We had a water leak in our guest bathroom. Called to have Conforti Plumbing help with finding the leak. Found it was the wax ring from the toilet and a valve. We asked them to seal the leak because we were going to have to have the floor replaced. The way they sealed the or capped the toilet was they asked my husband if we had some paper towels and garbage bags. So unsanitary. My husband being the nice guy and trusting them paid them for there service. See photos below. Be careful if you choose to work with them I would not recommend them to anyone.

We called the company and asked if they worked on our particular type of hybrid water heater. They assured us that they did. However, when the technician came out he stated that he had never seen a water heater like ours. He did take it apart, but was unable to fix it. He offered us a quote for a new HVAC unit (?) and then recommended we replace our hot water heater that is still under warranty. I did contact the office, but no one ever called me back.

What an incredible experience! Our kitchen sink and garbage disposal backed up while our house was on the market to sell. In a panic, I called a couple of plumbers only to find they were booked two weeks out. After I called Conforti to explain our situation, the office personnel promptly scheduled an appointment two days later but also put me on the on-call list for the end of the day. Four hours later, Ally called to let me know someone would be there by day's end! Dave was timely, efficient, and personable. He even loved on our dog before the visit ended. I will always call Conforti first from now on. Thank you!

Conforti was one of my only options for septic repairs in my area of El Dorado County. I have had two unpleasant experiences with them and will not work with them again.

Most recently, an experienced technician came to my house last fall to examine a septic alarm. He dismantled a bunch of the wiring in the control panel, charged me by the hour to do that work (about $250), and gave me a verbal quote of approx $2000 to fix the problem, but told me he would give me a ""good deal"" because I ""seemed like a nice lady"" and would email a quote over that afternoon. I was grateful and sent him home with homemade toffee.

I never heard back from Conforti after that. For 4 months I continued to call them to get a quote and a repair plan in place for my now dismantled electrical control panel. I called no less than 5 times and spoke to several different women in the office who, *each* time, asked for my name, number, email, and insisted that they'd send a quote over asap once they spoke with the technician. I got various quotes over the phone, once I was quoted another inspection fee, that I'd already paid, but I was never given a firm and final written up description of the issue that I paid to have diagnosed, nor did I ever get a written, finalized quote. In February I eventually called another company and got my issue fixed. Until then, I had to manually run my pump every week, and keep my septic lid uncovered through the winter so I could look into the sump to make sure I wasn't going to flood my house or my leech lines with backed up septic.


My disappointment with Conforti is not only in the awful customer service, but in the dishonest business practices. The tech was there to diagnose an alarm issue but insisted that he could only do the repair if our sump was essentially rebuilt for thousands more than we ended up paying to fix the issue - in the end, the repair ended up being an electrical issue, not a plumbing issue - no part of my sump was rebuilt to resolve my alarm issue, despite the grandiose assessment from Conforti's tech.

The service guys were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. They took time with our main issues and also helped us locate the water shut-off on our home which we had not yet located since moving in.

Good work deserves recognition. We will make sure to use you in the future whether home warranty or direct work we might need.

I called with an unknown (but possibly major) issue on a Thursday evening, and was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I know plumbers are busy so I was super happy to get an appointment within a week! On Monday I received a call from them that they could help me early. I was delighted!
The technician, Alex arrived, and within minutes correctly diagnosed my issue and why it happened, and told me what was going to be done to fix it and how. The entire time Alex was here he was kind, professional, knowledgable, and just a pleasure to be around in an awful situation. He made me comfortable the entire time with his obvious skill and expertise. Within a few hours he had the situation fixed, and our home back in good spirits. Conforti Plumbing installed a new kitchen sink for us. It was a very difficult job as they were replacing an old, heavy, cast iron sink with a new stainless steel sink. They did a fantastic job and we would recommend them to anyone. This is a great company that stands behind their work and really cares about their customers and the quality of the work they do.

Probably have used Conforti at least a half a dozen times for plumbing needs and will continue to do so. They are professional and do quality work. For the most recent work, Nick spent a great deal of time with us on our estimate, making sure we understood the repairs he would eventually complete or quote us on. Day of first repairs, they were completed on time and with great attention to detail. I was walked through everything that he did to make sure I understood and knew how everything was changed and functions now. Very kind people, great service and quality work. Highly recommend!

Last night we realized we had a toilet/septic issue. Called Conforti, Dave said he would be here at 7:30 this morning (got here at 7:20!). My son Michael and I had left to go have breakfast, so we wouldn't be in the way. My husband was holding down the fort.
He called me about an hour later, and said Dave had figured out the issue and fixed it - and also did a bit of extra repair to make things more secure!! My husband said that Dave was one of the nicest men he's ever met!!!
