From the moment I called and spoke with Candice I knew I called the right place! We were so desperate to get our air fixed (this was during a full heat wave last year) she let me know they were fully booked (obviously in a heat wave) but within 30 minutes she called me back and got me in right away! I couldn't believe it! She is amazing and so kind and friendly! (Thanks again Candice!!)

I have been having problems with my old furnace and air conditioning. In January 28, 2025 my furnace gave up on me, on one of the coldest weeks we have had in while. I contacted Conejo Heating and Air and they sent a technician (Dakota) to look at it. It was not repairable. Mr Jamroz a sales manager came over to show me what they could offer and after talking with him and explaining the equipment and process for installation, I decided to have them install an new heater and AC/heat pump. The next day a crew of Conejo Heating and Air came over and replaced the units and brought the ones to code. City and State inspection passed with no issues Installation is spot on. This company is very conscientious about the quality of their workmanship and equipment that they sell. I will likely have them updated the duct work and possibly have new attic insulation put in as well.

I would definitely recommend Conejo Heating and Air to anyone!

Eric has come by on multiple occasions for work/service on our systems and has been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive.

Home repairs are not something I (nor anyone) looks forward to, but I'm thankful to have Conejo as our local provider.

Plumbing issues, house needed four water valves replaced as they were original to the house and leaking. Paul came out and addressed the issue. Paul was polite, considerate, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him work in our home. I did have a small water pressure issue afterwards but Conejo had Paul come back out at no charge and fixed the problem fairly quickly. Leaks are gone, water pressure is great, I'll be asking for Paul for future plumbing needs for our home.

Our HVAC was installed a decade ago, the contractor bailed before it was completed and setup, it worked okay but not great at first but was slowly deteriorating. I requested quotes from over a dozen HVAC companies to come clean our ductwork, diagnose the issues we were having and complete our setup properly. Conejo was one of three who responded and hands down the most helpful and polite. Over a period of two months, Chaco and Yasser cleaned out our very dirty ductwork, then Craig and later Ryan came and worked side-by-side with me to dig through and correct all the errors left by others and got us up and working correctly. Craig was masterful at listening to all my questions and then diving into and fixing the one that actually mattered. Dianna and Angela kept the scheduling to a ""T"", I needed a lot more time with technicians who are in heavy demand and they managed it perfectly for all of us. While it cost more than I'd wanted to spend, they turned over every stone, and looked in every crevice to uncover and correct all issues. I can't thank you enough. Highly recommended. Thank you!

After my 2 star review of 2/2/2025, a very nice young man, CHASE, from
Conejo Heating, Air, contacted me by telephone regarding my two star review. Chase was so nice and willing to do ""anything"" to make my experience ""right"" .
My first review reflected a lack of common courtesy by the technician, who never got back to me about the proposal for a whole house Back Up GENERATOR.

ALSO, It turns out that the charge for my installation of a whole house FILTER was appropriate, and CHASE offered to have his technicians call me in six months and do two cleanings of my home Filter at NO charge!

I am now extremely happy and will continue to use Conejo Heating, Air.

We had Alfredo come out to our home today due to our heater having issues. He was very thorough with explaining our problem. He was in and out within a reasonable time. We will be using Conejo Valley from now on and referring them to all friends and family.

I like this company. I hired them to replace my furnace and A/C after moving into a house, and they did a great job. I hired them because their price was reasonable, they were always very professional, and they offered great warranties (they stood behind their work).

Since that first project, I hired them again for other services, like moving and reinstalling my condenser due to some landscaping projects, and they always deliver.

I have to give a special shoutout to Jesse and Parker. They both came out several times to investigate some issues I encountered, and I was always pleased with their competence and attitude. Knowing that the company hires individuals like them makes me feel even better about recommending Conejo to anyone.
