Brandon fixed my laundry room! We had a misunderstanding with scheduling a few weeks ago he saw my review and reached out with his personal cell phone number. He offered to fix the issue came back today and even tried to help with my washing machine while snaking the wall. It's a much bigger deal to fix a mistake than to make one. Things happen - I so appreciate him reaching out and making it right I highly recommend

We had a 911 plumbing emergency and it was well after business hours. We called Brandon & he happened to be five minutes away and came right over. It wasn't a simple fix & would have left us without water until who knows when. Brandon knew exactly what had to be done & arranged to send one of his plumbers to the supply house and then straight over to us. Mikey was great! He got us back in business within a couple of hours! I would highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs!

Ok everyone!!!! Do you need a plumber that answers fast and resolved the issue quickly? This is seriously your place. Brandon is professional, helpful and he knows his pipes. I have PTSD from an incident with my pipes last year, where it overflowed the base of the toilet and poured out sewerage into all my bedrooms.DISGUSTING!!!! Brandon was fast and fixed the issue. Now comes a year later and here we go again .... the tree roots grew through the pipes again and bam it almost happened again excepttttt Brandon installed a cleanout in our grass ...phew for that right. He came out today rootered the roots out of pipes again. Now all clean and happy to be able to flush the toilets in piece. Thanks Brandon

Brandon just departed our house. I'm still processing how quickly he responded and helped us out (from first call, less than two hours later we're up and running). He went the extra mile (and insisted on not charging for it). Who does this? His friendliness, eagerness, energy and attitude are rare characteristics. He truly loves what he does! He made our day for sure.

my bath tub had water run around 7pm and couldn't stop as there is no exclusive valve for that to stop... had to shut off the main water line... called many people and spent more than an hr in the phone... no one helped!..

then called up canejo valley rooter and a person named Brandon asked about the problem... he was so nice that he walked thru how to see what is the problem and how to fix it.. it was so simple and he shared all the tips and some DIY videos... I never fixed any plumbing problem... but bcos of his help and motivation and I tried whatever he asked me to do with help of pictures and videos sharing...

Eventually I was able to remove the valve and bought matching new one from home depot around 9p and fixed it finally!.. I felt so happy and more than that Brandon was so helpful during that one hr...

Anyone could have come and simply replaced the valve and got money... but he took time to help as it was easy and simple fix and bot only saved me some money but also motivated to fix these kind of small problems.
