Conrad's does it again. I have been using Conrad's service for many years. I had them replace my old bathroom faucet this time. They called ahead of the appointment time and showed up on time. The turn off valves needed to be replaced because they were to old. He had both valves on his truck so the replacement continued. It took a short time for job to be done because they knew what they were doing. The bathroom was clean when they left. The prices are standardize so they are comparable to any company. I just have a good feeling that when the job is done it will be right. I have some more updating to do and will have them back soon

Conrad's Plumbing is amazing! They were able to replace our leaking hot water heater in a matter of a couple hours! Super fast, super professional, and amazing service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing plumbing work.

Conrad's is the best hands down! They came out same day and were able to fix my expandable pex connections on my toilet shut off valves. Very professional and the price was better than I expected. I would highly recommend!

On the day after the Camp Fire my one and only toilet decided to quit after a long slow drain for the last couple of months. Conrad's plumber Todd came out, after volunteering at the Elk's Lodge all day to take a look. Quick, friendly and professional, Todd was able to solve the issue (roots) and fix my problem and go back to volunteering for the People of Paradise. I will recommend Conrad's any day! Honest, reasonable and staffed with some really great community members that step it up when needed. I want to thank them for fixing my plumbing and being so gracious in giving back to those who are most vulnerable and in need. Thank you Todd & thank you Conrad's Plumbing!

My mother had a plumbing emergency yesterday - she lives in Durham, I live in Petaluma. I called Conrad's Plumbing, who initially stated that they were booked out for over a week. However, after talking to Conrad for a few minutes, he offered to attempt to resolve the issue same day. Conrad went to my mother's house immediately, where he spent several hours remedying the situation. Thank you, Conrad, I am so appreciative that all was resolved so quickly and professionally. What I didn't tell you, was that my mother's husband died three weeks ago, and she was especially upset and vulnerable. So - thank you, again!

We've used them for years and were our go to plumbers but one bad experience changed everything! I called Friday and made an appointment for Wednesday between 12 and 2.

Wednesday came and I had a lot to that morning so I rushed and got everything done by 12. I waited and they NEVER CAME. I then told the person I live with (they had been at work) and we realized Conrad's had called only one persons phone (while they had all of our numbers) around 10 to confirm and since no one called back that just didn't show.

That's insane! They called one out of three phones the morning of and made a call back mandatory in order for our scheduled appointment to even be on the books?!

Never going to them again.

Conrad's Plumbing is a great plumber in Chico. Conrad himself comes out and does excellent work without over charging me. I've used him on small repairs and larger multi-home repairs. Give him a try before you call the big expensive guys in town!
