I had a great experience with Jeff over at Comstock Plumbing. My husband and I called other plumbers in the area, including Chris Rogers Plumbing that flaked on us yesterday for a leak that we had.
Comstock Plumbing said that they couldn't come yesterday because they were too busy but offered to come today. Great! I'd rather have a business be upfront and honest about their schedule rather than saying they would call and could probably come by and then disappear.
Jeff came over and fixed the problem. He also spotted another leak which he fixed free of charge as well as putting our nozzle back on our bathtub spout that my husband had taken off.
It was a pain free experience and I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again for our future plumbing needs.

We are in need of a family plumber in Fullerton as ours retired a few years ago. When I saw a plumber visiting across the street about a year ago I walked over and got the contact name. Jeff seemed very nice and competent. I subsequently asked my neighbors and they said Comstock is the best So I felt confident that we had someone to call the next time a problem arose.

Recently our HOA sent out a write up within our newsletter about problems with pinhole leaks in our complex. Repiping is probably the solution. I looked at Comstock's reviews which are excellent and their website, which says they do re piping and called about three weeks ago to set up an appointment. I had a very nice exchange with Lily. We set up an appointment for the following Monday and I asked her if I could fax her the write up from the news letter for background. She gave me her fax number and I sent it over.

When Monday came I received a voice message that Jeff would not be able to make it after all, no reason was given, and that she hadn't received my fax, would I please send it and call her. She said they would review it and we would go from there. I resent it and left a message that I had and asked for a call back. I didn't hear back .

A few days later, I discovered water under one of my cabinets and left a voicemail asking for a return call.. I didn't provide details but naturally thought I could do that when she called me back. There was no return call. In fact I've never heard from this company since the voicemail cancelling the initial appointment.

We did call another plumber about the water leak. It turned out to be our main drain upstairs to downstairs. They came out right away, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it, thank heavens. It was quite a job.

Re piping is still in our future . Oh well, can't figure it all out. Maybe there was a family problem and they weren't able to return their calls. Maybe she thought the subsequent call was about the re piping, wasn't interested in t he job and just didn't return my call. I'll never know but my experience is inconsistent with the other reviews and my neighbor's high praise.

I called Comstock Plumbing today when we were really in a pinch and needed service right away due to some flooding in a laundry room. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Jeff Comstock came to the house without any delay and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and fix it. I couldn't believe how reasonable his price was. I was expecting it to be much higher for the amount of time he was at our house. I have a new plumber now and Jeff Comstock is his name! I deleted the name and number of my usual plumber today and replaced it with Comstock Plumbing.

We got the name of Comstock Plumbing as a referral from the Heating & A/C company we use regularly. We had Jeff from Comstock Plumbing replace our water heater some time back and recently called him for some other plumbing work. He is fast, courteous, neat and clean and professional and his prices are extremely reasonable. A neighbor recently had a ""big name"" plumbing company do a job that cost a lot of money - Jeff's quote for the same job was about two-thirds less. That gives you a good idea of the difference.

We won't use any other plumbing company and highly recommend Jeff.

Plumbers are easy to find but hard to know if they are honest or car salesmen. Since I know nothing about plumbing and even less about cars I am left to trust their assessment of my problems. It is always nice to go with someone you know or have had a working experience with. I had plumbers who were reasonable and did great work and those who were just there to patch up problems or map out more problems. Comstock has been nothing short of professional and honest. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they take pride in their work. I am so please that I found them and they will be my go to plumbers for as long as I am in this house. They were prompt, clean and professional. I highly recommend them for your plumbing work.

Jefff was a neighbor in our block for many years, and he serviced all of us neighbors, with our many last minute crisis. What an honest family business! Jeff came out on a holiday, late in the evening after working late all weekend long. What a great local business. He and his wife were so kind to take on our water heater installation job on the same day (without an extra charge). Their prices are super reasonable, in this economy every penny counts!

Comstock was recommended to us by one of their past customers, she had very good things to say about this family business. Today's emergency helped us find a plumber we will use again and again for other issues. Thank you Comstock!
