They came in, looked at my job, and gave me an absolutely absurd price quote with even more absurd prices for guarantees. (Isn't all work guaranteed?) I quickly showed them the door and rebooked with a higher rated plumber with a dramatically lower price quote. It's worth the wait for a few more days.
Also, one of the two guys wasn't wearing a mask.

Tony and Bern went above and beyond to ensure that the source of the issue of our toilet clog (MAJOR root growth/intrusion) was resolved. They not only removed the roots and applied weed-killer, but made sure that it would not happen again: they corrected what was a sub-level flange prone to leakage by installing a new flange and leveling it with our flooring using concrete so that the system would be watertight.

Through it all, they were transparent and informative on the situation and took the time to answer all of our questions. As a homeowner, it was a great learning experience with the both of them on all-things plumbing.

It was great to know that these guys weren't just in-and-out looking to get quick jobs lined up, but genuinely cared about us and the long-term stability of our home.

I spoke to Don about this appointment a few days before his team showed up. The day of the appointment Joe showed up and addressed my issue. He was nice, courteous and was confident in fixing the broken pipe. He also worked overtime until the job was done correctly. Certainly not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get.
