This is unbelievable. Horrible customer service! No one ever showed up or called. They straight up lied claiming my warranty company never called them to confirm my appointment. I called my warranty company and asked; LIES. Heather should find a new job or not interact with customers! Wow, save your time and take your money elsewhere. Read the negative reviews, they are accurate! Customer service has gone down the tubes and no one cares about the customer any longer. What a joke.

Had Cool blew out to fix my heater that 2 other companies could not find the problem. They were very proficient and they fixed it right the first time. I highly recommend Cool blew for all your needs.

Your service is lacking. Your man came to fix our heating system and made it worse. We have no heating and you will not come out till Tuesday.

My wife is sick and handicap and it is not possible to move to a hotel.

So we will have a great Xmas in a cold house.

We discovered the water line was leaking behind the fridge and the valve wouldn't turn off. We called a few companies and were told it would be days before they could arrive. Once I spoke to the nice lady from Cool Blew she asked one of her techs if he could swing over and in no time he stopped in. He was very friendly and helpful. It was more of a project than we all had thought to include he had to use a blow torch to loosen the nut and change out the pipe and valve. Once completed he cleaned up like a professional. The pricing was great, especially considering the circumstance. If we need a plumber again this company will be our first call. Thank you Mr. Rick.

Terrible company for ac repair. My AC was draining into my secondary line. The technician tells me he needs to repair my primary line and that will fix the problem. He ""fixes"" the line and both of us then realize what he did, did in fact not fix my problem. He then resorts to saying ""oh well it's just the way your AC was installed."" And proceeds to charge me the $350 and then just leaves. So now I have the same AC problem, a hole in my drywall, and down $350. And as a kicker, when I looked at the statement they emailed me, the description said ""up to 20ft of pipe repaired."" He worked on no more than 5ft of pipe as he showed me what he was doing. A different company has since come out and completely redid the pipe cool blews technician stated he had ""fixed"". It is baffling to me how a company this terrible is still in business.

If you don't mind waiting several days for service, call these people. It's 115 outside in Phoenix so they will call you back tomorrow to schedule an appointment for next week.
