Scheduled an online appointment for new HVAC system quote and received a text reply stating that they weren't doing those quotes until October! What a joke! Guess they are getting enough business to afford being able to pick and choose when the do certain types of work, but they won't be getting my business with this type of customer service. I'll find a company who is willing to address my issue now, not in 3 months!

Great service today from Coolray. Marco Pryor fixed our air conditioning on a very hot July 4th! Marco sent a text and called before arrival. Marco was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and got our unit working within an hour. I recommend Coolray and Marco Pryor! Thank you!!!! I called several companies the day before the holiday and had little response. Thank goodness for Coolray!

Listen single women. Do not have Coolray come out to your house for anything! They are con artists. I was having a problem with a leak that came from the Water heating unit which was in the same closet as the downstairs AC unit. The tech who was a plumber said that I needed a new water heater, a new air conditioner and 4 new toilets in my townhouse! When I went out to his truck window, (he didn't know that I was right there) I heard him telling someone on the phone that he hit a home run and he was so excited. He thought he had sold me the new water heater, A/C unit and 4 toilets! When I asked him something about the air conditioner, he said he was a plumber and didn't know anything about air conditioners. How does someone tell me that I need a new air conditioner when he says he knows nothing about an air conditioner??!! Well, I called someone else to come out and look at what was going on in that closet. Come to find out, there was just a clog in one of the AC lines that needed to be unclogged! Today, 4 years later, I still have the same water heater, AC unit and 3 of the 4 same toilets! Everything is running smoothly still. Just thought of that story and how hot it is outside right now. Do not call Cool Ray for anything!

I bought my home one year ago. The HVAC system, purchased from Coolray, is less than two years old as of this post. There's a leak in the system (very unusual for a high-end two year old system), and my air conditioning stopped working last week. I called to ask about the warranty on the system and was informed that the warranty is void because I failed to establish a maintenance contract with Coolray when I purchased the home. I'm in the market for a maintenance contract, but customer service indicated it's too late, and they can't honor the original warranty. That's poor business in my opinion, and I won't consider doing business with Coolray again.

We had Coolray come out to our home last week to fix an air conditioner that wasn't getting as cool as we'd like. Coolray came to the house, spent an hour diagnosing and told us we needed an entire new system or would need to spend $1250 on new parts for our current unit as the system was """"seizing."""" They completely turned off our unit (?) and said they would come install the new unit the next day. We found the entire experience unsettling and had a second company come out the next day to diagnose our AC unit. They told us the unit was not in fact seizing and just needed additional coolant. Stay away from Coolray - they are dishonest with their assessments to try to sell in new units/unneeded parts! Would not recommend to anyone.

get in your pocket if you hire these guys. They way over charge for freon 210.00 per pound you should get it for 85 or so at the highest. They are just a rip off company and you should avoid them.

@CoolrayAtlanta Spent $8,000 on a unit last June 2018. It blew up in August 2018. Unit replaced. This one has stopped working 4 times in 2 months. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty. This Carrier sucks!!!

Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning 1787 Williams Dr, Marietta, GA 30066 Air conditioning contractor I had my unit for about three months. I noticed my unit was not in the place it was installed. It seemed to have slid. I called for service the first guy that came out said that they would help. Several days passed. I called. The manager said that there was issues and asked if I ran into the unit. The unit does not have a scratch on it but the pad ( made of plastic and styrofoam) did. They did not listen to my theory. They said it slide uphill which I took my own pictures and measurements to prove that was false. The second manager said it was pushed from the fence line. I went in to the office with pictures to prove that was false. The next manager then blamed a septic guy I had out to pump my septic. They said they would put my unit back on a pad and dismissed my idea assuring me that I was wrong. Now I have a unit that may have issues that was 12000 dollars I will be paying on for the next 5 years and since they blew me off I may have to pay all service out of pocket. I lived at my home for over 4 years. I had to replace my system. My old system had a concrete pad. They replaced it with plastic over foam pad. The pad was built up on dirt. I think the dirt eroded away under the pad. And slid. The unit stopped by the copper pipe attached to it. I was told it was highly unlikely because they saw a unit withstand a hurricane. I told them erosion can move a house. Again brushed me off. I think they got tired of dealing with me but I didn't like the veiled accusations or the incorrect theories I was able to prove wrong. I am unhappy with their service. I was a medic in Iraq and Afghanistan. I do not collect disability. I feel it would be wrong and I don't want to take away from the people that need it. I work in health care 60 hours a week to support my family. I get to help people through extreme points in their lives. I earn everything I get. I spoke highly of your company with great customer service and kindness. I had a problem and expected the same customer care I received when purchasing your product. Your initial responder assured me you would help. Then I got to deal with manament. I worked through your first gate keeper proving him wrong. I wanted to explain my theory but was met with the catch phrase """"highly unlikely """" by every manager. The third manager called saying we are going to fix your unit. I was not allowed to leave my home. I did not have any input on how it was fixed. He did not care what evidence I had or what my explanation was. I did not receive any notice on when or who was coming to my house. I do not know what work was done. Forcing me to accept his theory the way he did was a bully tactic. I am an average guy who knows I probably couldn't afford the repair costs. I thought of my family and knew if the unit finally fell over you would not cover it. I couldn't afford to go without ac with 2 small children in the house. I had to swallow my pride and bite my lip and accept your terms. This week I have experienced anger, and extreme anxiety dealing with your company. Having to defend myself at every turn is exhausting. Being told I am mistaken more times than I've heard over the last ten years. After I posted this the HR dept. Contacted me and apologised but I let them know that there companies managers tried to gouge me and I would let the public aware so they know what your company is capable of.

Called coolray because our ac was broke...tech came and said we needed a new control board and would be 900 dollars...i agreed and they said that had to order it...while we waited i had another ac company look at it....they told me flat out that coolray lied to me..and their was nothing wrong with the board..they tuned up my unit cleaned the coils and works great now for 79 bucks....i say fuck coolray...being dishonest and taking atvantage of folks is never good for business....do ur self a favor and never call this scam company for ur ac repairs

I called Coolray to come out and inspect my AC unit. I was told I needed a new AC unit. Coolray said I had a leak in my coils and I needed to change my AC unit. Long story short.I had a second opinion and was told all I needed was feron. Coolray is just in the business of trying to sell people expensive AC units. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THE $79 THAT I PAID TO HAVE COOLRAY INSPECT MY UNIT!!!!!
