Our tankless water heater stopped working over the weekend, so we called Corley who installed it less than 8 months ago to come out and assess/fix it. After assessment, Corley told us that installing a brand new water heater (which would cost over $3,500) would likely be our cheapest option, as the cost for repair could quickly add up, despite the water heater being under warranty. The Corley technician also told us that in order to repair the water heater, it would require a minimum of a 2 hour phone call with the water heater manufacturer and would cost $500/hour, which he said the manufacturer charges (we later confirmed directly with the manufacturer that this is false). He said that we would then have to factor in parts and labor costs into the repair total. After the Corley technician left, we called the manufacturer directly and confirmed that they do not charge $500/hour (or any fee for that matter) to provide technical support - in fact, they reimburse a certain amount under their labor warranty! The manufacturer shipped us the parts directly (for free) and we found an alternate plumbing service to complete the repair, which took less than an hour and a half and was free (as it was covered under the manufacturer's labor warranty). We will never call Corley again.

I wrote a review on Corley a month ago when they had done what I thought was a good job replacing our water heater. A few months later when a leak appeared, I called Margo, a manager, and she acted professional and said they would send someone out to help since they had sold us a top of the line water heater. Except when it actually came time to fix it, they accepted no responsibility and said it wasn't their fault even though it didn't leak until AFTER they sold us the most expensive kind they could and charged us more than any other quote we got. We used them because they had helped us in the past but apparently they don't have the same standards anymore and only care about up-selling and moving on to a new customer. I will NOT be using them again. I called another service out and they said the leak was almost certainly due to the work Corley had done (it was leaking at a connection point between the new heater and our older piping).

Super professional company. I use them for all Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC needs. If you want something done right the first time by trained professionals this is the right company. I have had many techs from their company come out (Josh, Xavier, etc) and they are all highly skilled and know how to assess the issues and communicate and perform the work. If your focus is only price then go find a cheap plumber, this company is professional and you get what you pay for!

Well if you're looking for the cheapest you need to go elsewhere. Had a cracked copper pipe in a slab floor that was hard for me to find. Was looking for a reputable company to fix it. Appointment made for the next day, was kept informed when I could expect the technician Brad. Arrived on time as promised made the diagnosis gave options on repairs. Yes more than I thought it would be but I agreed on what needed to be done and once I gave th ok to repair he call in, got the extra pipe brought over and 2 additional technicians and problem solved very timely. Probably paid a little more for the customer service than other plumbing companies but at the end I was happy I did. Oh yeh and it has a lifetime warranty!

Corley Electric came to the house to determine what was causing our GFCI to continuously trip. He walked around and stated our pond pump was faulty. He billed us $39 and our problem was not clearly determined or fixed. We checked our pump on another GFCI circuit and it ran for over an hour. We changed our outlet and our GFCI and determined our pond pump was good. Corley never returned our calls. Will never use again.

What a professional Dave Moore is! He's a skilled, efficient plumber with a strong work ethic. I know I can trust Corley plumbing.

A big shout out to Xavier with Corley!!! He did a fantastic job with diagnosing our A/C issues and explaining the maintenance process step by step. He made sure to get us the best products all with a 1 year warranty. This company has a 4.8 star review on Google for a reason. They are simply the best. They are on the high price side, but I promise they will figure your A/C problem out and not waste your time. Go with Corley!!! Thanks again for your fantastic work, Xavier!

Be careful with their quotes. I have not had a problem with their service. However, the last quote I got from them was for $500 to replace a furnace igniter. I was on their monthly service plan so there was no cost for labor. I ordered the part from Home Depot for $25 and installed it myself. When I called the office and asked why I got such a high quote they transferred me to billing and said my bill was past due. BEWARE.

Charged me $271 to snake a clogged drain for my washing machine. They were not able to clear the clog, and said that there was a bend in the pipe that they could not go past, but yet still charged me even though they did not fix the problem. I called another plumber, and they had no problem snaking out the drain and clearing the clog. Corely is horrible.

Taken directly from the words of Corley, """"And because Plumbing, Air Conditioning, or Electrical problems don't always happen at convenient times our team is ready Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 pm at no additional charge. At Corley we promise to keep our appointments."""" I have a serious plumbing issue in my business. Water coming up through the concrete saturating the carpet. I stopped by the Corley office to see if I could get a plumber out. I was told it would be the next day and my credit card information was taken at that time. The next morning more water in my building but a call from Corley and cancelled appointment. Apparently they ARE NOT ready Monday thru Saturday nor do they keep their appointments! On the bright side, the person that cancelled my appointment was nice about it.
