Thank you Paul Mitchell for going above and beyond !!!! He took the time out to explain , and show me what was going on with our a/c unit !! His customer service exceeded the 5 star rating !! I highly recommend him and comfort air !! If you are looking for an honest reliable a/c service call look no further , I'll recommend them to all of my friends and family !!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 1pm 8/1/16. When no arrived I call Comfort Air at 1:30 and was informed that the person who scheduled should have given me a time frame of between 1pm and 2. I waited until 3pm and still John had not arrived or given a courtesy call to inform me of the delay.
I cancelled the appt and will take my 3 HVAC system replacements to another company. Zero star in my book.

I just purchased a top of the line Lennox system from these guys. The originally said it would be available on Monday, but by Monday afternoon, they had another client who signed up the night before and had to say that it would happen on Tuesday--they came on Tuesday saying the installation would be completed around 1:00 PM --at 4:30 I had to leave and felt that with the system working it would be OK. I came back to the house at 5:30 and the system was not working with an alert. The service rep arrived around 7:00 and had to use my ladder to go up into the attic, unplug and replug the system in the attic to get it working. 15 minutes later, after the service rep left, it stopped and gave me an alert message. Now it starts and stops. Now I get a call from a service rep that is 45 minutes away who said something about my condenser--which was never mentioned by anyone else. The new 25 seer top of the line system, can't cool the house anywhere near as well as my previous system that they told me had a bad compressor...I have to go to work tomorrow, and I have no idea how this will work. I can't recommend these guys and I have a feeling that I have been taken for a ride.

Having just moved to Palm Springs I had my experience with unethical contractors in upgrades to my home everything from Windows to insulation to pool maintenance so I was very extremely pleased when Paul contacted me on the weekend to set up an appointment for a maintenance contract after I submitted an online quote request . I had reached out to several contractors no one else called . I was sold as soon as I talked with Paul he told me the cost and I arranged for an appointment . What I liked about Michael U is he came and explained everything to me and did the job he did not try to sell me on an expensive new system albeit I am certain when the time comes I will use comfort air . What I look for in a good contractor is reliability honesty and fair pricing and responsiveness you can't go wrong with comfort air. Highly recommended .

My parent's air-conditioner was not working properly yesterday afternoon during a particularly hot day. Called Comfort Air at about 4 PM, very concerned that they may not make it out until the following day. But thank heavens they sent one of the best technicians, Paul, out for the job. He arrived within a couple of hours was able to analyze the situation, add refrigerant and it was working again and the house became nice and cool within minutes. Once again, Comfort Air comes to the rescue! My dealings with this company have been nothing but terrific! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Paul Mitchell is the best! Our AC stopped working on a 95+ degree day and Paul was at the house within an hour...ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. He was quick, succinct, and incredibly easy to work with. The house was cooled down and AC was back on within 20 minutes of his arrival. Would absolutely recommend Comfort Air and specifically Paul to anyone!

We recently purchased a condo in the Valley. It had not been lived in for years and the AC was from 1980. Since we are planning to move in end of June AC is not an option but a mandatory need. From start to finish we have been treated like family. Paul Mitchell did not up sell us, never pressured us. In fact after installation we sent him a text about a tiny noise and he wanted to come by (on a Sunday) to check it out. Carlos and Brian spent all day installing and teaching us how to use our system. They were great. You may be able to find the same system elsewhere but we are part of the family and know we will have support forever.

My family noticed an excess amount of dirt in the house. I noticed it was coming from my vents.I called comfort air after I had received a bloated quote from the general. Paul came out after regular working hours to accommodate my schedule. He took a look around and discovered my duct work was shot and my A/c is 20 years old. I decided to go with duct work (being cheaper right now). Mike, tony and rich came out a few days later to replace my duct work. They projected a full day and got it done in half the time. I highly recommend this company for any of your Ac needs. They are Real people not salesmen.

Carter did a great job with our semi-annual service. I've recommended Comfort Air to our neighbors and they have also been very happy with the service. Carter came on time and was very personable.

I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. Anyway, I can't complement Paul & all the employees at Comfort Air enough. They were so amazing! Our new air/heating unit was struggling to keep up & get my house cool enough during the hot Summer months, after Comfort Air installed it. They came back, time after time, troubleshooting, tweaking, testing... To no avail. I even had Paul, the owner's private #! He always called me back or was readily available to hear my concerns. So when we returned to our home in San Diego, we weren't sure what was going to have to happen to get it right. Much to our surprise, Comfort Air completely replaced the unit with an even larger one. (And never asked us to pay the difference!) When we got back to the Desert, we couldn't believe our eyes! This company is the best, no question about it! I have recommended them to countless people throughout the Desert. But I'm very glad I was able to write this review.
