I read the reviews here on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Jeff and John arrived 2 hours later and gave me a very fair and competitive bid on doing a complete repipe in my home with pex rather than copper. They're just now completing the job. Fortunately, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule several days later. They also were very pleasant, professional and we felt comfortable with them and the excellent work provided. I will refer them to family and friends. It's great to have someone dependable, honest and fair!

Larry and Jeff are two of the best in this business. You can reach them and they get back to you asap. Never an issue of them showing up as promised. Usually can fix the problem on one visit. If you ever need a plumber, this one will get it done and done right.

I can't give Comstock a high enough review. It is a family owned company and Jeff is the third generation. My family has been using Comstock for over 30 years.

I have an old house with a lot of plumbing issues, so we are frequent callers. Jeff is the best. He always comes within a reasonable time frame. He does awesome work and for a competitive price.

I will never use anyone else.

What can I say. I had a delightful time with Charles today while he was installing my new kitchen sink faucet. He was very polite n professional. He did a wonderful job and went out of his way to make sure everything was working great. He even went to Home Depot to get s soap dispenser for my sink. He also took the time to recaulk around my sink which was deteriorating. I truly appreciated his workmanship and attitude. I would highly recommend this company and Charles and will call them again if I ever have any plumbing problems. Nice job Charles. Thanks

#Fullerton - I almost don't want to give such a raving review because I want to keep Comstock to myself but that would be selfish and I just can't be that way. After being in the real estate business for 16 years I have always searched for a reasonable priced licensed plumbing company and I am happy to say that I finally found Comstock. I gave them a plumbing repair list for our inspection and Jeff came out quickly, gave me a quote, I got it approved and it was all done with 2-3 days. I was very happy with the cost and service.

Jeff did a great job on our leak. I spoke with another plumber first who quoted an outrageous amount. Jeff was reasonable, professional and thorough and I will use his services again as needed.

I called Comstock Plumbing today because both toilets and shower were backing up. I left a message and my call was returned promptly. I was told that they were booked solid and could not come out until Monday but gave me loads of advice and recommended calling another plumber immediately to attend to the problem. I was even given a quote on what to look for when pricing a main line blockage. I really appreciated all the advice and I am not even a customer, yet! I would recommend their services based on my experience.

I had a great experience with Jeff over at Comstock Plumbing. My husband and I called other plumbers in the area, including Chris Rogers Plumbing that flaked on us yesterday for a leak that we had.
Comstock Plumbing said that they couldn't come yesterday because they were too busy but offered to come today. Great! I'd rather have a business be upfront and honest about their schedule rather than saying they would call and could probably come by and then disappear.
Jeff came over and fixed the problem. He also spotted another leak which he fixed free of charge as well as putting our nozzle back on our bathtub spout that my husband had taken off.
It was a pain free experience and I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again for our future plumbing needs.

We are in need of a family plumber in Fullerton as ours retired a few years ago. When I saw a plumber visiting across the street about a year ago I walked over and got the contact name. Jeff seemed very nice and competent. I subsequently asked my neighbors and they said Comstock is the best So I felt confident that we had someone to call the next time a problem arose.

Recently our HOA sent out a write up within our newsletter about problems with pinhole leaks in our complex. Repiping is probably the solution. I looked at Comstock's reviews which are excellent and their website, which says they do re piping and called about three weeks ago to set up an appointment. I had a very nice exchange with Lily. We set up an appointment for the following Monday and I asked her if I could fax her the write up from the news letter for background. She gave me her fax number and I sent it over.

When Monday came I received a voice message that Jeff would not be able to make it after all, no reason was given, and that she hadn't received my fax, would I please send it and call her. She said they would review it and we would go from there. I resent it and left a message that I had and asked for a call back. I didn't hear back .

A few days later, I discovered water under one of my cabinets and left a voicemail asking for a return call.. I didn't provide details but naturally thought I could do that when she called me back. There was no return call. In fact I've never heard from this company since the voicemail cancelling the initial appointment.

We did call another plumber about the water leak. It turned out to be our main drain upstairs to downstairs. They came out right away, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it, thank heavens. It was quite a job.

Re piping is still in our future . Oh well, can't figure it all out. Maybe there was a family problem and they weren't able to return their calls. Maybe she thought the subsequent call was about the re piping, wasn't interested in t he job and just didn't return my call. I'll never know but my experience is inconsistent with the other reviews and my neighbor's high praise.
