Company Overview

Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall Cucuiat and Debra Cucuiat on August 1, 1995. In the years leading up to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on the first of March, 1983. Our main focus areas include extensive commercial and industrial mechanical projects, as well as home, apartment, townhouse, and luxury mountain residential mechanical design-build installations. Our team has completed projects across the western part of Colorado. Our mechanical installations, in collaboration with subcontractors, range in price from a few hundred dollars to multi-million dollar projects. Highlighted projects consist of the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, CO, valued at $1.8 million, the Pitkin County Airport at $800K, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services in Aspen, CO at one million dollars. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3.6 million; the oversight of these three projects along with all building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management is a reflection of our capabilities.
