Rick and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and most important of all, very pleasant to work with. They were very transparent with labor and materials cost which is a reason alone just to go with them--no surprises and very reasonable. I had a water heater burner that was broken. Rick came and fixed it in no time. Well, the job may not be big, but, please read on.

The water heater was out for a week during a very cold December Christmas week. I ordered the burner part from the manufacturer and it arrived late. I called a few plumbers and all of them did not want to even entertain a call during the holidays. Rick answered the call and was willing to come in on a Sunday (Jan 2nd -2022) to come and fix it. And he did to his word. A man of great ethics and resolve. I am very grateful and appreciate his effort to come in during the holidays.

I would 200% recommend Rick to anybody! Conejo Emergency Plumbing lives up to its reputation and Rick is a true embodiment of this commitment.

I had a cracked pipe inside the wall behind the stucco on my house. Rick did everything he could to work out the issue without damaging the wall. In the end he had to, but the wall was cut to reduce damage as much as possible. The pipe was replaced and is as good as new.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for future jobs.
