I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs! They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The owner provided me with a pricing estimate that was very fair and reasonable, compared to other quotes I received. The technician (Mike) arrived promptly on schedule, was very professional, polite, and repaired my leaky tub/shower faucet in a timely manner. I have already planned on having them install my new handheld shower heads.

Very communicative via Yelp Messenger and fulfilled the job in a quick and timely manner. I think they were able to come out within 3-4 days of my initial inquiry. The team was clean professional and courteous. They convinced me I don't need to change my garbage disposer even though I was sure it needed a costly replacement. I appreciate the honesty. Also, I asked last minute if they could disconnect and remove my old broken water softener unit and they did a great job disconnecting it and sealing the pipes.

Very responsive and honest company! They are local so if you are within the Pomona/Chino area, I would high recommend Complete Plumbing and Rooter. I messaged Paul (the owner) for a quote through Yelp and he replied within minutes! Not only do they reply quickly, they also kept me updated with when a technician was on the way. Mike was the technician who stopped by and he was also very informative and happy to answer any questions.

I wish I was able to hire this company first thing. I guess I was in a hurry to stop the leaking in my patio and hired another company prematurely instead who charged double the estimated price and left another existing issue unresolved. Lesson learned - compare quotes then hire the company with the clear cut, well detailed and reliable quote!!

Review is for Mike who came over and snaked a clog I had in the main. Went out of his way to inspect my clean-out cap and plumbing underneath the sink. His job was done unclogging the main line, but he made effort to check my plumbing on the kitchen side when I asked him to. Found out that there was a leak towards the dry walling, a job that was mickey moused from the previous homeowner. He gave me suggestions and alternatives to fix it on my own as I was a bit over budgeted on the work. Mike wasn't pushy at all and answered all my questions. I decided to just get the piping portion towards the drywall redone as I didn't want to have a blowout at an unexpected time. Mike showed me exactly what he was going to do and didn't proceed until I knew what work was getting done and gave him the ok. Very polite, and Mike gave a courtesy call a couple of minutes before he arrived. He even cleaned up his mess which I was very appreciative of. Great guys also at the office where I called, Paul was who I spoke with to schedule and Jovon with the follow up. Their prices are fair and they provide a warrantee which is important. I will be using them again on my other properties should work be needed again. Thanks guys for serving the Chino Hills and Chino area.

Just had to leave a review for Mike, awesome guy, explained everything and gave possible options. Had 3 other ""5 star plumbers"" come out for estimates for a possible leak from upstair's restroom to the bottom bedroom.

One didn't even show up, the other 2 said they had no idea unless they opened up the ceiling. Understandable but I asked what are the possible scenarios, issues, etc; maybe shower, toilet, toilet flange? I have been a home owner and stubborn DYI person long enough to know how to at least make an educated guess on the issue or at least pretend I know what I am talking about.


Mike came on time, looked at the issue and pinpointed 2 additional items that I did not realize could be causing the leak; explained the possible issues and gave me an idea how much it would cost.

Even though Mike could not find the leak, I appreciated him just for his explanation of everything; which made the cost worth it. When you are an expert in the field, you should be able to give some sort of educated guess and hearing Mike out has its benefits, and I am willing to pay for that.

Also this was the only company that would actually send me an estimate through Yelp message, and it was around what I would have expected, thanks Paul.

Keep up the good job, these guys are my goto and on my recommendation list now.

Michael was very professional. The company repiped my house. Everything provided on the quote was completed. Any questions asked during the job were answered and explained if needed. I did need to add a few additional items not included in the original work and I was provided a few options. Great company to work with. Reliable, courteous and clean. I would definitely recommend them and they are now my go to plumbers.
