2 stars as they did respond to my inquire but I will not pay a dispatch charge for a estimate on a 240v outlet. There are several other companies that will do it for free. In this day in time $59 is not a lot of money but it is a lot of money if you get my drift. Glad I checked the reviews on yelp to know to ask if this is true. The reviews on google are misleading in my opinion as the true ones are listed here on yelp. Please keep in mind this in my opinion and based on my experience. Do your research and determine if this is a company you would like to do business with. For me, it's a hard no. Did appreciate the fast response though.

I have had leaking issues with a toilet I installed a month ago. Russell came out and analyzed the problem, and had it corrected within an hour. He communicated what was going on throughout the repair and explained the repair procedure. So far a day later, I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and the price I paid. I plan to hire them to do some additional work on other projects next week. I will definitely request Russell in the future.

This company just robs its customers. I had a tripped breaker and no power. The technician kept trying to sell me on all these additional services, and I asked him to just fix the problem. He never went over the final summary of charges and the invoice was an absolute rip off. If I hadn't needed the power restored so quickly, I would have definitely looked at other options. I will never ever use this company again. When I tried to discuss this matter with a supervisor, he just talked about their overheads and their costs to run the company and why shouldn't they make a profit. I am appalled at their fees and costs for menial electrical work and there is no customer service.

Extremely disappointed!!!! I had an electrician come out to put up a flood light. I was not home by my wife was. He quoted her 480 dollars to put in a junction box and mount the light. That seems quite high, so she politely declined. I guess the technician forgot we have a ring doorbell but once she closed the door, while standing on my front porch, he said """"what a female dog"""". Needless to say, as a husband that loves his wife, I was angry!! I called Corley and spoke to a manager. Basically I was told, he never does this, and he will get a talkin to. I asked if they were going to make this right, and he basically said no. What a shame.

Developed a problem with new HVAC purchased through Corley 10 months ago. The team at Corley's were busy working until 130am Sunday morning but managed to arrive at our home on Monday afternoon to get our AC working again - minor issue, but still required the technical expertise of an HVAC Technician. Corley's sent their best HVAC Tech - (Cypress)... a dynamic professional who had us up and running again within an hour. Cypress didn't just leave the job site once the HVAC returned to normal operation, he reinspected and performed a secondary diagnostic just to make sure. I hope Corley continues to invest in people like Cypress... he's certainly a huge ROI (return on investment), and guys like him will continue to help Corley grow in a positive direction!

Be careful with their quotes. I have not had a problem with their service. However, the last quote I got from them was for $500 to replace a furnace igniter. I was on their monthly service plan so there was no cost for labor. I ordered the part from Home Depot for $25 and installed it myself. When I called the office and asked why I got such a high quote they transferred me to billing and said my bill was past due. BEWARE.

Competent workers but WILDLY overpriced. Charged me over $500 to replace two outdoor (already wired) motion sensor lights. It took less than an hour. Charged over $700 to replace a toilet. Wholesale cost of toilet was around $225. Nearly $500 labor to replace a toilet? Thanks but no thanks.

If you want to throw money away, hire Corley. I needed new duck work and have a sunroom that. I was quoted $20,000 for unit for sunroom or do a split unit for $9500. I did not hire another firm when he told me to add a seperate zone to my current unit for the sunroom. Guess waht Corley told me today. After I paid them $11,000 for new duck work, new do add a zone to current unit and need to REDO duct work that they are going to charge me for doing AGAIN. I would have paid the money in the beginning. They said the sales guy is gone and blamed him. REALLY, all the misquotes and mistakes. If you want to use CORLEY, call or text me, I will show they screwups and MANAGEMENT NEVER CALLED TO Apologize. I should have walked before but I WAS DUMB. Don't burn your money like me. Why can't I give no stars? These guys are the worst. Our experience has been very negative. Their business model seems to be show up, find some explanation for your problem, tell you they need to order some part, and never follow up. Not sure how that could ever work. Why these guys spend time buy local TV ads rather than fixing their business model is beyond me.

What a professional Dave Moore is! He's a skilled, efficient plumber with a strong work ethic. I know I can trust Corley plumbing.
