They rebuttal lies. I called with a fully operational ac and forced air unit. The ask first how old is unit and am I senior or military before they will schedule. They offered Monday the holiday as I asked for following Thursday. I asked hourly rate. They stated no rate just 67.00 onetime fee plus project lump sum.

They neither charged me 67.00 but 299.00 took part off my operational unit and charged me for thermostat that they did not install.

My unit was fine. I just wanted a budget for replacement as I am looking to replace in 5 years.

They totally stole my money, refunded it because they know they are in the wrong and I have schedule a review of there lic with the state DA office.

I do not recommend them. The cheat and lie.

Great communication! Ryan serviced the A/C units. Found a broken bulb in my air purification system. Based on two experiences I have had with this company I would definitely recommend them for AC servicing or replacement and I will follow up on this recommendation after my permit inspection.
As for attitude of everyone I have dealt with so far I give them 10 stars. As for appearance of the new AC unit installed and quality of workmanship for the outside unit I could visually see I give 10 stars.
Now I just need an inspector to go into my attic and verify everything is tip top and then I will finalize this review as I take reviews seriously and provide accurate Assessment to help other consumers and the companies I have hired.
You will not find more respectful employees than those I have dealt with in both person and on the phone.
If the permit passes and it is signed off I will be very thankful I Chose this company even though it was a little pricey. I originally chose them because my unit was making weird noises and I needed quick replacement in which they originally said they could replace the next day but apparently I took too long to get back to them and had to wait 3 days.( my fault I guess)
On a previous inspection of my 30 year old AC that was nearing its end Cody recommended a start up kit that cost roughly $700 to extend nits longevity and assured me that when the unit quits the $700 would go towards the cost of the new unit and that did happen.
After reviewing our receipt we noticed we did not receive the new Honeywell digital thermostat so I emailed them back and we will see how that all works out.
The one thing that I will say that my wife and I would have appreciated was a total breakdown , item by item so that we could compare the charge of the AC unit itself to other companies. We did not get that and we're actually surprised we couldn't.
We had just gone through this in Nevada with 3 companies that did this exact thing for us on their quotes.
So far so good, AC is functioning properly but my only concern is that the coil in the attic is draining the condensation properly and not overflowing.
I'll be back.
