I sought a quote for a tub faucet replacement. The plumber arrived spent less than 10 minutes assessing the job and quoted $1192. I asked for a breakdown of the estimate including labor, material, etc. He advised it was a ""flat rate"" and charged me $89 for the service call during which he did nothing other than look at the area. We obtained 2 other quotes for under $450 and had the job done for $387 in under 2 hours by a master plumbe. This company is gauging people and should NOT be used.

I called Jenny at Connelly Plumbing Solutions late in the afternoon with an urgent plea for help (backed up drain in the basement), she scheduled an 8am to 9am appointment for the next morning. Cameron arrived promptly, assessed the blockage, explained what he was going to do, and had it unclogged and cleaned up in a few minutes. Extremely professional, on time, responded immediately, and very reasonable pricing.

Can't recommend Connelly Plumbing Solutions enough. We were getting a large project done in our new home and were looking for someone who gave us a fair price but also did a good job. We are so glad we chose them. Professional, honest, and knowledgeable for sure. The work was done well, and if at any time we have worries about anything we know we can give them a call and they always come through. Will be using them exclusively for our future projects.

I got off to a bit of a rocky start with Connelly Plumbing Solutions but they have totally redeemed themselves now and I wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

CPS has such a great reputation, so I was very surprised to have such a bad experience with them at first. Seems they made a bad hire who didn't fit the company's ethics and values and I just happened be in the fallout. But yesterday, Brian, the Plumbing Manager took care of my leaky pipe quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.

I don't hesitate to recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
