Company Overview

Cookey's Mechanical Inc. is a proud Colorado corporation, co-founded by Randall Cucuiat and Mrs. Cucuiat on August 1st, 1995. Prior to 1995, the company operated under the name Cookey's Plumbing & Heating, which was established on March 1st, 1983. We concentrate on large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical installations, as well as residential, apartment, townhome, and high-end mountain home mechanical design-build projects. Our team has completed projects throughout western Colorado. Our mechanical installations, in collaboration with subcontractors, range in price from several hundred dollars to millions of dollars. Highlighted projects consist of the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, Colorado, valued at $1,800,000, the Pitkin County Airport in Aspen at $800,000, and the Pitkin County Health and Human Services facility in Aspen, CO at $1,000,000. Overall, the total cost for these projects is $3,600,000; the oversight of these three projects along with all building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management is a reflection of our capabilities.
