We recently called Conejo Valley Heating & AC to install a thermostat for us. The first time they came out, Brett discovered that our furnace was too old to install an Ecobee. He stayed to advise me on our situation, and then didn't charge me since the thermostat couldnt be installed. Afterward, we purchased a new thermostat, and Grant came out--even with the Honeywell we purchased, Grant determined that there was no way to make it work with our old system. The owner even came out to help and talk to us about a new furnace and give us a quote. We never felt like they were just trying to upsell us or convince us to buy something we don't need. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great company to help with a heating/AC problem.

Great to work with them again. This is the 2nd full unit I've had done with this company. I live in Porter Ranch (LA County) & was not sure if they work in my area since their office is in the Conejo Valley, but they do lots of work in my area. Add more stars to your rating system. Veteran tech Ralph of Conejo Valley Heating and Air literally restored the breathe of fresh air to our home with his honesty and accurate diagnostics. He got us back up and running within the hour and made sure our system was operating at maximum efficiency. Prices are fair and support is superior. They will always be our go to phone call for HVAC/appliance repairs.

Our experience with Conejo Valley Heating and Air couldn't have been better. Starting with Greg's initial visit to discuss the project (replacing our existing air conditioner and heater as well our 75 gallon hot water heater) and continuing with Bobby's designing our new duct system, things moved like clockwork.

We're so impressed and pleased with everyone and everything involved: Danny and his crew's quiet, clean and efficient installation of the AC, furnace and ducts, Donny's replacement of the hot water heater, George and Craig's meticulous attention to the grill and new thermostat, the procuring of our permits and arranging for state and local inspections in a timely fashion and people like Candice, who handled calls and appointments from the office.

My AC unit stopped working, so I called three companies for assistance. Conejo Valley Heating & Air surpassed my expectations. They communicated clearly, set my expectations, asked questions and explained what they recommended. I hired them to replace our entire HVAC and they installed everything the next day. I could not be more pleased. Everyone was a pleasure to work with especially the sales, support and installation teams. The owner even visited to check on everything the day after install. And they had financing options.

We have had a number of Contractors working at our house but Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning rate amongst the best.
We had two jobs done back to back which included replacement of all duct work and two furnaces and two blowers. These guys are top notch being very professional, hard working and delivered an outstanding result. They were polite, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.

We had an AC EMERGENCY and Conejo valley heating & air came to our rescue! Just in time for the heat wave too! We called them on Wednesday morning and asked them to come out to dos vientos to check out our unit and give us a second opinion on the malfunction and they did just that! When the kind technician came out he was immediately friendly and helpful. He pointed out all flaws in the first company's quote and even pointed out how if we were to go with the first company, it was gonna be more surprise charges at the end of installation. After being satisfied with the technicians help, we immediately scheduled the work order to be done and this company went out of its way to make it happen ASAP! The next morning, they had all malfunctioning items replaced in under three hours and had our AC up and running perfectly immediately! We were so happy with their customer service that we even gave their workers $50 to split among the three of them so they could have a nice lunch after completion of the work order. We will not hesitate to call this company for any other needs in the future & will be referring this company to all of our friends!!! Thanks guys! You really helped us out!! :)

He have used Conejo Valley Heating and Air for years for maintenance. We recently moved and on the day it was 100 our AC stopped working. Of course it was a Sunday afternoon. I called 3 different emergency AC repair people. Conejo called back within 30 minutes and asked us to check the fuses before they came out. Sure enough it was the fuse which cost us $5 to get a new one and fix it. Their offices followed up within 30 minutes to make sure we had spoken to someone and were taken care of. The other two providers didn't call me until the next day. I have always liked working with them however this just proves how great they really are!

The AC unit which they installed 22 or more years ago went out after zero maintenance on my part. A few electrical components and a thousand bucks later and it is working again. I am still on the floor from having to shell out so much money for roughly an hours work but at least it is cool down here.

After this initial review James reached out to me to see what would make me happier. I have to say that for a business to show this much concern for the satisfaction of a client is something I have never experienced before. With regard to my initial review, I was happy with the courtesy and professionalism by both the person I scheduled the appointment with and Ralph the technician who, by the way, did an excellent job. Their next day response was also greatly appreciated considering the heat and humidity we have had lately.

Once the work was completed they slapped a new sticker on my old unit. I won't hesitate to call them again for repairs or replacement of the system.
