Comfort Time always goes above and beyond. The workers always seem responsible and trustworthy. Jose and Louie came to my house to fix a leaky unit. They also patched up my drywall that was damaged. They did an excellent job. This company is dependable and honest.

I had a great experience working with Comfort Time Heating & Cooling. Unfortunately there was no power to my thermostat on a Friday morning and with it being as hot as it has been in the SoCal area recently, I needed someone to come and fix the problem asap. I spoke with Angel and he gave me a quote right away and had Jesus show up within 2 hours. Jesus was professional and explained to me that there was a blockage in the drain pipe which had tripped the power for my AC. He gave me a quote on the spot on what he would charge to resolve it. After my approval, Jesus got to work and resolved the issue within two hours. It was excellent service with a clear explanation and photos of what was wrong and what was done to fix it. Comfort time might not be the cheapest service you can find, although the quality and quick resolution was worth the price!

This was the BEST company I have ever hired to do any work . The owner Angel came out and talkEd to us about our options . He is a very nice honest guy . Once we decided to move forward with the big job we met Jacob. Jacob is wonderful ! He is very professional and very nice guy . He answered all of our questions and made sure we were very confident in the job . The guys came out to start the job and they were all so great ! I can't say that enough ! Randy , Jose Jessie and Louie ... The guys were all very professional and super clean . They took excellent care of our house ! Great Great company ! Can't say enough about them . Very knowledgeable, clean and considerate workers came out to my house twice in one month. Although they didn't fix my problem, they put a bandaid on it. They were upfront with what they were going to do and told me the price and I agreed. This is wear I regret agreeing to the price, 900.00 + Dollars. For Service Call, Diagnose, add Freon. In on month problem returned and the only solution I was given was to ""buy a new system"" from us.......Well ""Air Mighty"" fixed my problem and I didn't need a new system. Please be real carful when agreeing to a price and read all documents before you sign. Yes, very basic but we all need a reminder when your in a hurry to provide comfort for your family.

Our AC went out Wednesday night so Thursday morning we kept calling companies to get someone out to fix or find the problem the same day and weren't having any luck until we called Comfort Time and Heating. They had someone out within 1 hour of our call and Tommy was able to run a diagnostics test and go pick up the part to get our AC running like new within an hour. I highly recommend this company. Quality service, cheap prices, quick response time and got the job done.

I called Comfort Time Heating and Cooling a year ago for maintenance on my HVAC system. I decided to install a new system this year and called again for their help.
From my first encounter with Angel to discuss what I need, and details of what I would get, to completion of the installment, I have nothing but compliments to this company for all aspects of their customer service and the work that was done.
Angel, who discussed the details of the new system with me, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When I called later with some questions, I was always able to contact him directly, and he answered promptly. At that meeting, an appointment was made for an install to be done, within two weeks. There was no delay, and it was done in the time frame promised.
I would like to compliment and say thank you to Jessie, Louis G., Julian A., Hans V., and Jose M., the team that installed my system. Each of them was diligent in their work, took necessary steps to protect my home as they worked, and left everything clean each day when they left (install took 3 days). Each of them was knowledgeable, and approachable with any questions or comments I had during the times they were working. Every team member was friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made it so easy during the time they were working here.
Desiree, who checked on progress periodically, was easily available in case there was something I needed to talk to her about. She did a great job in communicating with me. My last compliment is to Juan C., who came to check on a problem with my doorbell, after the team had finished the install and left for the day. He, like all others who worked here, was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed unbothered by all my questions/concerns. The staff that answer the phone in the office, have all the same qualities as the folks I've discussed. I like doing business with family-owned, local business when possible and I found the perfect one for my HVAC needs in Comfort Time.
My unit has been installed for a few days now, and it is working perfectly. I am so appreciative of Comfort Time, and am satisfied, start to finish, with my experience. I now have two years of free seasonal maintenance checks. I can highly recommend this company, for heating/AC needs. So appreciated in these times when customer service is lacking in quality in many businesses. Thanks to all who worked so hard at my home.

We chose Comfort Time to service our aging central air system based on their proximity and Yelp ratings and we were not disappointed! Initially, they fixed a problem with the heater quickly and efficiently, but when it reoccurred some months later, advised that the system was so old we'd probably end up spending more replacing every part that required replacing than just installing a new system-- and they backed up that claim with pictures of the old unit in its current state. We knew the unit was several years old when we bought the house 17 years ago, so we agreed it was time.

The whole process could not have been easier. The financing offered was straightforward and simple to obtain. At every step of the way, we were given an explanation of what would happen, why it was happening, and how long it would take. The installation crew of Louie G, Jose M, Jessie T, and Hans V were neat, professional, courteous, and above all, fast. The installation took 3 days, the mess was minimal, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Best of all, the system works great and is a HUGE improvement over our creaky old system, which left some rooms hot and others like a meat locker. We are still awaiting system testing and final approval by the inspector, but given the system's performance thus far, I expect no problems.

One minor issue specific to us, and I want to let other owners who have artificial turf lawns know, the equipment was unloaded and left on our lawn for most of the first day while they took out the old system. The combination of warm sun and heavy units seems to have combined to literally melt the turf in a couple places. The damage is small, but noticeable. Comfort Time is addressing the situation-- and it was noted and is being handled without any dispute, which I appreciated-- but if you own an artificial turf lawn, have them put down cardboard or some other barrier before setting the equipment down on your lawn.

Overall, a pretty great, surprisingly painless experience and we would definitely recommend Comfort Time for any heating or cooling needs or repairs!

After having suffered through many summers, I knew I had to do something with my bedroom. I knew it had to be a mini split. I called Comfort Time and Angel gave me options and I was able to provide heating and air-conditioning to my entire home for a really good value.

His team (Armando B, Jessie T, Jose M, Louis, and Hans V) was very professional and clean. As a matter of fact, I liked the spray gun they were using to paint the area where the external unit was placed and so I got a good tip on that

Crew answered any questions I had and were obliging when it came to minor changes in location of units.

I prefer locally-owned businesses and so everything I wanted I found with Comfort Time. I will continue using them for any future HVAC needs!

My A/C had some cooling issues so I needed some solutions before it started heating up. The young men that arrived were professional and cordial. When the diagnosis came back, it was explained to me that the compressor was not working and the complete unit needed to be replaced!? The bill would be $2,500 for labor with hopes the unit would be under warranty. Unfortunately, no other option was presented. With our unit only being two years old, I knew something wasnt right. I opted for a 2nd opinion (elsewhere) and $150 later, a booster kit was installed and my unit has been working fine ever since. Just a reminder for high $$$ quotes GET 2-3 bids. Indeed the staff at Comfort Time were both responsive and polite, but at the end a consumer needs options.
