3 start for responding right away and very helpful, I did not use their service . I found them bit pricey for the work it needed to take care of my issue but they were upfront with the price and I appreciate that.
It is a mom and pop so I feel I need to support them . Their price could come down a bit to clearly distinguish between them and big plumbing companies who got bigger overheads than them , Just my opinion.

Called Jeremiah to schedule maintenance on garbage disposal and issue with commode, Carlos arrived early for 3pm scheduled appt. I was completely satisfied with Carlos work performed and his knowledge in trouble shooting/fixing commode issue, highly recommend these guys!

We requested a plumber at 1:40 and had one at our door at 2:00! It turned out to be a worse clog than we realized and Warren worked his @$$ off for over an hour. We had a different plumbing company out before for the same clog and they just did an auger one time and left (and of course the clog returned) but Warren made sure clear water was coming from the clean out pipe in the back yard and that the drain was actually cleared. Extremely hard worker and obviously a well run company with their fast response time and clear communication. They had similar pricing to the other plumbing company but were better in every way.

Price was extremely reasonable especially for the level and quality of service, they could certainly justify charging much more.

Phenomenal service. Fantastic crew. Great communication. Great help with the City. Just can't say enough good things about Cooper Plumbing.

Jeremiah is just the best. Warren and Efrain were the crew he sent for my job and they were respectful, punctual and just over all good guys. You can tell they like what they do and have a boss who appreciates them.

Cooper Plumbing came out to unclog my kitchen sink. They responded quickly and the repair person was nice. The issue I have is that he quoted me $300 without even knowing how bad the clog was or how long it would take. It was a simple clog that look less than five minutes. I am left feeling like a sucker. He threw out the highest price. I would not call them again because I dont trust them. I see on TV that John Moore charges $69. I have used other companies that shows pricing in print.

Cooper Plumbing was fast to reply on Yelp (on a Sunday) and scheduled a visit the very next day. They arrived on time, including a text notification when they were on the way. The job was completed quickly and on site staff were polite and professional.
