I reached out to this company for a quote on a shower cartridge. Told them exactly what it was that needs to be replaced and where it is and sent photos. They refused to even give me an estimate as they wanted to come out only to give pricing. I would avoid companies like this. If they're competent they can quote you the price for The repair you're requesting.

I had both my air-conditioning and furnace units replaced by the Comfort Bros HVAC professionals. They did an outstanding job and saved me thousands of dollars when compared to other heating air conditioning and plumbing companies in the greater San Diego County area. You might know how expensive some of these other companies are and know who they are. They don't hold a candle to Comfort Bros. To follow up, one of their lead technicians, Ryan came back independently to check on my system and install additional new filters and addressed a water heater issue at no extra charge. Who does that? The improved quality of the air, quietness of operation, efficency, and time to temperature are amazing and significantly improved from the old systems. Ryan, Joshua and the Comfort Bros' crew are consummate professionals of the highest integrity, ethic and character. Comfort Bros is an exceptional example of what local small business is and should be. I am very happy to have found the Comfort Bros to help me with all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I will be a loyal customer.

We had a 20-year-old furnace decide to go kaput on us (during the coldest week of the year so far, of course), and so we reached out to Comfort Bros to send out help to diagnose the problem. Boy, we're sure glad we did.

Beginning with consultants Cole and Scott, and ending with installers Ryan and Jonny, we found ourselves in excellent and knowledgable hands from start to finish. Cole and Scott were able to quickly identify (and explain) what was failing on our old furnace (pretty much everything, as it turns out -- did I tell you it was 20 years old?), and then provide us with a variety of solutions -- from repair to replacement.

We chose replacement, and are ecstatic to report that installers Ryan and Jonny arrived the very next day(!) with our new furnace, and had it up and running successfully within a matter of just a few hours of work. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional throughout the entire process.

Look -- nobody likes to spend money on new major appliances for their homes. But it's a fact of life, so why make it more painful than it has to be? If you choose Comfort Bros, you can be certain the amazing customer service you are provided will at least help make an already difficult endeavor so much better than it could be.

Thank you, Cole, Scott, Ryan, and Jonny for helping us so quickly and efficiently...and for all being so friendly to my family and me (including our husky dog). Our house feels so much warmer today!

Robert arrived on time. He was very comfortable and professional. He went to the attic and did few adjustment on my airflow. Whatever issues he found, he took pictures and showed them to me. I am very happy with their services.

Cody came to look at my unit because it wouldn't blow hot air but the air conditioner worked great... He figured out the problem very quickly and there was nothing wrong with the equipment. It was just a programming issue. They are very prompt and courteous and of course, very knowledgeable. I requested service for my unit and got an immediate response from them and they came the very next day that I was available. Their service is excellent and I highly recommend them!

Comfort Bros. is Top Notch in my book.
Had an issue with my A/C, which they repaired in a couple hours, had a tankless water heater installed replacing my 17 yr. old unit, had some maintenance done on my A/C, Heater and Plumbing, and they replaced my very old and corroded plumbing under all my sinks.
I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appt. they were out within 3-4 days after calling.
Always a heads up a day before appt then again an hour or less before arrival and info who would be my technician.
Worked with me on pricing which I found to be a great deal.
All these gentlemen were professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable in their field, cleaned up work area nicely and overall they were all super cool guys.

Very happy with the service and definitely recommend them. I got a card in the mail for a tune-up. I happen to save it. In that time frame my AC unit stopped working. I called Comfort Bros on Saturday Evening. They came out on Monday around 1pm and by Tuesday 8am the AC was already working. They did everything possible to get the part that needed to be replaced from the manufacturer that same day. Thank you Comfort Bros for an amazing team all professional, from the person who took the call for the appointment to the team that came out: Robert and Josh.

Ryan Dougherty is a real gem. He's not only a talented and knowledgeable technician, but also a personable and friendly person who explains what he is doing and why.
