These guys have really pulled through for me. I have a service contract at my small hotels and every time I call (which is a lot in this crazy heat) they are out immediately. They keep in great touch with me and always explain exactly what's happening with my units. They did an emergency AC replacement in 2 days and stuck it out with me while I made them sit and watch the thermostat drop to confirm it actually worked. Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing but I'd like to throw an extra shout out to Alex and Lonnie for really going the extra mile on my last job.

Service above and beyond! Our AC went out at 8 pm. I searched the internet and found Comfort Air, made contact, and at 9:30 pm. Daniel Fisher came to our rescue! Daniel discovered the problem but he didn't have the broken part so at 10:30 he left to return to his shop to see if they had one there. About an hour passed and I was giving up hope when Daniel returned at 11:30 pm. He didn't have the needed part but he did have a portable air-conditioner! He installed it and we were comfortable for the night! Daniel returned the next day with Julian and got the system up and running. We are grateful...thank you Daniel and Comfort Air!

My family has been using this company for many years and they always deliver. When our ac went out a few years back during the summer(as they always seem to do so when it's blazing hot,) the owner, Paul was prompt and made sure his crew came out that day and fixed a broken compressor and a few other things. Reliable and professional. Highly recommend.

The whole Comfort Air team are consummate professionals. From the owner Paul to the install team of Anthony, Eddie, Tom and Angel we felt like we were the only customers they had. Treated us like family, the prices were more than competitive. They had to cut a hole in my ceiling to install a larger unit than what we had, but the drywall repair crew came and fixed it within the week. The no pressure approach to upgrading our 20 year old unit was a relief. Very happy with our unit and lower power bill.

Comfort Air provides the best level of customer care and service of any A/C - Air System Service provider in the Valley. The folks on the phones and even their answering service is truly ""top notch"" in the care with which they treated us when our A/C went out during a record breaking heat wave. When the service technician arrived at 6:30 pm after having made ""8"" other calls in 120 degree heat, he was kind, upbeat, professional and comprehensive in his approach. He diagnosed the problem and had us ""up and running"" again within 30 minutes of his arrival.
As they advertise on local TV stations - ""Service"" is important to Comfort Air and they offer that in abundance. I can't recommend them highly enough and am so grateful to have them here in the Coachella Valley.

We replaced our existing A/C systems with Amana equipment from Comfort Air and were very pleased with the results, from the first contact with our sales rep, John, to the installers, Arturo, Antwan, Lonnie, Jaime and especially Armando, who was on top of the entire installation, even making sure our dog didn't get out while they were coming and going. The installers were on time, very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The system is working great and we are very pleased with our purchase from Comfort Air.

Ok, so they did our 26 seer acs - fantastic. Had an issue with the thermostats. Ryan, our tech, who I have on speed dial, really took care of us. Love Ryan and Comfort Air.

Wow! Paul Votta and his team were exceptional to work with. I'm in the middle of a renovation, so my mind was completely scrambled but Paul and his team made the installation of three ductless units painless. From when I first called, the team promptly scheduled an appointment to give me a bid. I was a bit worried that I lived too far in the high desert, but Paul told me it was not an issue at all.
On the day of the install, the team arrived on time, and quickly got to work. I had an old swamp cooler that needed to come down, in addition to two wall heaters. The team removed those and left everything in great condition. I had three units installed, one in each bedroom and a third in the living room. The team's work was clean and professional. I'll definitely be calling Paul the next time I need a new system.
