Our bathroom faucet handles started loosening, and could not seem be tightened so was rendered unusable. Called Costello's, and Gary answered even at 8:30pm. He had appointments available the very next morning, which we greatly appreciated. A technician, Alex, came by within the window Gary had stated (and Gary even texted to let us know he was en route) and recommended installing a new faucet since the old housings were rusted and the loosening would only occur again in the near future. We took his advice, and I purchased a faucet from Home Depot (it would be a little more $ if he bought himself), and installed it within an hour. Alex cleaned up everything, and was very contentious, as well as friendly. We are very happy with his service and will use Costello's again!

Meant to write this review a month ago when I used their service. But it's never too late.
Miguel was the person who came by. He was very professional and helpful. He even answered questions I have that's related to plumbing but not the job at hand, so that's appreciated. He cleared the clog and made sure he was confident that it's fixed before he left. The professionalism is definitely worth 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 is because there was some mess that was left from the snaking but he didn't quite clean that up before he left. But perhaps this wasn't part of the service ... Quote feels a bit pricey but then again I can't quite compare since this was an urgent issue for us and we didn't ask around. But overall, the service was very good and professional.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I've had to call them twice in emergency situations and both times were at my door in an hour. Miguel came to fix a toilet leak on New Year's Eve at 5pm. Wasn't able to fix it, and showed up this morning, (New Year's day!) with a brand new toilet! Alex came to fix a broken pipe and while he was here replaced a piece on my toilet for me and fixed a leak on my garbage disposal as well. Gary and his crew are extremely professional, know what they're doing and are very reasonably priced! I'm so grateful for these guys!!!

Less than 24 hrs ago I discovered a leak in my water heater. I checked ""Angies List"" for recommended local plumbers. Costello's plumbing came up. I was contacted within 10 minutes. We set an appt for this morning between 9 and 10. Vic and his helper arrived about 9:15. I was given a detailed quote with a fair and expected price. In less than 3 hrs a new heater was brought and installed. Vic did a great job on the installation and clean up. He explained the ways and reasons for servicing the new heater. I was expecting this to be an all day process. The quick and thorough job done by Vic allowed me to keep afternoon appts. My thanks to him and Costello's plumbing for the quick response. I highly recommend them and will keep their number for any future plumbing needs. Great Job!

Special shout out to Miguel, the service technician, for his high level of efficiency within the demanded needs of any business- customer service, speed, quality building rapport/social abilities and for simply just being courteous and friendly . Miguel brings forth a positive additional factor ""I LOVE what I do and I got you,""
and makes you, the customer, feel that true nature he presents.

CP will be my local go to plumbing service provider when needed.

Gary Costello answered when I called yesterday evening for a clogged kitchen sink , gave me an appointment for early next day 9-11am, he arrived wearing a mask & shoe coverings, which was appreciated. He brought his snake machine through backyard to the clean out & ran it 50 ft, 2 x said the clog was at 35 ft. Explained everything , charged $225 less 10% for a total of $202, (the most I've ever paid for this) , he also shared recommendations to help keep pipes clean longer , a biodegradable substance which I immediately ordered on Amazon, he hosed down & cleaned area. Work has 30 day warranty. Happy with his service.

We hired Costellos for a plumbing job. We contacted Gary for an initial assessment. It was Miguel who showed up the next day for an inspection. He was very knowledgeable and didn't even charge for his visit. After speaking with few other plumbing companies , we fet to go ahead with Costellos as Miguel made an impression on us in terms of knowledge and honesty. We specifically asked for Miguel, Gary was very accommodating and sent him on his earliest availability. Miguel did a great job fixing our problem . He was very polite, efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend Costellos and hire them for any of my future needs.

We didn't have heat or hot water for 2 days. After my husband trying and failing on finding the issue, and PG&E declaring it wasn't an emergency and that their next appointment is in a week (not gonna happen with 2 kids) we looked through Thumbtack and discovered Costello's Plumbing. Within an hour of messaging them through the app, Miguel showed up! I was blown away by the responsiveness and punctuality.

Miguel was professional, detailed and very informative, walking us through all the things that needed fixing. He even caught a water leak that was just starting.

We ended up replacing the entire tank and he even waived some fees. Definitely will recommend them next time anyone has plumbing issues!!!!
