Tony and Shane did a great job! They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. We had a long list of little plumbing issues which they took care of handily. In the process, they found a pipe/junction that was ready to burst and fixed it for us. They probably saved as a huge bill later on down the line when the house would have eventually flooded. Thanks Tony and Shane! We will definitely be giving them a call for any future plumbing needs.

We had some MAJOR problems : The plumbing system in our house, built in the early sixties, was on the brink of something very bad!
First, our water pressure dropped like a rock and a pipe under the sink started to leak,I looked at it and figured that it was coming from a ""John Guest"" connector. I could fix that, But then my wife reminded me of a slew of other things; the pipes under the sinks in the house, along with the ones in a small granny flat, looked like the were put together with whatever was laying around at the time by someone who was either sleep deprived or on Meth; We have 2 hot water heaters that had NEVER been serviced in the past 12 years that we have lived here and the one heater dated to 2002. The sounds that erupted from the main one in our garage reminded us of a ""death rattle"". There was no water from the Granny Flat sink and in the places where we could get water, there was poor pressure.

We used CORE plumbing in the early years when everything was working, and they made such an impression on us that we decided to call them again.

Joseph came out promptly on a Friday. We explained our concerns the best we could and then he proceeded to troubleshoot the system; Two hours later he told us, as gently as he could, that our worst fears ha already been realized. The water heaters needed to be replaced and properly installed. The pipes under the sinks also needed to be taken out and properly replaced


Joseph and Irvin returned early Monday morning and didn't leave until 7 pm ; we have 2 new water heaters that are state of the art and have the safety component s that were nowhere to be seen before. They rebuilt the connections under our sinks and the pipes actually resemble one another! They also restored the connections to our faucets in the way God intended, but now we do have to relearn that the right and left faucets do not do what they used to!

So, the point of this lengthy review is that Core Plumbing couldn't have sent better people to represent their company. Joseph and Irvin were not only thorough and knowledgeable, but expert craftsman who take personal pride in the quality of their work; All Connections, solder joints and all other aspects of their work was flawless and I wish I had thought to take some 'before' photos.

Core did a good job fixing my sink hookup, she was leakin at the S pipe. They showed up a little later but they got the job done and I haven't had any issues since. Would recommend if you need a quick fix.

Quality service at a fair price.

Joseph just performed some high-quality work for us on short notice. Had our garage drain back up and washing machine overflow. We were able to schedule service the morning after the issue presented. Joseph assessed the problem and solved it immediately, he even went the extra mile to make sure the job site was cleaner than he found it. He talked me through what to look for the next few times we use the drain to make sure everything was fixed correctly.

Joseph also took the time to point out a few problems with plumbing in our older home that we hadn't been aware of. I feel that he provided me and my wife with useful information without trying to guilt us into extra services. We can now read up on the recommendations on our own time but we'll likely return to Core Plumbing for some of the work he pointed out.

I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes with Core Plumbing warrantying their work. Gives me confidence that the job will be done correctly.

This was the second plumber to come out and deal with the same issue that the first one took care of. The difference is that CORE PLUMBING fixed the problem this time so it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! We had a tankless water heater installed. Greg and the team did an awesome job. I want to especially call out Greg, who always tried to make sure it was clear everything he was doing - a great communicator/teacher. He consistently took the time to explain how the system worked, what I needed to do to maintain it, and really listened to all of my concerns. He did a fantastic job retrofitting the unit into my garage to my specifications - it was a big job, but he really took the time to make sure every tiny detail was not only done, but done well. I would highly recommend Core plumbing and especially Greg. Thanks very much!
