The Comfort Time Team finished today after working very hard from Tuesday until 5:30 today. This is an amazing company and highly recommend them. We had our old unit replaced and the ducts redone. Our unit was in a hall closet and was so loud we really couldn't sleep with the air on. It is now quite and the air flow is so much better than the old unit. These guys worked as a team and got the job done. Eduardo, Juan, Dezman and Jessie. Thank you so much for all of your professionalism, tidiness and each day after they finished, care for our property. They really knew what they were doing and explained anything we had a question or concern. Also their parts delivery person Jonathan would come by to bring parts if needed. He also loaded their truck in the morning for them. He even was working on his birthday. The team was always punctual and started working right away after laying down protective cloth on the floor and furniture if needed.

We just had our air conditioning and furnace replaced by Comfort Time.  This was a big job since our home is over 50 years old and the air conditioning was not up to code.

The professional technicians at Comfort Time handled all the permitting and arranged the appointment with the building inspector.  Everything they did showed the greatest respect for us and our home.  Our air conditioning and heating are now state of the art.

I had recently had hired another company to install a split system for my apartment. The installer didn't load it up with the prop freon, therefore it was not working correctly.

I had called up this company, and the following day they had came to my building to diagnose the problem and Kevin was transparent on what the problem was.

I am planning on using this company to service my rental units, as they were honest with me, on what the issues were.

When it was time to replace our 24 years old air-conditioning and heating unit we called Comfort Time, a business we have been using for more than 10 years. Owners Angel Muro and his wife Crystal came to the house for a walk through and price consultation. The price in the contract is the final price we paid, even if additional materials were needed to complete the job.

Jessie and Jose arrived on time and prepared the house for removal of the old equipment, making sure the entryway was covered with drop cloths and wearing protective equipment. They worked professionally all day and kept us informed as needed throughout. During this first day the heating unit was installed. On the second day Manuel arrived to install the air-conditioner, working with Jessie, Jose and Marco the team got the whole job completed in 2 days as promised by Angel. They worked as a unit with care and respect for our property.

The team was very attentive throughout the house in making sure everything was cleaned up and debris taken away. A walk through was done to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend Comfort Time for any service or repairs, Angel and Crystal stand 100% behind the costumer satisfaction. We are were happy with our new system and can only say it was an experience with exceeded expectations. THANK YOU

Comfort Time has been maintaining my A/C unit for the past 2 years and I have been always more than satisfied but this last visit was top notch! I have been considering getting an airscrubber but was either afraid of the cost or just didn't have that much information on it. JACOB had all the answers. He shared information and also pictures of the unit they install so I can research it more while he was doing the maintenance. I finally made the decision to go with a UV system then found out that I had some other repairs that needed to be completed. I thought I had to put the UV system on hold but Jacob was so helpful in getting the cost down and even called his boss to get me a payment break. What a great company and awesome technician. They definitely work together to help their customers! I definitely recommend this business and big shout out to Jacob Garcia for the quick install and all the knowledge he shared.

I would give 10 stars, if possible! I received a quote shortly after I requested one and scheduled my appt for maintenance on my ac mini-split unit. Jose came out as scheduled and did a great job inspecting and cleaning the inside unit and also the outdoor component. He was courteous, friendly and very professional.
