I've used them many times over the years and have always had great experiences. Today I had an issue with an A/C vent leaking. I just want to give a special shout out to Craig. He was able to diagnose a tricky problem in minutes and educated me a bunch of options to not only fix the problem, but improve the system overall. This is the 2nd time we've had Craig and both times he was super helpful and went above and beyond. Very appreciative!

Our water heater stopped working and it was way overdue for a replacement. We also decided to install a water softener system because of the drawbacks of hard water and how it affects your skin, especially if yours is sensitive as ours. Hard water also discolors your shower tiles and dried hard spots on recently cleaned dishes/utensils often looks like it wasn't cleaned.

The installation was done on two separate occasions. It was a tight fit in the garage due to heavy equipment/machinery that cannot be moved. They didn't have a problem with the removal of the old water heater tank and installation of the new one. The second installation (water softener system) took almost 8 hours. This was due to the fact the water line is on the other side of the garage and they had several obstacles in the garage to navigate through.

The fabrication work was excellent. Really top notch. Every technician I interacted with was professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and provided an accurate quote.

I highly recommend them. They're not the cheapest, but offer competitive pricing. You also get what you pay for.

Diagnosis is critical with electrical work. Because of Conejo Valley Home Services' superior electrical knowledge (Sean and Dillon), they were able to change existing connections to independently operate a surveillance light and my garage lights, whereas another company wanted to rewire my garage. Conejo Valley saved me hundreds of dollars.
