Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall Cucuiat and Debra Cucuiat on August 1, 1995. Prior to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on March 1, 1983. We concentrate on significant mechanical installations for commercial and industrial clients, as well as residential, condominium, row house, and premium mechanical design-build services for mountain residences. Our team has completed projects throughout the western part of Colorado. We offer mechanical installations with subcontractors that span from a few hundred dollars to millions of dollars. Key projects we have completed include the courthouse in Pitkin County in Aspen, CO, valued at $1,800,000, the Pitkin County Airport at eight hundred thousand dollars, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services facility in Aspen, CO at $1.0 million. In total, these projects cost 3.6 million dollars; the management of these three projects and all related building facilities (mechanical and electrical) is a demonstration of our proficiency.
