I called Gary yesterday and he arrived today exactly on schedule. I had a problem with both my upstairs toilets - one leaked and the other was wobbling. Gary removed both and found that they had not been sealed, they were basically just sitting on the floor with a bit of caulk around the edge. Gary thoroughly cleaned the floors and the under side of the toilets and put in proper seals and replaced the toilets. He did the work very efficiently and left his work area spotless. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing emergency. Forgot to mention he is also a very nice guy.

We had a garbage disposal that was leaking, contacted Costello's, and were able to get an appointment the next day.

Miguel was our service technician, and he was great. Quickly diagnosed that a replacement was needed and explained why, left to pick up the parts, then returned to complete the installation -- all in the same appointment.
Miguel will also talk you through pro's and con's about different choices (what to fix now, what to wait on, etc.) and explain each step of what he's doing.

This is our third repair with Costello's (all for different causes). Highly recommended when you have an emergency leak of any kind!

Very quick response, and the job didn't take overly long. We had them completely repipe our 98-year-old house with copper. Never wanted to have to deal with floods again!

They did a few squirrelly things, which we had to pay to have redone, and they left somewhat of a mess for me to clean up, but basically the job is done and hallelujah for that!

If you are repiping, btw, my General Contractor told me, you are supposed to insulate the hot water lines. They didn't.

Got the handle of my (very old) water main valve broken that was on the off position, so no water going in the house. I used Yelp project and a few plumbers contacted me. Most seem pretty qualified. I ended up using Costellos as they were able to do the fix the same day with reasonable price. The team is very professional and efficient with their work. Word was done very well. Will use them again for my future plumbing needs.

Just had our water heater done by Costello's Plumbing. I was a pleasure dealing with these guys. Miguel came in and scanned the work that needs to done throughly. Explained why it needs to done. At the end of the job, he explained how to work the heater(igniting pilot, flushing etc.). Ask for Miguel. He will not disappoint. So friendly and accommodating too. Good job!

Our 18 year old hot water heater stopped working last weekend. Costello's was the first plumber we called and Gary the owner answered and started working with us immediately. He had to do some leg work (calling, driving) to get us the new hot water heater so he could replace ours the same day. He kept us informed on what was happening. He was responsive, polite, and did great work. I highly recommend.
