Our kitchen sink backed up and was causing troubles with the shower, drainage, water, etc. I have just gotten out of the hospital and being able to use and flush the toilets, etc. was more important than usual. Conrad was highly recommended. I'd been unable to secure another plumber until 2 days later on a Saturday. Conrad responded quickly, fit me into his hectic day, was kind, clean, efficient and reasonable. Many professionals won't travel up the mountain to Forest Ranch, but he was here within 2 hours! I cannot say enough about this remarkable business. Thank you Conrad!

Could not find my previous order where they installed a valve and trim kit. When I asked them to come and fix it they did not have time. I will have to call someone else and pay someone else to complete the work of Conrad's so I can take a shower. Not mad just disappointed.

Conrad's does it again. I have been using Conrad's service for many years. I had them replace my old bathroom faucet this time. They called ahead of the appointment time and showed up on time. The turn off valves needed to be replaced because they were to old. He had both valves on his truck so the replacement continued. It took a short time for job to be done because they knew what they were doing. The bathroom was clean when they left. The prices are standardize so they are comparable to any company. I just have a good feeling that when the job is done it will be right. I have some more updating to do and will have them back soon
