Beware if you allow this company to perform plumbing work in your home.

They were sent to me by Home Warranty of America to fix a simple toilet clog. The Country Boys plumber removed the toilet and stated that he would have to jack hammer the concrete and ceramic floor tile around the base of the toilet (for $1,050.00) because the flange in the floor did not comply with code. He said he couldn't do the work at the moment because it would take a whole day. Then left us with the exposed flange, clogged line and the toilet sitting inside the bathtub.

So the next day I had a master plumber from another company come out who immediately replaced the flange at the floor (for $400.00) without any jack hammering or floor tile removal required. When I called Country Boys to describe what the master plumber had accomplished and his price, their response was "well that was a master plumber."

If I could give zero stars I would. These people canceled on my husband after he took an entire day off of work. We booked the appointment over a week ago. Apparently there is only one person that is able to fix plumbing issues that works for this place. You can see by other reviews that they repeatedly cancel on the day of people's appointments. Do whatever you can and not use these people.

Home Warranty of America contracted Country Boys Plumbing to work on a plumbing issue at our house. We scheduled the appointment a week in advance, and I had to use precious vacation time to take off from work to accomodate their schedule.

The day of the appointment I get a call saying they can't keep the appointment because their tech was out sick. They wanted me to take another day off to rechedule for a few days later, and would not even consider an evening or weekend appointment to make up for their missed appointment.

They do not have any respect for your time, so please don't waste your time on them.

Cody's the man! Our (First American) home warranty sent Country Boys Plumbing to fix our toilet issue. Cody is very personable. He explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be done. Our toilet is no longer making a noise. Thanks!

Cody from Country Boys was assigned to fix my plumbing issues by my home warranty company. Easy to schedule over the phone and gave a 30 minute heads up before he came to my home. Cody was nice, professional and courteous. Most importantly, he got the job done right the first time, which included replacing the garbage disposal, fixing the bathtub leaky faucet and fixing a leaky toilet. These guys are great.

Country Boys came out to my house, had a leaking water heater. Stated that my piping wasn't up to code wanted to charge 200.00 for a piece of copper pipping and then refused to come back out to replace my water heater. Office lady stated that we didn't pay our deductible per Cody " you pay it when we come back out to replace your system. " thank goodness I didn't. We have another company coming out to replace it without charging for the pipping. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Can't provide a report on their skills because they never showed up. Waited at my home during the 5 hour window provided and then received a call near the end stating hat there was an issue and they would reschedule us for 48 hours later. Obviously there is a serious plumbing issue so I explained 48 hrs wasn't going to be an option. After talking over me, being condescending and unapologetic for taking up the last 5 hrs she said she wouldn't being sending anyone to the house and hung up on me. This was the office manager that I spoke with. I would highly recommend you choose another plumber if you actually have a problem. Good luck!

Country Boys came out to fix my shower at least 10 times, charging at least $75 for each useless visit. I took off of work each time to meet them at my house. 5 of those times they no-call/no-showed. Over the course of the 6 months or so they spent working on my shower, all they managed to do was turn the water off and then turn it back on again.

I know they had my phone number because they would call me to schedule the next appointment, but never called any of the 5 times they didn't show up to let me know that they weren't coming out. When I would call them 2 or 3 hours after they said they would come out, they seemed very annoyed that I was asking them if they were actually coming to my house.

The younger one came out once alone, looked at the shower for about 3 minutes, and then spent a good 20 minutes trying to sell me his homemade vape mods. He never even took out tools, he just looked at the shower and I told him the exact same thing I told them over the phone. This trip costed my landlord 75 dollars.

I could go on for awhile about all of the time and money they wasted for both my landlord and I, but I've already expended enough time and energy dealing with them.

6 months, 10 sick days off of work, and over $1,000 later my shower is still working the exact same as it was before they touched it. They never even figured out what the problem was.

Hardly a month later & we had another plumbing issue. This time the disposal was leaking all over the floor. Called the home warranty & was I grateful she said CBP would call to schedule. I think the gentleman's name was Keith that came out. He's one of the same ones who came out for the water heater in January. Very pleasant to deal with & did the complete install in about 30 minutes. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely call them out for a quote in the event we have a plumbing issue in the future that is not covered by the home warranty company. Great job!
