided (excessively late), collected the service fee and both time did ZERO to solve either issue. In addition, they lied on the report to home warranty company. strongly advise against this company.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! I wish I had checked their references before they came out. They were assigned by the home warranty company to come out to check for 2 items - leak around the toilet base, and second, a tight faucet in the bathtub. On the 1st item, they reviewed the work to be done and quoted me a starting estimate of several thousand dollars. I said no thank you, as I did not believe that the work was that extensive. On the 2nd item, they did not even consider it to be a problem and noted that the the pull-out knob was tight, but they deemed it was working properly and did not need fixing (their audacity!). That was an incomplete assessment, as I have had this problem before, and the fix is to replace a valve inside the pull-knob, a valve that costs about $20.
I had both items fixed for $145 from another plumbing company I hired after this fiasco. Obviously County Plumbing's technician did not know what he was talking about.
Don't ever accept these guys if they are assigned...I wish I had checked their reviews on Yelp before I they came out!

I am writing this review to hope and add to the removal of this company. This company was referred to me by my home warranty (First American Home Buyers Protection).
The first response from the company was polite; however, once the technicians had evaluated the job the return quote was for $800.00 in upgrade costs. When I asked the individual calling me with the telephone quote what the costs were for they responded that the home warranty didn't cover much of the costs. I asked for a breakdown of the costs and they referred me back to my home warranty.
Once I finally got a hold of my home warranty company they gave me a breakdown of the costs. The water heater and labor were covered under the warranty; HOWEVER; the vender came up with additional costs of the $800.00 for upgrade costs to install Heater banding, new gas line, gas control module... At this point I stopped the home warranty rep and informed them that these requests for upgrades were false and not something that would need to be installed because they were existing on the current water heater. These costs were a complete lie. The home was just inspected to be up to code before the purchase and I have looked to see if these items were missing from the inspection. They were installed on the existing water heater.
I hope that when choosing a Plumbing company this is not where you go GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
