These boys get the job done! They were sent to our house by our home warranty company. We had several things needing to be repaired around the house. Very polite and professional! I highly recommend!

We contacted our home warranty company to repair our garbage disposal. The young repairmen that came to our home said that there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It is not working properly and they hardly even looked at it. While here, we noticed a leak under the sink. He said that he fixed it but did not. That cost us a $60 service call. We called again to repair the disposal and the leak. Again when Country Boys responded, they said that there was nothing wrong with the disposal (yes, there is) and that the leak is not under warranty. We had to pay another $60 for absolutely nothing being repaired!!! Our perception of this company is that they respond to warranty calls, collect the service call fee, and do as little as humanly possible for the money! I noticed that there are other complaints here on Yelp about them doing this to other people, too.

Utterly inconsistent. First time out, they were sent out by our home warranty company and immediately fixed our problem. On time, in and out, super. So I thought of them for a spate of small problems (toilets running and wobbling, tub dripping) that have cropped up recently. Chad showed up with not only normal plumber butt-crack, but with his pants pulled halfway down his butt like a plumber gangsta. Ick. He then proceeded (ironically) to half-ass everything. Pulled a toilet out and replaced wax ring, was NOT going to re-caulk around toilet except that I insisted he do so (he looked quite irritated at this). Did a rubbish job, left a mess behind. Left all lids off toilet tanks. Left lid off city water supply in front yard! Did not fix chain correctly on new toilet flapper so that it still runs and now I have to mess with it. Kept borrowing MY tools rather than come in to the house prepared. Charged $275 for 90 minutes' work, and it felt like he pulled that price out of thin air (or perhaps his abundant ass-crack). For that price, I shouldn't have to follow around behind and clean up afterwards. And I sure as heck shouldn't have to mess around with the toilet you've just "repaired." Extremely disappointed! Save yourself the hassle and call someone else.

HWA (Home Warranty America), sent these guys out to look at why our tankless hot water heater was not heating the water in the master bathroom or kitchen faucet. These kids they sent out tromped through our flower beds going in and out of the house and broke off some of my wife's plants. My wife asked them not to wear their boots in the master bathroom, which we had just mopped, which they promptly ignored. They also kept staring at my wife and made her very uncomfortable. The only thing they did was turn the temperature up on the hot water thermostat, which we had already tried but it didn't help. We paid $75 for nothing. We called HWA back, they put us in contact with a different plumber, (Mike Krischke Plumbing), and he explained to us that the tankless hot water heaters are flow controlled and had me, (over the phone), check the showerheads to see if they were low flow. They were. He told me to turn both heads on at the same time, and the water immediately got warm. Same thing in the kitchen, a low flow "fancy" faucet, you just need to turn the water on all the way for the flow to increase enough to get warm. He didn't even have to come out. I already called and complained to HWA about these guys and told them to never send them to our house again, and I thought I would give them a review on Yelp as well. Not happy with the service we received from Country Boys and they won't be coming back to my home.

Country Boys Plumbing is about saving the Warranty Company and themselves money and not about the customer. My faucet and valve on my 1982 home was leaking and needed to be replaced. This was assessed from the original plumber from this company I was told they would come back in a couple of days to replace the entire facet and valve.
The next day the OWNER of Country Boys Plumbing to keep from asking the Warranty company to replace the entire faucet and valve they just placed a temporary band aid so that they could save themselves money and time and save the Warranty money instead of saving me money now and in the future, the leak caused a big insurance problem and they recommended a water restoration company to come fix it. They got paid $75.00 from me, and $300.00 from the restoration company and they left me with an old warn facet and valve to save themselves money and made money off of me.
Now I will have this issue again soon because they got to save money. The customer and consumer should be the person that gets the issue resolved so that they do not have to deal with it again in the future.
DO NOT ALLOW THIS PLUMBING COMING TO COME INTO YOUR HOME!!!!

After buying an investment property we sent out Country Boys to fix the items listed in the home inspection report. They gave us an estimate over the phone and then spent a couple of hours at the property going over all of the items I'd emailed them about. After fixing everything they explained all of the issues over the phone and my total bill was less than the estimate! I highly recommend them.

I booked a service call through my Home Warranty and Country Boys are who ended up coming out. The technician told me that there was nothing to be done about my water pressure concern, but that I had to pay the $75 home warranty service fee anyway. I was really upset about that since the appointment took no longer than 20 minutes.
After calling my Home Warranty and getting nowhere, I ended up calling the owner, Keith, to see if anything could be done. He was very understanding and offered to refund part of the amount. Next time, I'm calling them directly and skipping the home warranty!

I must have gotten a different crew from everyone else. I was sent these guys through my home warranty to fix a leak in my shower. The guy charged me a service call to tell me the water was making it out of the shower curtain, onto the bathroom floor, through a wall and into the next room. He even spilled water all over the floor to persuade me. They're not even worth the time they wasted.

So.... in October 2011 we used 3,000 gallons of water. In November, it went to 5. December was 11. Something is wrong. Well, it turns out we had a leak and never knew it (until the bill jumped). I called our home warranty company and they sent out a plumber.
Country Boys Plumbing (yeah, we're definitely in Texas) found the leak and fixed it up in a couple hours. The plumber (I cannot remember his name...) worked quickly and explained what he was doing (and why). I am VERY satisfied with his work and my water bill has gone back to normal!

Shawn and his side kick just finished fixing our pipes under our sink and they were fantastic. Super nice guys, did a super quick and perfect job. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends in the neighborhood.
