On May 1, 1941, Cota & Cota was established by Ken and Helen Cota, who ran the business from one of the earliest 24-hour gas stations in Vermont. Starting with two trucks, they delivered kerosene, referred to as ""range oil"" in those times. At that time, the cost for customers was eight cents per gallon. Thanks to their perseverance, they grew the business in 1953 by establishing an office at 4 Green St. in Bellows Falls, VT. Today, after more than 75 years and three generations, Cota & Cota stands at the forefront of the heating sector. While we keep pace with industry trends and cutting-edge technology, we never forget our beginnings and the principles that guide us. We are proud of our Vermont roots and the trust we have built with our customers. We strive to deliver the highest quality service in the industry, hands down.
