Worst Ac place I have ever used. they were late and said I had the time wrong. Came out were here 5 minutes did nothing and would come back next day. Had to stay in a hotel over night. Made an apt. between 10 to 12 called at 12 and they said no the apt was 2 to 4 they finally came out said there was nothing wrong with ac then 5 days later it stopped working again the exact same problem not fixed at all. the most obnoxious and dumbest ac people I have ever had any dealings with.

Reached out to cool air mechanical to get my home AC repaired. Person came out and performed a diagnostics and determined that the evaporator coil needs to be replaced. The technician charged me $550 to load freon and asked me to call the office to setup an appt to replace the evaporator coil and to get an estimate for the same. He also mentioned that he could reuse the freon resulting in not having to change the freon again as a part of the replacement. I called the office and they wanted to charge me $550 for freon replacement again as a part of the coil replacement. When asked for a break down of the service, they would not give me one. When asked to talk to their manager, their manager was busy and said will return my call the next day. Never received any call. Spoke to them a number of times with no change. Frustrating experience. Strongly recommend not using their service for your AC needs.

Ricardo and Will did a superb job. Efficient, neat, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I hired them last year for a heat pump and was so impressed that I hired them again when my second air conditioner went out. This is a great business. I fully endorse them. Dennis

We purchased our HVAC system from Costco this company was the vendor. Initial installation was good and follow up services was ok for the first year or two. Then we made the mistake of purchasing a new Hot Water Heater from them. This Rheem unit had the defective fuel control valve and it failed a couple of months out of warranty. Getting it replaced was a terrible experience. The tech had ZERO customer service skills and after a few calls to the manager we got the ridiculous price quoted """"down"""" to $485 (there are other reviews here with the same story). We had bought and paid for the annual service agreements for HVAC and plumbing, but cancelled both and fired them. DO NOT USE this company. They have no integrity and blamed the manufacture, pandemic, supply chain and more and never took ownership or responsibility for getting our hot water restored.

Just had Sean from Cool Air complete routine service on my HVAC system to get it ready for the summer. He performed all the system checks, gave me a detailed list of all the work he did and advised me of other options I may want to consider. All in all, my system works great and I am very happy with the service from Cool Air.

I referred Handy Husband to My mom who recently became a home owner. I read a few good reviews and decided to give my mom their contact information. They specialize in home repairs (ie. door installations, kitchen/bathroom fixtures). They are very professional however, they charge by the hour so it could get expensive. I have only praises for them. They replaced both of my units and have had absolutely no problems. Every time they are here, either to install or maintenance, they are very professional. Nima, the service technician was here today for one of the yearly maintenance not only was he on time but took the time to explain my very technical thermostat, thanks. I discovered this company at Costco and decided to take advantage of their service special. After two years of service I couldn't be happier. They installed a new HVAC unit last year. Got a great price on a Lennox unit that has been wonderful. The new unit also saved me a considerable amount on my electric bill this past year. Their service is impeccable. I have been using Steven since I signed up with them and he is the best. Always calls when he is about 30 minutes out and is always on time. If you are looking for a HVAC company that doesn't disappoint I highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical.

Update 12/26/2022 Unfortunately, since my last review in 2019 we've had several problems with our heating and ac units. Last week the heat was not working again so I called to request service. The heat started working then stopped again Friday. I called Cool Air Mechanical again and requested emergency service (we had bought their maintenance plan too) and expected a return call that never happened. Our furnace has not worked in 4 days. We""""ve been using several electric heaters and our oven to try to warm our home. Our 18 month old grandaughte lives with us and we keep her away from the space heaters. We never had problems with our 20+ year old Trane equipment. The equipment was always reliable. We'll never recommend Cool Air Mechanical and Lennox hvac equipment ever again.

Watch this outfit! The technician that we were assigned came out and tested our system from the inside the home during a routine maintenance inspection and determined that freon was needed. This according to his machines. He stated it needed 1-2 lbs. The service was performed and without checking to confirm with a machine, the technician came back inside and stated its cooling as it should now. The original test was done inside the home. You be the judge!
