A great company to hire for your plumbing needs. They are super responsive and accommodating. Marco came out to do the initial assessment and Armando was the specialist who came over to do the work. I was very impressed with how smooth and quickly things were moving. I would also like to mention that they did not try to oversell and rather were a voice of reason when I was inquiring about some other potential improvements.

Our toilets were backed up, so we scheduled an appointment with Concord Rooter the next morning. Edgar was prompt, friendly and efficient. He cleared the clog and now the toilets flush properly once again.

A great company. We had a backup at our washer, then our sink and bathtub. All connected to the same line. Everyone else quoted an hourly rate, which left things open ended. Concord Rooter and Plumbing quoted a flat rate and stuck to it.

The technician spent a lot of time going to the outside clean out, the washer line, then the sink and bathtub lines to make sure everything was clear. He even went underneath the house to check the connections! Amazing service and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.
