Got a leaking water heater, call CVP on a Sat late afternoon and Johnny came out and checked it out next morning before 9 oclock. End up replacing my 13 year old one and they put the new one in quick and clean. Job done very thorough and fixed other potential problem as well - my main water inlet didn't even have a release valve, just being lucky all these year. Very responsive, professional , highly recommend.

My toilet backed in to my tub, yucko. So I looked here on Yelp for reviews, decided to call them and had a great experience with them too. They were very professional and friendly. But most importantly knew what they were doing. They went on the roof cleaned the the roots out from the drain and thoroughly made sure there were no more problems. And ran a camera through the drain and showed me the obstructions and politely answered my questions.
They made suggestions on how to prevent that horrible event from happening again, and even told me how I could save money by doing some of the easy work myself, and letting them do the harder stuff. They were never pushy and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. They left things clean. They came when they said they would and their fee was very reasonable. I will call them again for certain as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

I found Johnny with Conejo Valley Plumbing this morning at 8:30 on Yelp! I explained I had to leave for an appointment at 10 am. He was here by 9:20 am and by 9:30 he was done. I have to wonder about any reviews other than 5 stars - - Johnny was friendly, professional and personable. I have found a new plumber! Thanks Johnny.

I am VERY happy with this company. I had a slow flushing toilet and a couple of loose faucets. Brandon and Nick arrived within an hour of putting in the call. They were professional, they were clean, they were fair, they were honest. I used to work for a plumbing company years ago and I know they could have very easily performed unnecessary work. They did not. Therefore, I respect them, I recommend them, and I will be calling them again for additional plumbing work.
PS: I don't particularly like writing on-line reviews. But I must be fair and give credit where credits due.

First time homeowner with first time sewer problem, so you can imagine the feeling.

I placed a call to Johnny's late at night stating I had some problems and he called me before 8am.
He was clear at communicating his availability, and showed up on time same day with his crew. Explained the problem in plain English (and the causes) , offered options and took care of it.

I like the professionalism and will definitively be calling him again and/or referring him.

Weird for the mixed review when they had no idea roots under the ground were the problem. Maybe if you told them up front all the work involved (oh you didn't know either?) come on... Call someone else then next time. I used Johnny on lots of jobs and yea a couple time it was more then over the phone but it all made sense. MY FAULt for not knowing the place was built like crap. After he finished, all materials and hardware used was Much better then any others. He does it right the first time. He is an honest guy. He is very busy at times so maybe it isn't immediate response and thats because He, The Owner wants to make sure its done right and wont leave until it is. Anyone experienced take a good look at the work before complaining.

CVP was awesome! We had a serious leak under our driveway. I had visions of ripping up the whole thing to get to the leak, so I started to dig down to find out where the problem was. In the mean time, I called CVP. Johnny came by less than a half hour later. He immediately got down on his stomach on the driveway (which was dirty from the dig I was doing) and shoved his hand far enough under the driveway to determine that he could reach the leak. I was immediately relieved to find out that it wasn't going to be as $$$ as I feared. Phew! The next day, his team came back and fixed it. The price was very reasonable (less than I expected). He even left me a shovel to help with my cleanup!

Johnny is the man! Very personable, knowledgeable, and dependable. Highly recommended!

Had to call Johnny out yesterday to fix a broken water spout in the front yard. I broke it trying to unscrew an old hose from the spout. The break caused me to have to turn the main water valve off to the house. He came out earlier than the time frame he originally quoted me. Took him about an hour to fix, he repaired it to code. The work was top notch and he was a cool guy to talk to. I will call him back the next time I need any plumbing work done, he does great work and his rates are really fair.

Repeat customer who called Johnny to fix a slow slow drain in the master bath. Was already pleased with his service and fee to replace a master sewer line in our yard. Johnny does not try and oversell you services, just recommends what you need and provides suggestions to consider for the future.

This was especially good after my last unpleasant experience with the ""smell good"" plumber who just tried to sell me services I didn't ask for, charged premium prices I come to find out, and replaced hardware with sub-par quality.

Johnny called me within the hour after leaving a message and scheduled service for same day. Will only consider Conejo plumbing for all my service from now on and recommend highly.
