Amazing service. Rick came out with about a half hour's notice on a Sunday morning when we called him in a panic about a leak. We hadn't even been customers before that day. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and writing a report for us to use with the insurance company. He also spent time later that day answering questions over the phone. Highly recommended!

Rick was awesome. We had a leak from our water heater, so I called around to various recommended plumbers and got several quotes to replace it. Rick offered the best price and the best time frame available. He showed up on time, did a very professional and clean installation of the water heater, as well as running new lines to replace old ones that were no longer up to code. He finished in the time he said it would take, which helped me schedule my day (big plus to not have to sit around and wait). He also did all of the work for less than others quoted for just the water heater install. I highly recommend him and would use him again personally and recommend him to my clients, as a REALTOR.

Rick did a great job at our home! He was the 3rd plumber (after 2 other bad experiences where they just wanted to overcharge outrageously and misdiagnosed our leak) to come into my house and he was able to fix our leak quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. His demeanor is easy going and he is reliable and very experienced. Once he finished the job he was able to refer us to 2 other gentlemen that helped get my house back in order. When a company (mitigation company sent by the insurance) took my sink apart they threw away a clip to my faucet. Rick special ordered the missing clip and came BACK to finish assembling my sink. He answered all the calls and texts we made to him immediately and we felt extremely comfortable with him in our home. Thanks Rick!
