We are dedicated to home service plumbing and repairs. Our key differentiator from many other plumbing companies comes from our approach to charges for our services. We recognize two key issues with a flat fee structure. Firstly is that a single price does not suit every situation, and the other issue is that often, plumbers are paid for time they did not spend working.

Our primary focus is providing plumbing services. Our secondary focus is providing a different pricing model. What does this secondary focus entail? We refer to it as clear billing practices. Our labor charges and supplies are detailed down to every minute and the last part, ensuring you understand exactly what you paid for. We excel in this area.

During my four years of education as a plumbing technician, we learned that our duty is to “protect the health of the nation.” I’ve always embraced that responsibility seriously. Unfortunately, this role has shifted from “protecting health” to “lining pockets.” I do not consider myself a salesman, and neither of my team members will have that approach either. Prior to starting Conner Plumbing, I once inquired about a job as a service plumber. During the interview, if I could sell, I responded, “Don’t you want to know if I can fix a water heater?” The reply I received highlighted a shift in our industry: “Oh no, we will teach you how to fix water heaters; we need to know if you can sell.”

I replied, “I’m a plumber; I repair plumbing, not sell.” And that’s how Conner Plumbing was born.
