I found Conejo Emergency Plumbing and asked Rick if could fix a leaky kitchen sink. I received a reply immediately and was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. Rick came by, and he was the best! Rick quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I had an absolutely amazing experience with the entire team. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. Definitely on top list of plumbers to use.

I requested many quotes from different plumbing companies but Richard with Conejo emergency is responsive and got to me right away. I told him about an awful smell coming from my sink and we set up an appointment 3pm Wednesday, showed up on time and called 15 mins before arriving. He took a look and give me an option to hydro jet the drain which would completely clear up the back up of waste that was probably clogging my drain. He gave me an honest price that was very competitive with what I searched up online so I said let's do it! Richard was great to work with and the customer service is great! Told me to call him back if there's any future problems and I definitely will.

We had flooring removed and the flooring company told us we a slab leak. I used Yelp to get some offers and decided to go with Rick at Conejo Emergency Plumbing to have the slab inspected. The team came buy, used their digital tools and determined there was no leak. The walked the rest of the house with the same sensors, no leakage can be found, they did this all at no cost to us and Rick even offered to send us a letter for the flooring company to continue with the installation as he found no leaks. Totally great experience, you need give them a try.

Best plumber ever! Rick was really efficient & went above & beyond. He initially came to fix the old toilet & I had already bought a new toilet to replace old toilet but he fixed the old toilet so effectively that I probably didn't need to replace it. Other plumbers came & tried to fix the old toilet but it only worked for a day or 2. Rick fixed it & found the problem why it wasn't working.

I had already bought a new replacement toilet. And I wanted a new one.

He came back & installed the new toilet in short amount of time & it was really impressive. He's the best plumber.

I had a leaking refrigerator. I called and Rick was able to come last minute on a Saturday! Lucky me, I am grateful my neighbor gave me his number a few years ago and I kept it for just this kind of situation.

Quick to respond during a major storm. Resolved issue. I had another Plumber with a fancy name not even look at the toilet, jump on the IPad to issue an outrageous quote.
I told the fancy Plumber with the personalized tee shirt and matching neon pants( graphics on tee matched pants), "" no thanks"" , I got online, asked for a quote from CEP, they were out here within the hour and took care of the issue for $75!! Lloyds quoted $1450 to replace toilet which I didn't need. Just needed it snaked and unclogged.
Best part of the day was not being ripped off.
