Our technician, Joseph, was really nice and cool. He did a quick inspection of our setup, which I found reassuring.
I was really happy how they were able to work with my schedule.
Will definitely look to them again for future plumbing issues!

Don, Greg, Cody, Eli, Irvin, and Tony
We cannot say enough good things about Core Plumbing (family owned). The above mentioned were the technicians who worked on our 6-hour job and finished in 1 day. This was not planned but they made it happen on the day of the appointment!
Don had my list of what we wanted done per my scheduling online. It was easy and very professional. I showed him what I wanted done. He wrote up a quote and let him know we needed it done that day. They were going to try but it may take 2 days for the below to happen. I was not happy since I already had all the hardware to install except the water heater which they provided. We agreed on quote.
- Installed Water Heater
- Installed Garbage Disposal
- Installed 2 Master Bathroom Faucets
One van showed up, then another, and another! It looked like we had a water heater emergency, but it was not. And somehow, they pulled Greg, Cody, Eli, Irvin, and Tony together to work on the job.
Greg & Cody on the water heater, Irvin & Eli on the master bathroom faucets which they had to replace piping/angles. Of course, one pipe got really stuck. What a mess. And 1 technician Tony who installed the garbage disposal. I apologize if I got some of the names wrong. There were a lot of technicians working!
I was overly impressed with the professionalism, detailed to their work, cleanliness, and support (teamwork) from one another to get this job done right. They were all trained to follow the companies work ethics and do their jobs 110%. Also, they gave us helpful suggestions on keeping things working for a longer time.
Cleanliness was a big factor I look for with companies. They all wore booties in the house and before detaching the old garbage disposal/faucets they put down a cloth and pan. After they vacuumed/wiped down areas they worked in.
Everything works and is now fixed in one day. Happy household!
Thank you, Core Plumbing Team!

Don & Irvin stopped by to replace the Water Softener System that came with the house. It was leaking and I needed it to be done right. Don offered me different solutions, and the work was completed with the help of Irvin. Great team and I'll have them out for my next plumbing project.

Greg and Cody are exactly what a homeowner wants and needs in a local plumbing expert. They are polite, understanding and transparent. They helped me understand the issues, where other issues could start presenting itself and explained in great detail all that needed to be done and completed everything professionally and timely. Couldn't ask them to change anything. Will definitely use Core Plumbing ongoing for all of our home's plumbing needs.

Don had previously installed our water heater and did an excellent job. Recently, Don and Irvin installed a new value and on/off knob for our shower and replaced the water pressure regulator, which was shot. Again, they did a great job, were friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Core Plumbing.

I live in the house which was built in 2005. I had a water leak at the kitchen ceiling, which started a few days ago and water drop became more frequently. So I had to find any available repair company as soon as possible. Core Plumbing system was good to make an appointment, it responded with text message for update.
Two technicians visited yesterday and this is what they did.
1. They checked the status before opening the ceiling, /* after talking to the office */ they asked me $2151 for the fix. I had no choice to compare with other company as it was urgent and I trusted Yelp's good review on the company. Honestly, I thought this cost can be covered by insurance (but actually it seems not, it's on processing now) /* they didn't mention about that */. Also they suggested the damage restoration company who they work with and I agreed (I don't care how they connect each other, my concern was just recovering from the leak)
2. When they cut the ceiling and located the cause, they said the issue was a pin hole on the cold water pipe to the upper floor sink but they didn't confirm why it was come from.
3. After the first try, another hole was found on the pipe. They said while they applied the heat on the pipe it seemed to cause the other damage and another try would cause the new issue again.
4. /* They suggested the option at this moment. Either re-pipe or re-route.
Repipe replaces all pipelines at the house because the damage seems come from too thin pipe and may able to have the same issue later. But, I didn't choose that as it costs a lot. So */ I asked them just re-route.
5. The job was done well, they needed to make a hole at the bottom of the sink but it was okay, the pipe was installed nicely.
6. So overall, I have no complaint on their work.
Today, the insurance agent came and told me the repair charge is way too expensive. The usual labor won't exceed $200 per hour. (If the first fix was okay without the additional hole, their labor charge could be about $1000 per hour!!!) /* Well, they would say the charge includes the leak detection also, but the insurance person checked the note provided by the technician and said it's still too high. */
I have got helps so far from Yelp for other issues such as garage door spring replacement, water heater installation and sprinkler repair etc, all decisions were made according to the reviews here and I have been totally satisfied with them, I also recommended them to my neighbors and I even posted the recommendation comments on Nextdoor, but it didn't work at this time. I really don't know how to select the plumbers next time if needed, but it definitely won't be this company for me and my friends/neighbors (Don't consider too much on $20 online discount, it's nothing comparing to the actual charge).

UPDATE: After I just talked to the technician who visited yesterday, I could misunderstand or there can be argument at some comments above so I modified from the original posting. Please ignore the lines between /* ... */. But, even removing them, the fact is I PAID $2151 FOR THE WORK OF BELOW PHOTO AND THEY ASKED THAT AMOUNT BEFORE OPENING THE CEILING. They keep saying that it includes everything, but what does ""everything"" mean? He also says I agreed the charge when asked, but how do I know that is okay price or not at that moment? Should I ask them to leave and call another company to come and get a quote to compare? The only thing I was able to do at that urgent situation was relying on Yelp review as I have done so far and I did trust them that they are not supposed to overcharge. Again, the technician was nice and did a good job, my complaint is on the service charge. However they completed the job well, it shouldn't be overcharged.
IF ANY OTHER COMPANY OR EXPERT LOOKS AT THIS REVIEW AND THINKS THIS CHARGE IS REASONABLE THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WILL WITHDRAW THIS REVIEW RIGHT AWAY.

Greg and Cory from Core Plumbing arrived on time and ready to go. Within minutes of arriving they diagnosed the issue and had a reasonable cost estimate available. Once signed they went to work quickly and were artisans at work! Though the job proved to be a bit trickier than expected, the two did an outstanding job in every way! They cleaned up the job site leaving no trace of what they had accomplished other than a shiny new, drip free outdoor faucet!
I would strongly recommend Core Plumbing to friends, family and neighbors as they bring the personal touch and professionalism that the bigger players seem to forget about.

Greg showed up on time and was very thorough in listening to our concerns and investigating the issues with our plumbing. He was through in the job he did and even corrected some minor issues at our request. If needed, I would definitely use Core Plumbing again.

We had 3 minor repairs, one major job (involving cutting a tile counter) and one undiagnosed (but suspected) problem in the garage. Perfect experience. So many positives: 1. sent a text at the beginning of arrival window saying they were on the way 2. arrived on time 3. very clear pricing on an iPad listing options 4. Grant and Irvin were so nice to have around the house (for what became two days), working seamlessly around the 6 people and 2 dogs here 5. no extra labor charge for the extra time. My new go-to plumber. 100% recommend.

We are first time homeowners, and had a washing machine leak the first day that we moved in. It turned out to be a clogged washer drain (also had some clogged tubs). Greg did a wonderful job assessing and fixing the issue. Additionally went above and beyond by re-evaluating for appropriate drainage after the job had been completed by checking for new water leakage after running the washer and tubs. Appreciate his professionalism and capabilities and will certainly call for Core Plumbing the next time we have issues.
