I cannot recommend this company enough! My water heater gave out over the weekend (of course). I called them on a Sunday and Marco arrived at my home within the hour and installed a new water heater the very next morning. I called a few other places to compare the price Marco gave me, and no one else could match it. He is incredibly professional, responsive, punctual, and well-priced. I will definitely use him again.

We have lived in our house for a long time and have been served by plumbers and drain rooters a half dozen times. This evening (Friday evening) we discovered our drain pipe was clogged forcing sewage to overflow from our cleanout port. I called and emailed the plumbers that we had relied on in the past, none could help us until tomorrow at the earliest. I called Concord Rooter and spoke to Marco Becerra. I am so glad I did. Marco came out within an hour and resolved the immediate issue. He also provided helpful information that he had discovered in the process. He quoted a very fair price and stuck to it even after I offered to pay more in consideration of it being outside of regular working hours.
I highly recommend Marco and Concord Rooter. Marco is charming and gets the job done.

I had first called a plumber using a coupon from Sunday paper. Quote was 3x coupon when they called that they were en route. I then remembered seeing a write-up in ND app for Marco's company. He came out same day. His rate was a fraction of the other company. Went over how he planned to clear my slow draining bathroom sink. Was done in a few mins. I feel his rate is too low, to be honest. Although, he is starting out and wants to build clients. I HIGHLY recommend his company. Fast service, honest, super low rates.

Had a leak in our half bath toilet. Concord Rooter and Plumbing came out quickly and fixed what was thought to be the problem, and even when another unrelated leak was found they came out immediately and fixed the problem without an additional charge. Finding honest, reliable service is rare these days and these guys came up big. Would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

The kitchen sink overflowed this memorial weekend. I called Concord Rooter Monday morning and they scheduled the work right away. Marco was very responsive, professional and courteous. I called several plumbers before them and was not able to clear the drain. They were able to fix the drain ,explained the issue and recommended a future solution. They do a excellent job and very competitive price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Their customer service is superb. :)
