Outstanding service. I had a new furnace in under 4 hours, the next day January 10, 2024. My 35-year-old furnace broke in late November, leaving me with ONLY electric portables. When you're disabled and older 28 degrees in your home is no joke. I was so...cold and they took care of me ASAP. Highly recommend them.

We needed a new system, and we called Comfort bros. because we see that they sponsor a lot of things in our community. Their salesman Nicholas came to our house the same day We called. Great guy, he worked with us and was very friendly, we were very happy. The next day, Reid and Dustin showed up, took our old system down and replaced the whole system. They both had smiles on thier faces the entire time and even laughed at my dad jokes. They took the time to ensure I Was comfortable with operating the new system before they departed.Our entire system was replced and running within 24 hours of me calling them. Everything works great. They were all very friendly including Jessica at the office who called to follow-up to make sure everything was all right. Great company! Great experience ! I would and will recommend them to anyone with hvac needs.

Overall experience was positive. The technician Ryan D, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He resolved the issue within an hour. He answered all my questions. In no relation to the technician but the company, the cost was a bit steep for the part that was replaced. I would call again if I need service.

I was impressed with Comfort Bros heating and air when I open the door and first saw their Professional uniforms and booties and smiling face. Once you see their brightly painted truck, you won't forget it. Their work ethics is beyond my expectations. They explain to me how my equipment worked and how I could improve it by installing an air purifier. I schedule an appointment to change all my filters and install the air purifier. They arrived as promised, on time completed the job, picked up their dropcloth, picked up their ladder and equipment, cleaned the area and thanked me politely. We installed a complete HVAC system for the home we purchased that didn't come with central heating/air. They were not pushy and earned our business the first day we met them.
