Cody came to look at my unit because it wouldn't blow hot air but the air conditioner worked great... He figured out the problem very quickly and there was nothing wrong with the equipment. It was just a programming issue. They are very prompt and courteous and of course, very knowledgeable. I requested service for my unit and got an immediate response from them and they came the very next day that I was available. Their service is excellent and I highly recommend them!

Ryan/ Vince/ Cole came out today after our AC unit stop working.

Comfort Bros. is Top Notch in my book.
Had an issue with my A/C, which they repaired in a couple hours, had a tankless water heater installed replacing my 17 yr. old unit, had some maintenance done on my A/C, Heater and Plumbing, and they replaced my very old and corroded plumbing under all my sinks.
I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appt. they were out within 3-4 days after calling.
Always a heads up a day before appt then again an hour or less before arrival and info who would be my technician.
Worked with me on pricing which I found to be a great deal.
All these gentlemen were professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable in their field, cleaned up work area nicely and overall they were all super cool guys.
Robert, Brandon, Adam, Aaron and Matthew you're all AWESOME!

Very happy with the service and definitely recommend them. I got a card in the mail for a tune-up. I happen to save it. In that time frame my AC unit stopped working. I called Comfort Bros on Saturday Evening. They came out on Monday around 1pm and by Tuesday 8am the AC was already working. They did everything possible to get the part that needed to be replaced from the manufacturer that same day. Thank you Comfort Bros for an amazing team all professional, from the person who took the call for the appointment to the team that came out: Robert and Josh.

Ryan Dougherty is a real gem. He's not only a talented and knowledgeable technician, but also a personable and friendly person who explains what he is doing and why. He answers questions, gives advice when asked, and is neat and careful when performing his tasks. They rebuttal lies. I called with a fully operational ac and forced air unit. The ask first how old is unit and am I senior or military before they will schedule. They offered Monday the holiday as I asked for following Thursday. I asked hourly rate. They stated no rate just 67.00 onetime fee plus project lump sum.

They neither charged me 67.00 but 299.00 took part off my operational unit and charged me for thermostat that they did not install.

My unit was fine. I just wanted a budget for replacement as I am looking to replace in 5 years.

They totally stole my money, refunded it because they know they are in the wrong and I have schedule a review of there lic with the state DA office.

I do not recommend them. The cheat and lie.

Great fast and efficient service. Roxy was a pleasure to deal with as their tech did not know of the service special we received, Roxy went back and adjusted our account. I really appreciate this type of customer service. I recommend their services for anyone looking to tuneup their ac/furnance.
