Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall and Debra Cucuiat on August 1, 1995. In the years leading up to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on the first of March, 1983. We specialize in significant mechanical installations for commercial and industrial clients, as well as residential, apartment, row house, and high-end mountain home mechanical design-build projects. We have successfully executed projects throughout the western region of Colorado. Our mechanical installations, in collaboration with subcontractors, range in price from several hundred dollars to multi-million dollar projects. Highlighted projects consist of the courthouse in Pitkin County in Aspen, Colorado, valued at $1,800,000, the Pitkin County Airport in Aspen at $800K, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services in Aspen at $1,000,000. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3,600,000; these three projects and all associated building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management are a demonstration of our proficiency.
