All of Core's plumbers who have come out over the years- Don, Josh and David, have all done an excellent job. They are also very responsive to customers needs. Grant and his team did an excellent job running a new gas line from our outside meter to the kitchen for a new gas cooktop. The guys were on time, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price for the job was fair and the finish was professionally done. I appreciate their work immensely and would use them again in a heartbeat for any plumbing jobs - small or large. These guys have integrity and an excellent work ethic.

This review is about my recent experience with Core Plumbing. I have an unexpected water soften breaking and its resin was flushed to the house pipe that clogged the whole house faucets/shower heads/toilets. I was able to flush big chunk of resin out of water heater and clear some faucets to get a few faucet running but it is clear that the whole house pipes need to be flushed and cleaned. I contacted multiple reputable plumbers that either don't want to deal with it or ask me to pay for their diagnosis to find out why there is clogging (I have done what I can and believe I have enough proof for the source of problem) instead of repairment plan and cost estimate. I came across core Plumbing, specifically I talked to Don, He is very straight forward and honest. After hearing what I have found and done, he pent almost 20 min on the phone to explain what is involved and at stake and pros/cons for different options that include painful/slow steps I can take to clear the pipes if I choose to do it myself to save cost. He provided those helpful information w/o asking me to pay for a diagnosis visit. This is my rental property and I cannot take my time to clear up the pipes. I decided to set up an appointment with them afterwards since I don't have a better choice. Fortunately, we came across another plumbing company the same afternoon who just recently finished a job in our same situation (we are his 2nd case in 25 years) and was able to give us firm upper quote and clear steps they will take after seeing our house. They will make sure the house pipes are back in order, not just for us to get running water and find out residual clogging or reduced pressure later. Their prices are not cheap but the steps and process match what Don has provided so I know their quotes are reasonable and fair. I decided to go with them since they have just done that. (They are about to finish my job and a great company to deal with. I'll do a separate review). I called Core plumbing to cancel my appointment right away. They are very courteous and understanding and wish all works out for me. I cannot comment on their work since I did not use them this time but they surely stands out in terms of customer service and professionalism. I would definitely consider them if I unfortunately need plumbing service again.
