Had a room in the house get a wet carpet right by the wall running adjacent to the bathroom, so I knew something was wrong. I requested a quote from Cooper plumbing and they were super fast to respond. After explaining everything, I was pretty much told what would need to happen via Yelp messenger, and everything happened as said. Chris came out the following day right around 10am, which I appreciated because I stressed my preference in having it as early as possible, and the confirmation shows a 2 hour window. He came in, was wearing a mask, took his shoes off, and went to take a look. I don't think it was even 5 minutes before he basically predicted what was wrong. He did the shower pan test like we were told they would, and the problem was found. This will be a bigger project that requires people of different trades, but the problem was spotted super fast, Chris was friendly, and the price was exactly what we were told. I definitely recommend this company.

Called Cooper plumbing and they had someone there within the hour. The quote was reasonable and they even let me cut a hole in the drywall myself while they bought plumbing parts to cut the cost.

I had a leaky outdoor faucet. Jeremiah replaced in about 25 minutes.
I had been putting off this repair, didn't want to deal with the hassle of hiring someone, waiting for an appointment, being talked down to, etc, but Cooper Plumbing made it really easy. Jeremiah was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and fully explained how he would make the repair.
I will definitely use Cooper Plumbing again!

Seeing water on your ceiling is not the way to start your day. I climbed up my attic stairs and saw a drip drip coming from my water heater.

I immediately hopped on Yelp and gave Cooper Plumbing a call. No answer. As soon as I was about to call another company, Jeremiah returns me call. He asks me to send over a pic of the problem. I did him one better and sent a video. He gave me a quote via text and said a tech could be out in a few hours.

Chris showed up early and masked up. He was super friendly. Explained everything he was going to repair. He climbed into the attic and around an hour later, all done! No price surprises!

I can't say if Cooper is pricey because I didn't waste time comparison shopping. All I know is they came when I needed them and that's what counts.

We'd been out of town. We didn't have hot water. After checking the hot water heaters I called Cooper. They had someone here I. Less than 30 mins. Solved our problem and we were very happy to have hot water again so quickly.

I had a leak in the toilet in the guest bathroom that caused damage to my floors. I messaged Cooper Plumbing through Yelp to survey the issue. They were quick to respond to the message and within an hour they were at my house. They determined that the wax ring had been blown because the original installed on the toilet was not properly done. They were also able to recommend a floor and tile company to repair the damage to the floor and ceiling below. I would recommend Cooper Plumbing.
