Our expertise lies in residential plumbing and repair work. Our key differentiator compared to most of our competitors comes from the way we handle pricing for our services. We understand two key issues with flat rate pricing. Firstly is that a single price does not suit every situation, and secondly is that often, plumbers get compensated for time not worked.

Our main specialty is providing plumbing services. Our second specialty is offering a different pricing model. How does this second specialty manifest? We call it transparent billing. Our labor charges and materials are itemized down to the last minute and each component, so you can see you understand exactly what you paid for. This is our specialty.

In my four years of training as a plumbing technician, we learned that the role of plumbers is to “protect the health of the nation.” I’ve always embraced that duty seriously. Unfortunately, the focus has changed from “protecting health” to “lining pockets.” I am not a salesman, and none of my team members will adopt that mindset either. Prior to starting Conner Plumbing, I had applied for a job as a service plumber. During the interview, if I could sell, I responded, “Don’t you want to know if I can fix a water heater?” The response I got highlighted a shift in our industry: “Oh no, we will teach you how to fix water heaters; we need to know if you can sell.”

I said, “I’m a plumber; I repair plumbing, not sell.” The rest is history.
