I am more than pleased with Copperline Plumbing. Gabe is not only the person who takes your call & appointment, he is the owner & plumber. He called 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, came in and got to work. He works quickly and the job is done right and at a great price! He is extremely polite & honest. I would not hesitate to use his services again. I highly recommend Copperline!!!

Hands down the nicest, most forthright and honest guy I have ever met. Gabe was not only super-punctual and courteous.... I never once felt myself careening into that awkward/weird/hokey abyss some outside contractors steer you into because they're convinced you're the simplest, most convincing moron ever.

Just a regular Joe who does great work at a reasonable price... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

So if you want a plumber who can make a commitment as strong as a Rare Earth Element, and want to dispense with the smoke and mirrors other less scrupulous hacks who throw murky water into the fray, this is the dude for you.

You might call others, but you will never call one better... of that, I am certain.

Gabe came to our house twice to work on the toilet in our master bedroom. To make this horror story short he removed our toilet because it was leaking, advised us to call a company that could do flood repair and ran out of our house. He never told us what exactly went wrong, NEVER returned our calls and actually broke the base of the toilet (we had to purchase a new one for $250). It has been two months, we are still dealing with contractors and insurance since the leak did a lot of damage.. It would've been nice if this ""great"" plumber had followed through, returned our calls and told us what actually happened.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to add a negative review of Gabe's service. We have used him twice and the first time he was deserving of every other 5 star review.
The second time we had him come out to install a bath faucet of ours. Upon doing so he dropped a clamp for the faucet behind the cutout for the water lines of the vanity back panel. It was not retrievable without tearing out the vanity.

He told us he would order the part and return the following week. We scheduled an appointment the next Saturday. It was no big deal to us. The Saturday he was due to arrive, he called me and told the part had not arrived from the supplier and we needed to reschedule again.

From that point forward we never heard from him. I called him multiple times and my wife called as well. He never responded. Obviously the faucet was not working as the install was incomplete.

Finally after about three months of calling and waiting we contacted Grohe directly who shipped the part. I was able to complete the install myself.

I know the reviews are great but I wanted to spend a minute outlining an instance where Gabe was completely unprofessional and left us hanging after he lost a part trying to install a bath faucet. This was not a complex project but he left us hanging and never bothered to communicate with us. He just abandoned the install.

I would consider this review if you have an even remotely complex plumbing problem.

Gabe came at the end of June to clear my drains (all of my drains were backing up, from the laundry, kitchen sink, showers and sinks, he went through the shower drains and got the clog from the source). I thought the price was economical, he called me a little beforehand to make sure I was there, arrived on time and worked fairly quickly. After he was done, he explained what he did, and even gave me a quote when I asked about installing a water line to my refrigerator.
