Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall and Debra Cucuiat on August 1st, 1995. In the years leading up to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing and Heating, which was established on March 1, 1983. Our main focus areas include large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical installations, as well as domestic, condominium, row house, and luxury mountain residential mechanical design-build installations. Our team has successfully executed projects throughout the western part of Colorado. Our mechanical installations, in collaboration with subcontractors, range in price from a few hundred dollars to millions of dollars. Highlighted projects consist of the courthouse in Pitkin County in Aspen, valued at $1.8 million, the airport in Pitkin County at $800,000, and the Health and Human Services building in Pitkin County in Aspen, Colorado at one million dollars. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3,600,000; the oversight of these three projects along with all building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management is a demonstration of our proficiency.
