Don and Jake were great! They converted a dual handle shower faucet into a single handle and raised the shower head pipe about a foot, in a bathroom that I am remodeling. They were very knowledgeable and kept me updated and even gave me some pointers. Their price was fair compared to some other quotes that I had received and I loved that I was able to schedule my appointment on their website! Will definitely be using them again !

My water heater broke overnight. Went online booked an appointment. Anthony and Elijah came right on time, explained the total work that needed to be done. got my quote immediately, which I found reasonable for the scope of work that needed to be done. because of water saturation in the area, Tony called a flood restoration company right away. Prior to the remediation of the water, Elijah came back and installed a small electric water heater. I must praise Elijah for his professionalism, courtesy, and work habit. he kept me informed throughout, and left the area clean and ready for the restoration people to do their work. I had quite a scare today. While trying to replace a Fill Valve (after watching a tutorial video on Youtube), I wasn't able to turn the water off despite the knob was completely turned to the right. As I panicked, more water kept gushing out and the downstairs guest restroom began to slowly flood. I immediately ran to my next door neighbor asking for help and much to my surprise (and by the grace of God), I saw a Core Plumbing van parked right in front. Tony and Jake were working on a job next door and rushed to my aid. Jake was amazing as he tried to calm me down and assured me that everything would be ok. They shut off my main water valve and proceeded to work on my leakage problem. I have dealt with many contractors but never have came across anyone like Tony and Jake who displayed genuine concerns for their customer and provided the comfort that most lack. Both were professional and knew their job well. I was very pleased with the repair that Tony performed while Jake was assisting him. They came to my rescue without any hesitation and even politely refused to accept my tip. Tony and Jake exemplify exceptional service and went above and beyond. I will keep their card handy for future plumbing work and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Tony and Jake!!!!!

Last year I had Core Plumbing install a whole house water filtration system with an added UV light to remove bacterial.. When it was time to replace the light of course I called Core to come take care of this. They were on time, courteous, clean, and made sure to check/replace fittings and washers to help circumvent potential leaks. I appreciate this company and their professional crew!

we had an issue with a supposedly water leak in our rental, Tony the technic arrived on site the next morning, he checked inside and out searching for the leak? He also checked the meter and it was not moving? He shut off the water to the unit trying to see if there was a leak, we finally came up with the toil over flow was the issue. He did a rebuild and got the issue under control.
The whole time the technician was on site he kept in contact with me, made suggestions and asked for clearance on any thing that was billed...so there were no surprises. I knew exactly what i was being charged for parts and labor, and I had to agree with it. Tony did a fantastic job and it was nice to know what the cost was beforehand.....I would definitely recommend Core plumbing.

Grant installed a new toilet and hot water recirculating pump. We bought the pump ourselves ahead of time, and we didn't realize that the mounting bracket was missing. He had to spend a lot of extra time making his own mounting bracket for us. He was very thorough and professional.

Sink disposal was spraying and leaking water from the bottom of it after I had unjammed it. Sent out for quotes via Yelp but referred companies didn't respond fast enough and the companies that did, couldn't schedule me soon enough. Searched Yelp for plumbers near me and called Core Plumbing.

for the nice gal who answered the phone to assist especially since there was multiple calls between us that day when I scheduled the appointment and the day of the appointment.
(I called on a Saturday afternoon and she was able to schedule me the following Monday between 9am - 12noon).

for Joe and Eli who came out to fix my disposal on Monday. They not only took a look at my disposal (which needed to be replaced; they even explained what caused it to break) but they also diagnosed and discussed other potential plumbing issues which included a cracked basket in the left sink, calcification of pipes and joints in the kitchen and bath, the need to replace water valves and, to repair the stop in the bathroom sink.

Being that my home was built in the mid-70's, the sink basket was definitely in need of replacement and although the kitchen and bath pipes had been replaced in 2002 after another plumbing issue, the calcification was bad and replacement was needed. I gave the guys approval to do everything but replace the water valves which will be another appointment.

They are professional and knowledgeable. The problem was soon solved. Appreciated them walking me through the process and answer all my questions. I've used Core consistently for many years. I've stayed with them because of their professionalism, fair pricing and quality work. They're a family-owned business with integrity. I trust their advice and work completely. Today I had a scheduled service, and one plumber called to say he and his crew were helping someone with a serious issue. He offered to still come or to call the office and have another plumber come out. Tony got dispatched right away, and called to say he was on his way. He got here, assessed the situation and told me my options. I really appreciated that he worked out a $50 discount due to parts I had, and he completed the repairs quickly and quietly (I work from home). I can't say enough great things about Core and their staff. You won't be sorry using this company!
