I have just found my new PLUMBER! After several baking soda/vinegar treatments failed to clear a backed-up sink, I needed help. After reading some fantastic reviews for Brandon Lamont at Conejo Valley Rooter (805-300-0244), I gave him a call, and I'm so happy I did. Brandon and Caleb, his assistant, work well as a team, and they were here in less than an hour to Hydro-jet our drains all the way to the street, which were many years overdue. Very personable fellows, with a reasonable price, and a thorough clean-up. This satisfied customer has found her new Plumber!

Like so many others, the kitchen sink backed up today & then another sink. I saw big red Disaster signs blinking in my brain. I reached out to CONEJO VALLEY ROOTER based on reviews. Brandon responded to my call within 10 minutes. I explained the problems. He was busy on another call, but stated he could be there in 1 -1/2 hours.
He showed up within the hour, assessed the problem and went to work. He is clean, organized & conscientious. Very pleased with his work & will contact him again if & when needed.

I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough. I have a rental house in Westlake Village. My tenant called Roto Rooter for a clogged sewer line. Roto Rooter gave him (and me) aa bunch of BS and ultimately said there was nothing they can do other than replace 7 feet of the sewer line for $4500. For reference, the entire line was replaced in 2014 for $4800 all the way to the street. The Roto Rooter guys are basically crooks. So I found Brandon on Yelp on a Saturday afternoon - my tenants could not use the toilets until it was fixed. Brandon got back to me quickly, was timely, showed up at the house on SUNDAY morning and hydro jetted the line, texted me a video showing all the tree roots he got out (ie, a brand new looking pipe), cleaned up all the mess the Roto rooters guys left, and left everything good as new with a 2 year warranty. Ad price was more than reasonable.

Wow!! Brandon is the man! Our sewer pipe was blocked by some major roots. We had another company come out on a Saturday but they couldn't fix it until Monday. Certain things can wait, but that isn't one of them. I called Brandon Sunday morning and he called me right back. He was at my house when he said he'd be there and did exactly what he promised to do. He got all the roots out with his water jet system. No blades! Thanks Brother!

WOW. Talk about an honest and nice person to deal with!! Showed up early, pleasant clean nice vehicle. Grabbed his camera and ran it into the clean out and immediately spotted the problem. He grabbed his hydro jetting machine and cleaned out every root in my drain. He was very meticulous to make sure he got 100% of the roots blocking my drain.
Great guy!!! Extremely fair price. Honest. What else can you ask for??

Kitchen sink was clogged and tried to do it myself (and failed - in the past I was able to do it).

Called and talked to Brandon who was the owner and discussed the problem over the phone. He said he can be on site in 45 minutes and he was right on time.

First impression, very professional and respectful (also wearing a mask during COVID). After introductions he immediately worked on the problem. I am ashamed of how much sludge (or hard oil) came out. He connected his video cam to show me the lines are clear.

He noticed a green mark on the ground and he explained to me in the utility business, problems are marked with green, blue, yellow, and red. Green meant pipes .. triggered my memory .. Gas Company told me that my main like going out was 60% clogged. I asked him to check it and he inserted his video and right away we saw water. He took care of that as well.

He started cleaning the area with the power washer to get rid of the sludge (and wonderful smell we uncovered). I remember that when it rained the last time, my backyard got flooded .. it did not drain properly. He said he was already there and he does not feel good leaving me with a problem so he also took care of that problem.

In one visit, Brandon took care of all my problems !

His work is phenomenal and awesome dude to work with - and I thought he charged a very decent price !!!!! I now have a trusted plumber .. Brandon of Conejo Valley Rooter.

Before he left, he advised me how to maintain and control the roots - once a year !

Great experience. Brandon was extremely responsive to messages and emails and did an excellent job on our patio drain clearing. He arrived on time, set up quickly, explained what he was going to do, and answered my questions as I hung around watching what he was doing. The job wasn't easy, but he worked through everything with enthusiasm. To top it all off, he worked on News Years Day! I will definitely call on him again.
