We had Edward replace our water heater a few months ago. They came in about $2000 under another company. He did a fantastic job.
I had a plumbing emergency at my house on Sunday. They got out there on Monday afternoon and saved me.
Great company and great technician. Would recommend to anyone!

My experience with Cool Blew unfortunately has not been a good one. I was having trouble with my a/c cutting out. A tech was sent out and I was told that my compressor motor was faulty. It was a part under warranty, so a temporary motor was installed until the new part was available. I was charged 329.00. That night the a/c went out again. The next day another tech was sent out. He installed the old compressor motor that had been diagnosed as faulty, back into the unit. I was then told it was probably something else. Perhaps a loose wire or possibly a circuit breaker. For this I was charged another 350.00. I had to get another a/c repair company in to fix the problem. With the record breaking heat throughout this month of July, we were surprised we were left with out a working a/c system after being charged so much by this company to actually do nothing.

-0! $255 to dust off the unit before they can go back up and diagnose the units problem. ""Sign here."". Comes back down and reports a compressor is needed. One week later, still no part. Business is too big to care.

Our hot water heater went out late Tuesday afternoon, called Cool Blew Friday am, hoping for the following week, they responded within two hours!
They removed the old tank drained it and scheduled pick up of the new tank, they prepared the area , got rid of the old tank (under warranty saving about $500.00 )and got it all installed, they answered some questions and confirmed that I could continue to use dehydrated water!
These two gentlemen worked well together in a safe and efficient manner!! I would be happy to refer Cool Blue to others for both AC and plumbing issues!

Yesterday, I noticed water pouring out of the face of my water heater. Thank goodness it didn't seem to have been going on for too long before I caught it! After turning off the water and power to the water heater, I dug out the number for my home warranty. They sent a work order to Cool Blew. I got a call from them in about an hour and was able to get on the schedule for 8-9 AM this morning. They texted at 7:30 AM to let me know a technician was on their way. They were right on time!! The plumber worked quickly, was friendly and courteous and kept me in the loop about what was going on. A few hours later, everything was good as new! Well, actually everything WAS new and I'm back in business with hot water. I couldn't have asked for an easier positive experience.

Our downstairs a/c unit would mot start. I called Cool Blew who installed the systems in 2016, they set up an appointment for the same day. Denny arrived and had the system up and running within an hour. I was very happy with their service and technician as he was fast courteous and knowledgable. I highly recommend Cool Blew and their team. The lady that took my call was also top notch, could almost see her smile through the phone line. We scheduled check-up's for our two A/C units. Cool Blew sent us an email reminder of the appt., and the tech, Dan, called when he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work checking both of our split systems. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. Great job! We'd gladly have him come back to work on our HVAC systems.
