I am amazed that Corley was able to get my issues resolved today within just a few hours of making a call to them. It is all thanks to their Hero Perry. He was very friendly and was able to get my tankless water heater operational within a few minutes. He also detected a gas leak that I had and then helped me troubleshoot some stopped up and leaking plumbing in my bath. I will definitely call him again if I need something. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I called on a weekend for help with flooding at Resource Medical Group. Dave our technician showed up after 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional, knowledgable, and very experienced. it took him less than 10 minutes to find the issues and less than 30 min to fix it. He went over and above to call and help me get a restoration team out with in an hour of him completing his job. The experience we have had with Corley is one I think all should know this is how we should all do business!! The upfront commmunication, text alerts, real time tracking that is used to know when your technician will arrive is by far what sets you all apart. Dave should be greatly compensated as he is an amazing face for your company that all business owners/operators strive to have. Kudos to this team. God Bless!

Developed a problem with new HVAC purchased through Corley 10 months ago. The team at Corley's were busy working until 130am Sunday morning but managed to arrive at our home on Monday afternoon to get our AC working again - minor issue, but still required the technical expertise of an HVAC Technician. Corley's sent their best HVAC Tech - (Cypress)... a dynamic professional who had us up and running again within an hour. Cypress didn't just leave the job site once the HVAC returned to normal operation, he reinspected and performed a secondary diagnostic just to make sure. I hope Corley continues to invest in people like Cypress... he's certainly a huge ROI (return on investment), and guys like him will continue to help Corley grow in a positive direction!

Technician very professional, great communicator, and he fixed the problem without replacing parts. However, labor rate way too high. I would call around and ask for quotes (Corley cost me $89 + $176/hour) before booking if not an emergency.

5 star service today from Sean Daley and his partner. Had a pretty simple issue but it was the fact that they were timely and knowledgeable. I have 30 yr old house and over the last 24 years here have had a lot of contractors here and they are the most professional. Met Mr Corley years ago and he came across as a decent person so I hope they continue there success. Don't hesitate to use Corley.

I'm here to contribute to the bad reviews, reluctantly and disappointingly. Spent almost 5 figures with this company to replace my plumbing. I have 1 bathroom, 1 bathtub and 2 sinks in my home. After Corley did a """"complete repipe,"""" when my washer is going, I can't flush the toilet (it imitates a clog with an abrupt stop, then starts gurgling minutes later), the tub fills up with water that has a thin orange film on top (assuming rust), and the sink in the bathroom gurgles. I also had to fetch my paperwork myself, as I was sent absolutely nothing and told nothing after the job was """"completed"""". I've had to clean my walls and floors from front door to bathroom several times now after these plumbers, and as a single mom in the middle of a complete renovation, that should be considered by customer service. It's extremely inconvenient, and with a 4 year old and a bathtub that's frankly out of service, I'm left with not only a LOT of money wasted, but a genuine disappointment and lack in trust and reliability for this company. A """"lifetime warranty"""" is only good for an actual good job. I guess that's where they get ya. They quoted me 5 figures for an electrical job and have sent me countless """"percentage off"""" and """"free inspection"""" texts ever since I haven't agreed to that quote. It just feels like the ultimate scam at this point and I can't feel more taken advantage of. Update , they came out Saturday at 4 pm, and found the worst situation possible. Presented me with over 3k more just to cleanout the drain, rip up my front walkway with no repairs, and THEN will provide another quote for what to do next. At 8pm on a Saturday night, I was left with a child and 2 pets, no bathroom at all, no washer or kitchen sink, a house full of sewage from the front door to the toilet because these guys don't care about actually wearing the foot caps in your home after walking all over fecal matter in your crawlspace, and a 4k quote just to empty my drains. The quote says """"quantity of 6"""" for drain clean out, charging me 600+ , six times. This should honestly be criminal, and Corley's 100% guarantee of making sure you aren't left without a bathroom has been proven false in my home.

While the guy checking out my HVAC system seemed nice enough, his carelessness cost me a bad radon test result. Right in the middle of the two day test period, which is when he did his inspection, he turned the switch off to my main AC system, which doubled the radon levels for day two. Now I'm looking at $700 in radon mitigation before I can sell my house.

Don't even bother to call this company. WAY, WAY OVERPRICED. Plumber told us that it would cost $675 (after discount because we were on their """"service plan"""") to replace a mixing valve on our hot water heater. This was after they had already replaced a check valve on same hot water heater & charged us $550! We were told they charge $500 per HOUR! After my husband & I talked it over, we realized that it wasn't even the mixing valve that needed replacing & we would have (again) thrown an outrageous amount down the drain! No plumber is worth that amount of money & especially since they had NO idea what they were talking about.

Tyler Peay came out to do an inspection of my HVAC system. He recommended several things, but wasn't pushy, although I did have him take care of one of the rec's. M.A. Miller

Corley Electric came to the house to determine what was causing our GFCI to continuously trip. He walked around and stated our pond pump was faulty. He billed us $39 and our problem was not clearly determined or fixed. We checked our pump on another GFCI circuit and it ran for over an hour. We changed our outlet and our GFCI and determined our pond pump was good. Corley never returned our calls. Will never use again.
