I had an issue with my AC unit dripping out the drain to the outside of the house. Called Conejo Valley Heating and Air and was told they could get a service tech to me in a couple of days. I live out in Santa Clarita but remember seeing their bright yellow trucks when I was out in Thousand Oaks. My service tech was Ralph and he was amazing. He climbed up in the attic and knew instantly what the issue was, a cracked drain pain. He ordered the part and came back a few days later and performed the install in under an hour. He saved me a ton of money by replacing just the drain pain and not the entire unit. Seemed like a pain in the you know what but he got it done. No upsell just great service from a great company. We had such an amazing, easy experience with these guys! First I hired them for an AC maintenance. Then I was so impressed by their candid and honest service and prices, I asked for a quote on attic insulation and an attic fan. Greg came out soon after the first service and did and again, he was also very patient, knowledgeable and honest. He took his time explaining how it all works to me, and then we looked at options and pricing. He was able to offer what we thought was a great price on even better products compared to other quotes we'd gotten from competitors. We happily hired them to bring our house up to date with insulation. They came to our house just a few days later with two trucks and a bunch of workers. All of them were careful, respectful and clean. They worked together well and had the whole attic done in less than 2 hours, and it looks great. We could feel a difference in the AC immediately. And now our electric bill won't be as high as it has been.
The whole process was just easy, and everyone at this company, from the receptionists all the way up to the owner, are just awesome people to work with. Thank you!

WOW! Talking about companies that do remodeling rip-off and give customers over price estimates... I called this company because of yelp 5 stars and they did called back and came on time but really guys - how much do you need to make up???
To buy new 2 ton a/c and furnace cost around $1500 - $2000
They gave me $15,000 estimate for new a/c for a guest house! I am sure this was a joke!

George Z and CV did a great job on getting my AC working again! Called them yesterday and had somebody come today. George was very thorough as it was not easy to figure out. Ultimately sleuthed out that some mice had made a bit of a nest in a cover outside where they snacked on some wires. George figured it all out, rewired it and gave me some good tips to deal with the mice. Very courteous - had to go in and out a lot and always put shoe covers on when inside. Well explained and very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend George and CV to anyone! Thanks, George!!

Conejo Valley Heating/Air and Craig are awesome. When my old company did not return my call, even though they advertise 24/7 service, I called Conejo. Craig called me back in 15 minutes and was at my house shortly after. He fixed the issue, the rates were reasonable and it was a very favorable experience.

This is a classy company. Michael who evaluated our needs and came up with a couple of solutions was very professional and patient. The install was planned within a week of the date of the estimate. James and Chacho (sp?) were amazing installers. They had to do work in the attic and outside during a very hot day. They completed the job within a day and left no trace of construction other than a nice new AC unit, coil and thermostats. Really appreciate service when there are no surprises and things look better than before they did the job.
