We have an old disposal (formerly older toilet) and they patiently explained how plumbing and piping works to a layman like myself.

Any future plumbing needs will be called to Cooper Plumbing.

A plumbing issue is never enjoyable, but these guys (Luke Potter, specifically) made this experience painless and very enjoyable. I was contacted within five minutes of my initial call, and Luke was at my house within two hours. He explained everything in a way I could understand and took care of each problem I had in my bathroom. If I ever need plumbing help again, I'll definitely be calling them!

We woke up on a Sunday morning to what we thought was a break in our main water line -- turned out to be a break in the main line suppling water to our emergency fire protection system (sprinklers). We called two other plumbers first b/c they advertised 24/7 & emergency support services. They both came out, looked at the leak for less than 30sec, and told us the same thing: they couldn't fix the leak b/c it was suppling water to the sprinkler system (that type of work required special qualifications). They also both independently told us it was a city line and that we needed to call 311 to have them fix the line.

So, we called 311 waited another couple of hours (with the leak still going forming a larger and larger river down our shared driveway) for the city to come out. The city got there did the exact same thing (looked at the leak for less than 30 seconds), told us they couldn't fix it b/c it was a private line under the shared drive way. The city told us to call the fire protection company and have them come out and fix the leak.

We called the fire protection company, again waiting another couple of hours while the leak continued to grow. They came out and said the leak was in a line before their "ownership" kicked in (their lines are orange and the leak was in a white PVC line), meaning it was a plumbing problem since it wasn't a city line. Thankfully the fire protection company was able to shut the water off at the meter so we had time to call out another plumber.

On Monday we called Cooper Plumbing, I explained all of the above and Jerimiah had someone out to our house later that afternoon -- appt was scheduled for 2-3, but Estaban was able to come earlier at about 1pm (which was great for us). When Estaban got there, I also explained everything and he said he could fix it, no problem. He phoned Jerimiah and discussed pricing, and was ready to work within 15mins of arriving. Estaban cleared the garden (there was a pretty heavy statue and two established bushes), dug out the line, replaced the break, filled everything back in, (he even swept the walkway and moved our statue afterwards) and was finished up by about 5:30pm.

Estaban effectively communicated after every step explaining everything that happened and what he was going to do to solve the problem. I really appreciated the sense of urgency and level of attention to detail Estaban paid to our job and situation (without water for nearly 2 days). I couldn't have been happier with the communication and service. While it's not how I wanted to spend that much money, I do feel like it was worth every penny.

These guys within a couple of seconds of my posting, my emergency situation we're all over this extremely unexpected water pipe leak that came through my living room ceiling & found my garage with an 1 - 1 1/2 inches of water.
They immediately found the problem & had it fixed within an hour @ not only that set me up with a personal friend of his to come & fix the sheet rock repair as this house is in the middle of being sold & buyers were about ti back out because of this unforeseen issue, but since Jeremiah & Efrain got it fixed up in a snap and WAY less then what I thought it was going to be.

I cannot say how impressed , knowledgeable, & professional these guys were not to mention the expediency in this matter. It was quit shocking at how quick the response time it took from the time I made my urgent call to the time they got their assessed the situation & had it repaired it was nothing short of miraculous.

When the whole thing was over I was expecting a horrifically high bill, but was again pleasantly surprised how reasonable the repair was under the circumstances..

If you ever have a water, or pipe issue.. these guys need to be on your speed dial, as they will not disappoint you.They will be on mine that's for sure.

I only wish all companies owners had this great of response time & customer service they provided me. You all have broke the mold!

Cooper plumbing responded to me in less than 10 minutes and had someone at my house in less than 30 min. Specifically, I had James Cueller and he was so kind and helpful. I actually didn't even have a plumbing issue, it was a result of an AC issue, but James was able to identify it AND fix it. Cooper Plumbing is saved in my rolodex as a permanent business I'll use!

Spoke with Jeremiah, got amazing instant feedback and a quick end of day appt to send someone out to fix my shower faucet leak. Efrain and his partner showed up literally 60 mins later and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. Not only did they replace the broken part on the spot, they trouble shooted another hot water prob i had and made a great suggestion about that and my water heater. These guys are full professionals. Ive tried other plumbers but for once felt like a legit deal and honest days work from Cooper, top to bottom - thx guys.

Cooper Plumbing fit me into their schedule THE next day and was able to ID the problem and solve it during their visit. *The company is great on communication* and responds quickly. Jeremiah explained the problem clearly, the technician had the parts available on their truck. Jeremiah kept me updated on the work in progress and what to expect next. They sent pictures of the parts & finished work. They seem reasonably priced, and the billing is detailed. I do recommend Cooper Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Am glad I found them.
