Had sink and toilets backed up just after Christmas called Complete plumbing who responded in about two hours. Mike came out and ran a snake thru the main line. Called this morning and spoke with Jovan. He was very professional over the phone. He told me he was nearby working on another job and that he would send one of his technicians over to assess the leak I needed to be repaired. Michael, his technician, was also extremely professional. He was able to assess the situation and provide me a quote. I asked if he would be able to start working on repair ASAP, and he was very accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with how Michael handled the entire situation. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is having plumbing issues.

At 10:00pm we had a pipe burst in the ceiling and water was coming down. Shut off the main valve but it didn't stop. I called almost every 24 hour plumber on Yelp and none of them called back after their answering service took my message....Except Paul of Complete Plumbing and Rooter. He told me honestly his company is booked up on an industrial job and couldn't make it out. He was caring and wanted to help after hearing the panic in my voice when I told him nobody was calling me back. He said it's probably the fire sprinkler pipe and said he'll come out to at least stop the flooding, especially since the fire sprinkler company, Cintas (supposed to be 24 hr service but they showed up 18 hours later) weren't responding back. Thankfully he came and stopped the flooding, but couldn't legally touch the sprinkler pipes. He's authorized to make new buildings and all kinds of plumbing but can't do the fire sprinkler pipes. Very professional and caring, he diagnosed the water underneath the laminate flooring and immediately used dehumidifier and fans to mitigate the problem. Thank you Paul! And Michael too!

Found out that our 10-yr-old water heater was leaking at 11pm on 12/7 and the burner assembly was dead. I called and Paul answered right away and was able to send out his team for the replacement job at 8 am in the morning. Michael showed up on time and finished the job before noon. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions regarding this new water heater. The only downside was the wait time for him to come back with a new water heater. He was gone for 1.5 hours and I started to worry if something went wrong. But he came back, finished the job fairly quickly and cleaned the area. Great customer service, highly recommended.

After multiple calls and services, I'm glad I chose these guys. They were understanding, empathetic, and 100% genuine.

Jovan takes pride in his work and personally took my complaints seriously, he reached out and scheduled the soonest he's available to double check and provide knowledge on the issue at hand.

In a plumbing industry/service there's a lot of folks out there that are willing to take shortcuts, not these guys.

We had to have our old 50-gallon water heater replaced. Jovan very quickly and efficiently came in and completed the work, with a warranty on labor and the tank. He was very knowledgeable and flexible. His prices were below several other local plumbers we had considered. He will give you a discount if you pay cash. I had a leaky water supply valve in one of my bathrooms. Paul scheduled someone for the job the next morning. Michael came through on time and replaced it with a quarter turn compression valve. He even picked up a new supply line for me. Michael worked diligently, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Paul and Michael are professional and personable. I also like how they accept payment through Zelle! I expect to contact them for any plumbing needs in the future.
