I called in this morning with a plumbing question. Scared of the worst due to a high water pressure reading.

The owner Brandon took my call and helped me, RIGHT AWAY. Fixed my problem, the same day! I can not fully express my gratitude for your help, thank you Brandon. We need more Brandon's in the world.

I trust Conejo Valley Rooter, and will be my go-to plumber for my family and friends.

Brandon just departed our house. I'm still processing how quickly he responded and helped us out (from first call, less than two hours later we're up and running). He went the extra mile (and insisted on not charging for it). Who does this? His friendliness, eagerness, energy and attitude are rare characteristics. He truly loves what he does! He made our day for sure.

my bath tub had water run around 7pm and couldn't stop as there is no exclusive valve for that to stop... had to shut off the main water line... called many people and spent more than an hr in the phone... no one helped!..

then called up canejo valley rooter and a person named Brandon asked about the problem... he was so nice that he walked thru how to see what is the problem and how to fix it.. it was so simple and he shared all the tips and some DIY videos... I never fixed any plumbing problem... but bcos of his help and motivation and I tried whatever he asked me to do with help of pictures and videos sharing...

Eventually I was able to remove the valve and bought matching new one from home depot around 9p and fixed it finally!.. I felt so happy and more than that Brandon was so helpful during that one hr...

Anyone could have come and simply replaced the valve and got money... but he took time to help as it was easy and simple fix and bot only saved me some money but also motivated to fix these kind of small problems.

I woke SuperBowl Sunday about to get into some cooking for the game and the word in the Kitchen was, the sink is backed up, and nothing is draining. Now me being the DIYer that I am, I think, no prob, Ill get out my handy drain snake and drill this clog into oblivion. When my 25 foot snake didn't work, I tried out my power blaster that hooks up to my pressure washer. Well, the last time I used this thing, I had my gas pressure washer that has since gone into the abyss and the new pressure washer I have now is too lightweight, so my hopes of getting my ribs on the cooker were dashed again.

Now there are times that I am stubborn, and in a normal situation I would probably take a few more tries at this bugger before throwing in the towel. But it was SB Sunday and 90 minutes until kickoff. I had ribs to smoke...

So I hit my favorite review site YELP to find a plumber that doesn't watch football. The first three I called were not working today, and no one is available today and I started to panic a bit and started thinking about contingencies. In a last ditch effort, I see Conejo Valley Rooter. What appealed to me was that I could text and get an answer quickly. I asked, are you working today? With a worried emoji. I got an answer back within seconds that said, ""We are always working!""

I'm telling you there may have never been a sweeter text ever received. This message created a humming in my ears that sounded like angels from heaven... When I explained the situation, a 60-90 time starting estimate turned into Tatiana had her Guy Brandon was over to my house within 20 minutes of my first text.

Not gonna lie, it was a little touch and go at first, is it gonna work? Is he gonna have pull out the big guns? Cmon Brandon! With some snaking further and further under the house, finally the sucker unclogged and I ran water through the drain successfully. There are few things that strike fear in a person and clogged drains with people coming over is one major one. Luckily I averted this Super Bowl Sunday Sheet Show, and I have CVR to thank!

It is nice to know that I can depend on CVR, with Tatiana and Brandon to be there for me when I need them. Even if it is with reluctance and having to swallow my pride because I had been bested by this nasty clog. I was so thankful, I referred them the next day to my Friend Aaron who needed a reliable referral.

So use CVR with confidence. They came through in the clutch when I needed them. Made the problem go away quickly and affordably - when they could have charged extra for the weekend emergency visit and didn't - that says a lot about these two that they care about their clients. Love these two and will recommend and use them again. (although I hope not too soon!)

This company came out on Super Bowl Sunday with no extra charge. The were fast and did quality work. The prices are extremely reasonable and they did not try to up sell. I highly recommend them!

Juan and Brandon answered me right away when I called for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I had already had another company coming to take a look at the sink and they gave me advice on what to ask the other plumber. Anywho the other plumber had no idea what he was doing so I called Brandon and he had Juan out very quickly to come fix what the other company's plumber couldn't. Juan is super smart! He is definitely an expert in his field! Also so nice that they can communicate via text. Texting is way easier than calling for me so I was able to text them photos of the issue before they came out to see it in person. Overall very happy and will definitely be contacting them again for any plumbing issues!
