My A/c unit took a holiday on Labor Day when temps were well over 100! I called Comfort Air and within an hour Ryan called to tell me he would be by to diagnose the problem. He knew just what was wrong and had the part in his truck. Fast and knowledgeable service was what I needed and Comfort Air came through to cool us down. A million thanks.

Our A/C suddenly stopped working around 5PM on Labor Day, one of the muggiest hot days of a very long summer. Less than an hour after calling, the technician Daniel arrived to assess and hopefully solve the problem. He quickly tracked down the problem and, to our relief, came up with solution. Within an hour he was done and the house started cooling back down. Ten stars to Daniel with 15 extra bonus points. ComfortAir is now my ""Go To"" course for HVAC service.

We have been with Comfort Air for over 23 years.
Comfort Air had originally installed a Bryant system for us around 1998 and it performed well for almost 20 years with very few problems.

Around 2017 we replaced that system with a Lennox iComfort unit.
Last month, our Lennox system started acting weird. The Technician (Edgar) came out the same day, since we had triple digit heat outside and the unit was not fully cooling properly. Edgar worked hard to diagnose the strange problems, since the system seemed to run OK for several minutes at a time before it failed.
The problem turned out to be the iComfort Thermostat, which is no longer just a Thermostat. It is actually a Computer that controls the entire system, monitors its behavior, and communicates with the big Lennox Server in the sky. Edgar discovered that the Thermostat unit would hang then reboot itself every several minutes for no apparent reason. Edgar replaced the Thermostat (under Warranty) and we only paid for the Service Call.  Edgar did an outstanding job. It has been running great ever since.

As always, we are thrilled with the the prompt, professional, and thorough service we receive from Comfort Air.

We have had a Comfort Air Tech come out once or twice each year since 1998 for a checkup & preventive maintenance and to renew the annual contract. Money well spent.

My AC unit went out in the middle of Summer - YIKES! I called several AC companies but Comfort Air was the most responsive. They had someone out the next day and we settled on a new unit to be installed. Edward and Billy did the install and they were both great! Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Air, from John the salesperson to the people on the phone and especially, Edward and Billy who were a pleasure to work with, were both professional and helpful. It was nice to work with a business that actually delivered and did what they promised!

I would've given one star, except for the customer service agent was great. My ac froze on a day it was 118 outside and she was very helpful and fixed my ac over the phone. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday the 12th between 12-4pm . At 4pm I called to reschedule as work asked if I could come in. She let me know he was here, a business card was dropped on my doorstep and he was in the van...No knock or anything. So I get him out of his van...he comes in disses my ac, disses the customer service I'd spoken to, goes outside comes back says I need 2 lb of freon and a new system. But they don't carry freon.And no maintenance...they only do maintenance in the morning. I am a nurse and my time is limited.He said I'd have to call a lower level handyman to get freon, and I needed a new ac as mine was old. They also don't do evaporative coolers. New ac is $10,000.
Pay me $75 now. I paid him to get him out of my house.
I called in and complained. I really want a refund. This guy shouldn't be seeing clients. Then I called Blair AC. They had a fantastic service person Sako, come out, he cleaned out my ac, added freon, checked my furnace, checked all my temps, reset my thermostat, and waited to see and recheck it. Educated me on evaporative coolers and splits. $180.00 including freon. Said my ac ran well.
I won't be using anyone else.

All good. Ryan (Comfort Air) is a great ambassador for the company. Communication was terrific about arrival time. Changed out my thermostat (after I tried to and shorted out). Very happy.

I did not have an emergency but the ac unit had not been serviced since I moved in 3 years ago. They changed the air filter and checked the unit. It was okay. Leo the technician was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend Comfort Air!

Such a great company. Extremely responsive from the very beginning (even before I was a customer). Every question answered, every need met, everything taken care of from start to finish and then some. The staff and installers are all the nicest people you could want to meet and they truly took care of us.

These guys have really pulled through for me. I have a service contract at my small hotels and every time I call (which is a lot in this crazy heat) they are out immediately. They keep in great touch with me and always explain exactly what's happening with my units. They did an emergency AC replacement in 2 days and stuck it out with me while I made them sit and watch the thermostat drop to confirm it actually worked. Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing but I'd like to throw an extra shout out to Alex and Lonnie for really going the extra mile on my last job.

Service above and beyond! Our AC went out at 8 pm. I searched the internet and found Comfort Air, made contact, and at 9:30 pm. Daniel Fisher came to our rescue! Daniel discovered the problem but he didn't have the broken part so at 10:30 he left to return to his shop to see if they had one there. About an hour passed and I was giving up hope when Daniel returned at 11:30 pm. He didn't have the needed part but he did have a portable air-conditioner! He installed it and we were comfortable for the night! Daniel returned the next day with Julian and got the system up and running. We are grateful...thank you Daniel and Comfort Air!
