AC blower stopped working just as the hot weather hit. Called several places but their wait times were a bit too long as the temps were going even higher. Called Cool Today, spoke with a very pleasant woman and she i9nformed me that a tech would be able to come over in the afternoon. Well, John E. showed up just about at 5:30PM and immediately went to work. Presto-changeo he got the blower to work and we now have AC back in our house. Thank you John and the Cool Air folks for making our lives comfortable again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, as they don't deserve the one it puts here. These people must be more professional and willing to help you once you have signed an agreement; it is up to them. The plumbing """"manager,"""" or so is the title he has.. he is nasty. He rolled his eyes at me because I wanted an answer, and he didn't want to work. He is full of excuses and no solutions. He saw my email but has not responded because he gave zero shoes about it. For their negligence, I have six residents with no water, and they will not help us get back on track. Believe me, their actions have not only cost them my business but also the business of anyone I encounter in the industry. I am determined to share my negative experience with others, which could result in a significant loss of reputation and revenue for them.

Had duct repair and cleaning the other day. The team they sent Cody, Ivan and William were outstanding in their knowledge and expertise. They were very courteous to me and to each other. They were very neat and made sure they left the house neat. The company charges more than other companies but stand behind their work. They also background check their employees and send pictures before they arrive.

Whatever you do, DON'T buy a new AC unit from this company! Unless you enjoy having a brand new unit fail multiple times throughout the year! Currently it is 70 degrees outside and 77 degrees in my house. That's unacceptable for a new unit. I've lost count of the amount of times they've been out to get my ac running again. On more than one occasion, they've had to come multiple times in the same week! I could go on and on about how displeased I am with the very big purchase I made with this company just do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake!

I purchased a complete hvac system in may 2020 this was from cool today. I have had over and over failures starting with the day after install. They have replaced sensors, capacitors, dan motors, even the compressor. The quality of the product, the time required to get someone out the time to get parts and the communication from their people is very poor. To say the least I believe I made a poor choice. Unfortunately the system is just over 3 years old and still has about 6 1/2 years left of warranty so I am tied to them.

Jordan Ruzbachi serviced my not running AC. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him. I really love Cool Today and I have been using them for all many years. They also service my plumbing and electrical needs.

The installers sold me a contract for $20.+ on a monthly basis. I thought it was for monthly maintenance such as changing filters. I found out it is for a check up every six (6) months. The charge for each check up comes to over $120+. I can get them to come out once every 6 months for a $90 service fee.
