Cesar was very professional and safe regarding Covid. He called in advance prior to arrival and sent a detailed text with his picture. The invoice process was easy and non-contact. I received a copy of my invoice by email before he left the home. I was pleased with the service, the scheduling process, and communication with the company from start to finish.

We decided to replace our aging furnace this fall, and add an air conditioner. Cooper came in near the least expensive, but not quite, so we initially hired a different company. That other company could not figure out how to run the PVC exhaust for the high efficiency furnace and asked us to consider a new 80% furnace instead. We called Cooper back and they came back on site with an install tech to verify that they could indeed run the exhaust. They even came down in price to within spitting distance of what the other company's negotiated price. The installers were punctual and got the whole system installed in 1 day as promised and we are very happy with the new system. I had some questions about the work done to the electrical panel and they scheduled for the electrician to come out and take a look, just like everyone else from Cooper he was super friendly and informative and answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and competent, and I will definitely use them for any future HVAC work that I need.

Costco connected me to Cooper and they were able came on my day off (Tuesday). Got a new furnace installed with everything explained to me. Very happy with the new furnace my house is warmer than before on the few chilly mornings we had so far and the circulate fan feature is making the whole house have an even temperature. I also had the electrician put in a new outlet so I could move the freezer.

Jim Daniels was unbelievably professional and Covid cautious. He reviewed my issue, explained what would need to be done, and gave me an estimate on the spot. I am just waiting to hear from one more place, but I am guessing I will go with Jim bc he was so wonderful.

I would have given them one star however I take some responsibility for not shopping around more. The first thing you should know is that they charge $260 an hour. Yup that's right that's $530K annually if you work a 40 hour week. Granted you have to deduct insurance, payroll taxes and other expenses, but still pretty hefty. When I questioned this (after the work was done) I was told its because they do quality work. I did question the $130 they charged to install a fan switch that was battery operated, that's right you remove the wall switch and replace it with a battery operated switch, pop in the battery and install with two screw. They did reduce this cost to $65. I had 5 (or so I thought) bathroom fan switches converted to timers at $65 each. Went to clean the bathroom off the spare bedroom a few weeks later and found the uninstalled timer sitting on the counter. This is what you get for $260 an hour

Santosh came out to tune up and diagnose my AC unit. The problem usually happens at the end of the day but I made the mistake of scheduling in the morning, so he wasn't able to hear the noise I called about, but he gave me a few suggestions on what the problems could be and how we could fix them. I'd had the capacitor replaced less than a month ago but he pointed out a different capacitor that may be a better fit for the need. Prompt and honest service, just what I was hoping for.

Steven A Rodrigues was great! Very informative and helpful. He explained everything. I was very happy. We would have went with Cooper but the price was twice as much as another company we had out for a estimate. We are senior citizens money is tight. The time frame for instillation was 2 weeks out and the other company was 3 days.

Reasonably priced, always on time and the nicest people you will ever deal with.
These guys are very accommodating!
They use top of the line Lennox product. If you want to buy a system, do it through Costco.

The AC unit went out in the townhouse and Cooper Heating and Air was my third quote to replace the AC and furnace. I found William to be very knowledgeable and able to explain what needed to happen and what unit was the best option to invest it. The installers came and were clean and appropriate and able to install the units over the course of the day and by 5 pm we had cool air with the correct sized units to cool and heat the home! The new digital controller is nice too! Being that they partner with Costco who has backed every purchase I have ever made it gave me that extra sense of security. Very happy with this purchase and this company!

Charged $129 to look at the system to not fix a single thing to tell us it would cost another $350 to clean the fan to get the air conditioner to cool effectively!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!
