Having trouble with my water heater I went to Yelp for advice. Called Copperline Plumbing and Gabe called back right away. We made an appointment and he came over on time and after looking the situation over, decided I didn't need a new water heater but rather new fittings which were alot cheaper than a new water heater. I liked the man. I liked the work he did. I liked also that he is the sole plumber for Copperline.
As far as I'm concerned, Gabe will be the plumber of choice for us whenever we need a plumber. Very glad I called him.

If you are looking for a plumber who is decent, relaxed, helpful, professional and goes the extra mile, Gabe is your man.
I called him for what I thought was a leak in the main line to my house. Well, it wasn't, but Gabe fixed a couple of other things that I threw at him. (He's the plumber not me!)
He took the time to explain his reasoning and step me through what was going on. He also helped clear a blocked faucet and checked several other faucets, without adding to the bill.
Compared to a previous experience I had with another plumber this was night and day better.
He's a small operation, and I much prefer to give my business to the little guy out there doing his thing, making a living. He's invested in his work and it shows.
(I didn't use the Yelp coupon, because I don't nickle and dime the sole-operator. I'll save that for the big corporations.)

Called with emergency leak on a Friday night. Had to call twice to get response. Was told that they were booked up for the next week and that they could not get here till then. Will not be using their services in the future.

I wish that I could share the same experience, but I cannot. I called on 01/02/15 with a tankless water heater problem (no hot water). The plumber we spoke to, said we needed a new unit without even seeing it, which immediately sent out red flags to me. To top that off, they could not even come out until next Weds 01/07/15. We started to tinker with the unit ourselves & had water gushing everywhere. So we called Saturday around 5pm with an emergency. I asked to please have someone call us asap and the dis-interested person took our info & hung up. Needless to say, no one bothered to call or come over. We finally stopped the water ourselves and called Lawson Family Plumbing the next day. They responded immediately, and were able to diagnose the problem (a faulty heat switch) & gave us some hot water until the repair is complete. We are waiting for the part to come in which they will install. I can't say enough about Lawson Family Plumbing & a BIG thumbs down for Copperline.

I had a simple leaky valve under the kitchen sink. Gabe came over and took care of the problem on a Saturday. The price was fair and he was professional. What more could you ask for? He is now on my service provider Rolodex.

I highly recommend this company. I read all the 5 star reviews and can tell you that they are all accurate. Gabe installed a new hot water heater for us and we we very pleased with his work.

He arrived on time and was very professional. There were no surprise extra charges. He explained what he was going to do and did a wonderful job.

Gabe was so great. Professional and kind to my twin daughters. He was expensive. But I would rather have him quickly fixing my plumbing issues and paying more than hiring a less professional plumber. Definitely worth it!

Gabe stopped by the same day we called to ""triage"" our problem. He came back another day to fix the problem, and returned a third day to do additional work for us. Gabe was friendly, prompt, and efficient. He was also good about calling to tell us he was on his way; and he cleaned up after himself. His prices are about as good as it gets in Phoenix. He uses a nifty invoicing system that includes pictures of the items repaired and descriptions of the parts used. You can print out, or save, this detailed invoice for your records. We will certainly use him again, and recommend him to anybody looking for a reliable plumber.
