My water heater's pilot light suddenly went out. Considering it's been in the 30s in temp and we couldn't relight it, I called my First Home Warranty to get someone out immediately. They put the order out to a Plumbing company I'd never heard of and gave me an appointment for 10 days out! I requested that First American get me Conforti Plumbing that I've used in the past and knew that they are good and reliable. It took another day to to get it okayed. I called Conforti and explained that it was a quick repair and they gave me an appointment for 2 days later. They put me on the list for any cancellations for a sooner appointment. They called the next day and showed up 20 minutes later and fixed my water heater in less than a half hour when he replaced the ignition switch. The service person was very nice and efficient. He took the time to explain what was wrong and reassure me that it was good to go. I've used Conforti Plumbing before and they have always given outstanding service.

Requested help to clear clogged toilet. After first serviceman thought he had cleared found toilet was still clogged after he left. Called them and they came out again and did more work and found problem and there was no additional cost to me. The second call was cover by warranty. Conforti has a 12 month warranty. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The customer service from the office was amazing. The plumber was spectacular. It was a very difficult plumbing issue with my sink. He said he's never seen anything like it in all the years he's been a plumber. But he figured it out and solved the problem. I highly recommend this company!!!

WOW.... Just WOW... We hired Conforti to come out and investigate a pesky leak for us in our kitchen. One of their techs accidentally left a small area behind our fridge leaking, and it headed down the wall into the bedroom right under the kitchen. I called about it. They sent the tech back out. He confirmed. Today the owner (Nick) and a drywall expert just left the house. they worked on the wall for about two hours. Then, Nick told us to call our own painter, find out what the work and cost was going to be. Then to have the painter call Nick directly. Conforti will pay the for the COMPLETE fix!!

Now, that is what I call GREAT customer service! Shop local, and you will not be disappointed!!!!!

We had a big problem under our house with some broken pipes. The men that came out were efficient and polite. We had to have a restoration company come out to do some clean up and Conforti helped me with that. They were a huge help in keeping the cost down. They saved me a lot of money, and I will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Excellent service, fast, friendly, fair price. Had a pressure regulator that they needed to fix and unlike some other plumbers that wanted to charge double - or more - perhaps because they felt I might be under duress or was born yesterday - Conforti's work actually came in below their phone quote - it all checked out - parts, what would be a reasonable upcharge on those parts (which they showed up with in hand vs me ordering/picking up at HD), and an hour of labor. (Job only took 20 min but still super fair). You're my new go-to now, thanks Conforti!

Our 5 year old water heater was leaking and Safe Cali Plumbing was assigned by First American home warranty. A total of 5 visits to our house. 3 to assess and 2 to attempt to repair we received tons of run around and they ended up reporting to our warranty company that there was no failure. We had to reopen our case and since we've had the best of luck with Conforti I requested them instead. They sent a plumber out almost immediately. He inspected everything and fixed it on the same day. Said our water expansion tank had completely failed. Problem solved. No more leaking. We won't be using any assigned plumber again. We have had the best of luck with Conforti every time and we will be sure to request them in the future. Lesson learned.
