So I get a call yesterday from the folks renting my parents house in LA (Moorpark) that the garbage disposal which has been failing finally died. My folks are in Europe on vacation for another week. So I pull up Yelp and try to find someone to fix it, see the good reviews for Conejo Plumbing and leave them a message. That same day, Johnny calls me and the tenant, gives me 2 price options to replace it and shows up and does the job same day. The tenant calls me to say how grateful she is for the quick response and great service. I call Johnny the next day to pay by CC over the phone. What a nice guy!

My water heater wasn't working, so I looked up Yelp to find a good reviewed plumber. Conejo Valley Plumbing had the best overall rating. Johnny picked up the phone and I explained to Him what the problem was. He told me right over the phone that it was the copper wiring and that He could fix it for $ 135. He came right over and fixed it. He was honest and had a great sense of humor; furthermore, I found a plumber that I can use for my rentals as well without getting ripped off. This guy is the best. He even gave me a YELP discount. I'll give Him A++ for service! :)

After reading his Yelp reviews we called Johnny for a hot water slab leak, which he attended to IMMEDIATELY. Within days of the hot water leak the cold water line leaked as well.
Our insurance company only pays to access the leak, not the repair. But, because we have a post-tension slab and the leaks were located on the perimeter of the slab, Johnny advised us that the only way to remedy our situation was to re-route the water lines. To break up the slab on the perimeter would risk a damaging disruption of the tensioned cables. Needing this kind of repair can be a real nightmare. But Johnny put us at ease and was reassuring evey step of the way.
Conejo Valley Plumbing is EVERYTHING you look for in a GREAT plumbing service. Johnny was prompt with returning phone calls. They showed up when they said they would. They took care of business without giving us the run around. We didn't feel like we got taken to the bank on price and, best of all, when they were done you couldn't tell they were there because they left the place spotless.
After getting to know Johnny and his sons, we feel like we made a new friend. They are definitely trustworthy and we have absolutely no reservations in recommending their company to anybody in need of their services. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. These guys are the real deal!

Wow, I don't know what I did wrong. My wife called CVP 4 times and each time got an answering machine and left a message for a call back. I tried twice and left messages, still no call back. We have tried early in the morning, middle of the day and in the evening. I am giving up on Johnny and will try to find someone that wants my business.

My neighborhood is known for roots causing plumbing issues, especially in our main line! 2 things I hate dealing with, plumbing & cars.... People can really screw you if you don't know better.. I saw CVP & all the great Yelp reviews and called today @ 4p & Johnny was over within the hour (was here before I was).. What other plumber does that?! Besides being prompt, he was honest, the quote was almost $50 less than other plumbers I called & he was just a plain cool guy! Thanks again for all your help & I guess as long as we have root issues we'll be seeing you @ least once a year!!

So here is the deal... There shouldnt be another choice! This is your Guy! The first time I had them come I saw this GIANT RED truck pull up on this guy comes out with a body full of tatoo's and looked like a Harley Davidson guy! I actually was a bit nervous. He was honest, great sense of humor, friendly, and most importatntly saved us a ton of money and that was just on the first job (He replaced our Garbage Disposal)
The second time I had him within in 20 minutes of him being there we found out we had a Hot water slab leak! he told me step by step of what to do.
He was honest, reliable, returned my calls or texts, and even checked up on the after math of all that had to be repaired!

I will NOT Use another plumber!!
