We see in the process of renovating a recently acquired property in Cat City Cove and are interacting with many service technicians. The staff at Comfort Air have been by far the most professional and responsive. From our initial phone call for service to the follow up after the work on the HVAC system the Comfort Air staff have provided consistent high quality service at a competitive rate.

Edgar was very helpful and thorough with answering my questions and explaining things to me. He took the time to address all my concerns and was not rushed like lots of service people. He was a pleasure to work with. The price was a little high to replace a small piece of pipe. The $95 service call was in addition to the charge for repair, bringing the total charge to over $200. However, that may be the industry standard today.

Comfort Air technicians provided exemplary service recently on two occasions.

We had new ecobee thermostats installed. Colten was our skillful technician who very patiently explained how to use the app and operate the new system. Colten expertly attended to additional adjustments that improved the efficiency of our air conditioning units.

Ruben performed the semiannual maintenance for which we have a contract. Ruben suggested the addition of surge protectors to our two furnaces and two air conditioning units to guard against the increasing vagaries of power outages, brown-outs, and other electrical events that can damage or disable HVAC installations.

We appreciated the advice we received regarding improvements that will lengthen the operational lives of our equipment that would be prohibitively expensive to replace.

Please commend Colten and Ruben for their professionalism as they provided excellent care of our HVAC systems.

Our technician, Edgar, arrived on time as promised, was very professional and thorough in inspecting our system and explaining what was needed. He repaired a leaking PVC pipe on our main furnace, cleaned and inspected both furnaces and both AC compressors and fans as well as our mini-split system in the garage. He also gave me very complete photos of the work performed as well as estimates for suggested work and upgrades. We have now hired them to do our yearly maintenance and inspections. I feel confident that they will do a good job going forward based on my experience and the other reviews I have read.

I've lived in the desert for 24 years. In that time, I've had various companies install and repair various systems ... none have been as professional, competent and courteous as Comfort Air. Plus 2 years of service included in the new unit. I only wish I had them replace my original system - shoddy workmanship cost me so much over the years (incorrect installation that other companies didn't mention or fix when I had yearly maintenance so A/C was venting into attic)! Besides being so wonderful and professional the new system has lowered my summer Air Conditioning costs by 30%! Don't even consider any other companies ... get the best!

Comfort Air is the best air-conditioning company in the Valley. We had a problem and they came out immediately. Carlos was terrific. He arrived around 3pm and did not leave until 7pm. He would not leave until he completed the job to his satisfaction.
We were more than pleased to say the least.
