I called them to work on my AC when it stopped working last week. A technician came in the afternoon and looked at the unit. He needed to go pick up a part but he asked that I pay the service fee of $69.00 before he left. He returned to with the part a few hours later and installed it. He then handed me the bill and he charged me a second time with a service fee and the part itself. I called there office to complain and they said they would look into it and call me back which they never did.

Our home warranty company contacted Cool Blew to get a 2nd opinion on our air conditioning unit. It needs both compressors replaced. They were given the authority to complete the job. It was up to Robbie the contractor to return the call to start the process. Six days later there has been no return call by Robbie the contractor who came out to our house. The warranty company has left several messages and the company cool blew, keep pointing fingers back at the warranty company. The warranty company has not received one phone call from the contractor who came to the house... and while we're on day seven and it has been 105° for the last three days. Cool Blew Company has been terrible in getting their own contractor to return any calls and has not been any help. Temperatures are getting dangerous.! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.. The only reason they get one star is because I had to hit one star to make the review... Beware do not use this company!!!

I would like to compliment Cool Blew and Robbie Proctor in particular for the excellent way my air-conditioning problem was handled. My warranty company, after a long while, refused to authorize the proper part for my air conditioner. I needed 3 different parts, and since they couldn't authorize one part, they cancelled the entire claim. Eventhough I was irate, Robbie handled the ongoing case with grace, professionalism and calm. He always answered my calls, and if he wasn't available, he would answer in a timely manner. The company has much bigger clients, I'm sure, but Robbie treated me as if I were the most important client they had..

Referred to Cool Blew through my warranty company. Dan, the technician, diagnosed that the blower motor burned out so I had no air conditioning in AZ He had the repair authorized, ordered the blower motor and returned and installed it promptly within a day as it was in stock. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and provided an explanation about the install. Dan is a skilled professional. He cleaned any dust and left the air conditioner working great. Additionally, I called in the problem on a Saturday and the office (Heather) called me on Sunday to set an appointment. Great customer service. She also was courteous and professional. Cool Blew is as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted my home warranty company to have my air conditioning serviced at the start of summer. Unfortunately, I was ill on that date and went to my Doctor. I later received a call informing me that this was considered a ""missed appointment"" and that I would be charged a $69 fee. I find this a very poor way to do business and needless to say, I did not reschedule. And it's unfortunate as I am considering solar and would have requested a bid from this company. I think the thing that bothered me the most was the punitive and threatening tone.

This review is only based on interaction with customer service on the phone. It is not related to any specialty worker beyond the individual that handles scheduling/booking for the workers (I will spare naming that individual).

I have a home warranty and had a plumbing issue, called in the warranty who sent a request to this company (unfortunately). Due to work I did advise I would call back to schedule a window that works for both myself and whoever is coming out. When I was able to find an opening for Friday April 28th, I let Cool Blew know and we agreed to a 3pm-5pm window. Around noon on the 28th I get a call and voicemail but did not immediately respond as I was at work-which is why we agreed to a 3-5 window. I was able to listen to the message and it was the plumber advising that he had finished some other jobs earlier and asking if he could come then.. Clearly scheduling means nothing because there is a reason I asked for the window that I did. But he seemed to understand and said that he would call back around my window.

Shortly thereafter, I get a call and voicemail from the scheduling individual advising that they will need to reschedule my appointment. Now that can't be right because we agreed to 3-5 and your plumber said he would call back. So I called back in and asked what was happening and to my surprise all the customer service rep had to say was that she could not make her worker wait around for 3 hours... Really?! We agreed to 3-5, why would you even believe that because they finished other jobs early it would fit my schedule? Didn't realize that I have to work around your schedule and not the other way around. So upon hearing that and kindly stating my displeasure I asked if they could come on Saturday, since I work during the week, and the rep stated only for emergencies. I blatantly asked if customer service issues (based on their own incompetence) was an emergency and she stated it was not..

I had to go through this company because of a home warranty. My AC stopped working 1.5 year ago and at the time after few trials they had to replace the all unit. Now after 1.5 year the AC stopped working again they came to repair it and they said needs to be replaced. Maybe was a bad unit, luckily is under warranty for 5 years. They gave me a quote to replace it that was astronomical I asked for a discount considering that they have already done the same job not long ago. They came back with a discount that seemed very small. I shopped around with another very honest company and they did the job for half of the price. Not very honest in my opinion and their sales department are the worst. They were supposed to come back with some proposal to replace the all system, I am still waiting. The sales person I spoke with is very arrogant and not at all customer oriented. I'll never call them again.

Had an issue installing my Nest thermostat. Saw the Cool Blew truck next door so I went out and spoke with the guy. He gave me a number to call for an appt. I called, they were able to come up the same afternoon. Took about 30 mins or so, able to quickly identify the wiring problem and get the Nest installed. Friendly installer and explained what he was doing along the way. Tested the system before he left to make sure it was all working, which it was.

Would call back should something else happen again.

Do not do business with this company!! I have waited over 3 weeks for them to fix my faucet. I literally had to call every day to check in. They have horrible customer service. Also, when they tried fixing my faucet they only tried fixing one part and didn't realize there were other broken components until I had another company come out. Terrible experience!!
